This is the best taco bell i've ever been to. typically when i go to taco bell, i lose my appetite halfway through because the workers don't care and give you a quagmire of sour cream to trudge through or just slap your food together waiting for their shift to be over. But this one was amazing. my girlfriend is a vegetarian and every order we customized on the app was made to a T, we ordered a party pack of drinks which is an app exclusive and it somehow magically disappeared from our order after we ordered and instead of the workers telling us to shove off they asked for EACH INDIVIDUAL DRINK WE ORDERED AND BROUGHT IT OUT TO US WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. AMAZING SERVICE. AMAZING FOOD. and we will definitely show up to this taco bell anytime we're in raleigh. i am convinced anybody giving a bad review is a karen. god bless these workers and god bless america. read more

Drive thru staff are always kind and efficient. Food is always hot and as good as any Taco Bell. My order has always been correct, everything in the bag along with napkins. Exceeds my expectations of a drivethru experience nowadays, especially because they typically hand my food to me with a smile! Kudos to the staff & management. read more

Came here to get a black bean crunchwrap, which are usually just fine at most other Taco bells, but this one decided to give me basically everything that comes on a crunchwrap except for the black beans and cheese. So, I ordered a beef chalupa, the shell was so hard I choked on it, couldn't swallow it as it was so dry. I ordered a nacho fries box, the fries were cold. I ordered a Baja blast drink and got a sweet tea. There was barely enough meat on any of my items to make a difference. I've dealt with the management there before at that taco bell location over issues, and got a ghetto attitude with no solutions, just hung up on me no matter how valid my points were, or how reasonable I was, so I take this as a loss again. My daughter and I stopped by this location on our way home last month. Ordered some food at the drive-thru, and as we were pulling out to leave my daughter noticed that they forgot several items. I pulled around and went inside to let them know that we were missing four items in our bag. The young man behind the counter wanted to argue with me that he had not forgotten them, and that I did in fact get them. I had to go outside, back to my car, and bring the bags in to show him that they were not in there, and I STILL got the argument that he did give them to me. This location has got to be under new ownership because the service was unrecognizable compared to my last visit as was the restaurant itself due to a remodel. The food was as good as you'll ever get from a taco Bell, the staff was literally exemplary and the setting was very clean. I got over $20 combined with my girlfriends order and everything on there was well made and correct. Kudos to this place they really set the standard for how any location should be, and there's quite alot of bad ones in the immediate area so they could really learn a thing or two here. read more

Probably tough competition but is certainly a strong contender for worst fast food restaurant in NC. They regularly aren't open during normal business hours or their machines aren't working so can only take mobile orders. I wouldn't expect them to be so it's fine but the staff is unprofessional, joking and laughing into the mic at the drive through. Generally either rude or neutral in conversation. Orders are constantly wrong or messed up. The last two times I've gone my orders were soaked I'm guessing from lettuce but tortillas literally looked like they were dumped in water. This place should probably just be closed permanently since they can barely stay open anyway. read more

Waited 30 minutes behind just 4 cars in the drive thru. Didn't see any school buses in line. Last I was aware, that would have had a district or franchise manager reaching down someone's throat. Half the staff wasn't wearing masks until they walked up to the window, even then, improperly. Sat outside for 5 minutes before I was greeted and given the total to pay. AFTER clearing the payment in cash, I was told "we don't have the coin change, is that ok?" I responded no, I'll just pay with card then. Cashier did not know how to void an order and told me I can't have all my money back because she completed the order. I declined the offer. She asked an associate for advice, who said no I can't redo the transaction.. got a manager, no mask, told her to give me the dollar up from the missing change. Unless things have changed over the years, I'm sure they could have voided that order and restarted. The associate who helped her said in a wonderful tone, "oh good. Now he got an extra 60 cents in his car." Which is of no one's concern, because in principle I should have been told before my money was accepted that they could not provide correct change. If they were missing 1's and 5's, you're talking about another meal. I wouldn't even have written this if the associate had carried herself professionally and responded with an understanding or acknowledgment that she was in the wrong, rather than taking it personally that I'd rather keep my money than all the customers of the night have their money flushed into a corporation that couldn't care less about me or her just because of her carelessness. Considering I clearly value time and money more than she values hers, I'll not be returning to this location or any nearby. This was fun. read more

Sooooo I don't eat fast food typically. Like almost never. And when I do I don't review them so this place must have been good, right? I was on my way to a pig-pickin' baby shower thingie and knew I would starve (because I don't eat curly tailed animals) so I stopped here on a whim. It's not in the loveliest of shopping centers, nor in the loveliest of areas so my expectations were pretty low. I cruised through the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised at the order taking. I know it's not something that is typically a phenomenal experience, but it really was note-worthy professional and nice. I got my food, got my sauce, got my drink and all very quickly. And I'll be darned the person at the window (not the same person that took my order) was super nice, efficient, and professional too! And when I opened my food it wasn't typical Taco Bell slop fest. It looked like they actually tried. So while it will never be the best thing I ever eat as Taco Bells go, as fast food joints go for that matter, this one is top notch. read more

Worst staff ever! I love taco bell but I'll never go to this location again. I've never seen a whole staff of ppl that were garbage. The manager is the worst. I'm a disabled vet and was having an emergency from heart problems. I was asking for the address so the ambulance could find me. I got completely ignored and eventually thrown out in the 98 degree weather to lay on the sidewalk and wait for the ambulance. So again really nice ppl! The only thing she cares about is money. If you have an emergency here she'll watch you die and not think twice. Eat at your own risk but this was my honest experience with these poor excuses for human beings. I told corporate and they gave me an apology and a $20 gift card! That's the going rate for someone's life these days. She should've been fired. She also had her cronies circling the building to make sure I stayed off the property. They lied to the cops when they got there after I called them and made up a story about me. I'm taking it to the news. Cameras don't lie. It'll show the whole staff surrounding me while I'm on the floor holding my chest on the phone with 911. Right before throwing me outside.
