Enchiladas were filled with old beef. Tasted old and stale, like it was cheap beef that had been warmed up in a microwave. Corn tortillas were cheap store bought that were covered in oil, limp and white. They had just been dunked in oil and loosely wrapped around some crappy hamburger meat. The rice had the same stale, old oil taste. Not fit to eat, really.
