They definitely were not skimpy on the add ons. Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and very generous with the green chiles. The fries were also very tasty and there were quite a bit. The food here was good but it wasn't as great as I had remembered. The chips were well seasoned and the hot sauce was very tasty. I got the green chili chicken enchiladas ($18) which are open faced enchiladas and come with cheese sour cream beans and rice, and they were pretty good, not great. My mom got the ground beef taco salad ($12) which comes with cheese, tomato & sour cream. She liked it but she didn't love it. Overall this was a good dining experience but was not great. Four stars.

Our server kept up with the calamity that was our table and I couldn't believe she did it with such grace. Great job. I added a salad bar trip to the CfriedC and it included dessert. Many options on the salad bar and everything was fresh and stocked full. Everyone enjoyed their meal and a couple left with to go boxes. One thing that I would change was the volume of the live music. Good song choices and singing but it was so loud we could not comfortably talk to each other during the meal. We'd all go back and may this trip. Enjoy!

But lo and behold, k-bobs has a salad wagon. It is every bit what you want and a few extras, roasted green chilies and a great green chile corn chowder. I opted for the rellenos with steak strips, they were not traditional rellenos but still great the meat was satisfying and the chile spicey. They were on rice pilaf, it worked and thier beans are flavorful and satisfying. They have home made rolls i think are better than rodehouse!! We ordered a brisket plate that was over $30 w/tip...so we were expecting good food for that price. This was the worst bbq I've ever had. Normally a brisket plate is sliced brisket w 2 sides plus bread and pickles & onions, not what we were served. They gave us chopped up meat covered in bbq sauce w potato salad and beans that tasted like they came from Walmart or other prepackaged container of sides. The meat was barely warm and it did not taste freshly smoked and it was covered in sauce that was so sweet and reminded me of bottled sauce. Now I know why there is never anyone there and locals don't mention it when talking about food trucks in the area. Will not try again. It is sad bc they have a fantastic location right there between a dispensary & bar on the hwy by Ski Run.
