The other cashier/waitress witnessed this behavior and politely apologized (she was busy with another customer as the other girl continued to sit in the chair and ignore me). Once the other waitress/cashier was done helping the other customer she went back into the kitchen to retrieve my guacamole while the rude one continued to sit in the chair and ignore me.
