Came here during a road trip from ABQ to White Sands. We found Bry's spot in the middle of a Walmart lot. I went with the turkey Swiss green chili, as NM is known for green chili, and it wasn't too spicy. My friend got the turkey Swiss pesto, and that was delish too! Bryan was super kind and welcoming. He even gave us samples of the green chili recipe he threw together, which was phenomenal. Your sandwich box includes a side, and it's perfectly packaged if you want to take away for a picnic, which we did at White Sands! read more

This was my first time. It was amazing. I got the gyro with soup. The soup was chicken and green chili and might be the best I've ever had. The gyro was great and made with fresh ingredients. The guy in the trailer was very nice and patient with my receipt request. read more

Bry is a delight and so are his sandwiches. I asked if he had anything vegetarian and he simply said "do you trust me?" That's an immediate yes. Amazing spot to stop for breakfast/lunch to go! We wandered over after stopping at Walmart to get some lunch for a day of hiking at White sands. Bry was so friendly and welcoming, telling us about the history and places to visit nearby while he made our orders. We got a few breakfast burritos and sandwiches with various different meats (chorizo, sausage, and veggie), and a couple "trust me" burritos--all were big, filling and tasty! Bry was also super kind to clean off the grill to avoid cross contamination for a vegetarian member of our party. Found my new favorite local spot! I discovered this place a few days ago and tried the monte cristo sandwich along with the green chili chicken soup. It was wonderful! Had to come back today to try the breakfast here. This morning I got a breakfast burrito and the biscuits and gravy. All I can say is WOW! Amazing flavor all around. A small cart located in a Walmart parking lot. Bry was very friendly and recommended two sandwiches that he thought we would like. My wife got Kimmie on flatbread and I got the green chili cheesesteak. They were both well made, full of quality ingredients and delicious. Brian is the man! And he KNOWS what good flavor is; he's a sandwich prodigy! I ordered the gyro which would have been great by itself, Brian slapped some homemade chipotle sauce on there because I told him I like it spicy. I had the unique opportunity to try a sandwich that hadn't quite made it to the menu yet... ORDER THE "NEW MEXICAN".. your taste buds will thank you endlessly. If you can, bring a sticker to add to the outside of the truck, Brian welcomes it and will gladly give you a short history on some of his favorites in the collection as well as the source of inspiration behind some of his more uniquely named items on the menu! Definitely recommend!! We stopped by after spending the morning at White Sands. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak, and a Gyro. Service is great! Owner told us to wait in the car and stay warm, while he cooked our food fresh. It came packaged in boxes, and even included a cookie for dessert!! Best food I've had in a while. read more

I eat here as often as possible!!! I have never had a bad meal. Chef Bry truly knows what he's doing & has a passion for making great food at a reasonable price, he's also very fun to talk to. On the weekends he normally just offers the breakfast menu & I love the the biscuits & gravy box. Other times I've asked to be surprised & he does an amazing job of quickly putting something tasty together. His lunch menu is equally as good!!!
