The food was normal what I didn't like. Was the girl working the drive-through on the 16th and 17th of May 2026 around noon was very unfriendly both times I visited. I politely thanked her both times. I was there for getting me my food and she just gave me a really mean look both times and didn't say anything at all. I don't know why they hire people like this, but I'm not going back. if you can't hire people who will be respectful to everyone who comes to the restaurant regardless of their race then you should get a better human resources team. read more

Awful awful awful awful everything awful. Waited 6 mins no response at drive thru go inside to be very rudely spoken to! Off to McDonald's I do. Upsetting read more

This place is going downhill fast. Waited at the front counter. Staff never acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Then they told me to use the front kiosk to place my order. Left a review to Taco Bell corporate. No response read more

Visited tonight- placed order on app- got home and discovered grilled cheese burrito was missing called and alerted them and headed back to restaurant. Went inside to pick up- waited 30 minutes to get burrito- and get home to a charred grilled cheese burrito. Do better Taco Bell. read more

Taco Bell - Grilled cheese burrito - Fast Food Near Me - Quinton, Virginia

Drive thru. Ordered and paid for, per receipt, 3 soft tacos and wanted to try cantina chicken so I ordered a cantina soft taco. They gave me 2 soft tacos and one of those chicken crispinadas or whatever they're called. Fail. Will avoid in future. read more

Greeted as we walked in! Great customer service and good food! Place was clean! Sorry no pictures since we forgot to take it but we ordered Mexican pizza and taco burrito. read more

Twenty minutes and still waiting. Not even busy here. Three people back there working at a snails pace.

Used to be good and very friendly staff. Post pandemic they never open on time and the staff clearly has no desire to be there. Orders used to always be right now they consistently get them wrong. Shame. Loved getting their breakfast on my weekend errands read more

I went through the drive thru to order and was told they were out of beef. After telling them to hold on so I could look at the menu they proceeded to rush me to order. read more

People are nice. However, they have messed up my order almost every time. Not sure how it's that hard to give me my order and not someone else's. Also not very helpful when you call to tell them you got the wrong order. DO NOT order online and think this will be easier. It's going to be the worst. Sad. read more

Poor service and food was awful. Every meal we ordered had less than half the meat and cheese. I complained in a survey but of course who cared. read more

I've never had an issue with this NK Taco Bell. It's probably the most consistent fast food in the area! It always tastes fine. The service is friendly. It's not bad! And that's saying a lot for this area! read more

30 minute wait in the drive-through at 7 PM. Every time my car moved. I had to put it in park because I was sitting for so long. They suck so bad that I created this account just post this review. read more

Kinda last resort option around here. For a new Taco Bell this place sucks. Messed my order up and if you order any thing here, expect the meat to be half of what it is at other locations. If you get the beefy Fritos burrito, expect it to be just little beef and the crumbs from the bottom of a Fritos bag. The gentleman was constantly rushing me when was ordering stuff through the drive thru saying "is that all"(keep in mind I haven't even said anything that should have remotely gave him the idea that I was done) after I stated to him "I'm sorry I'm with a indecisive girl at the moment" twice. After I ordered what should have fed my family of 5 they had the audacity to only give 4 packets of mild and hot. And I know I won't rude enough for them to "make me pay" and to give them the satisfaction of screwing me when I got home. I'm done with the rant. Please improve this location. read more

The orders are always right. Service is consistent and attentive. A really good Taco Bell.

Just when I thought they started to get their act together and be edible, I get a quesadilla that has hardly anything in it. It is always something with this location. Missing items, toppings added that you request to be left off items, and simply crappy made items. I give up at this point! I will drive the extra miles to go to a different location! read more

Taco Bell - Where is my melty cheese, chicken, and creamy jalapeño sauce in this quesadilla? - Fast Food Near Me - Quinton, Virginia

This Taco Bell location seems new and as such it's super clean and modern. The food was hot and fresh but service was lacking. The woman at the counter was rather rude, and 4 of my friends in line behind me each had the same experience with her. Otherwise, great Taco Bell. read more

Worst. Experience. Drive-thru was slow. Third car in line and waited 28 minutes. Order was taken incorrectly and given incorrectly. Food that was received was cold. Could not get back into restaurant because it was closed. Worst. Experience. Ever. read more

worst taco bell i've ever been to! waited in line for 15-20 minutes before i ever got to place my order, not to mention it said they were open for dine in from 10am-10pm but had every single door around the building locked!! silly me for thinking i could go in and get it faster than the drive through that was wrapped around! i also attempted to call them to ask why they were not open for dine in, in which i discovered they had cut their phones off for the day at about 1 pm! read more

Customer service is excellent! They are very accommodating. Night crew are awesome. When I go in they acknowledge me with a smile.

Went in tonight to get food for my family and we had placed a mobile order online so I was expecting to go in and wait maybe 10 or 15 minutes to get my food...an hour later and we just got it. They had come up and asked the name for my order and confirmed that they saw it in the back multiple times before 30 minutes later when who I assumed was the manager came up and told me they had "lost" the order. I had to stand there and read off my whole order so they could go make it and that took an additional 20-30 minutes. During this time other people where coming in and waiting the whole time we were in there as well. Absolutely ridiculous tonight. I've gone in other times and it's been fine so I'm not going to swear off this restaurant quite yet but if I have an experience like this again I will consider not coming back. I work in the service industry so I understand understaffing issues and everything but this was just so extreme and there was a worker in the back cussing and complaining saying "I'm in no rush at all they can get their food when they get it" and yelling at everyone else. read more

Lol the reviews here sound fake as hell! I don't go here every day but I do go at least twice a week. The only time they've messed up my order was when they forgot to put my sauce in the bag. All of them are extremely friendly. The picture of two pieces of chicken in a quesadilla lol get real. I am about to take a picture of my food next time I visit. They don't skimp in my experience. read more

Slowest Taco Bell I've ever visited and it's not even busy. We thought going in would be faster than the drive through, but we were wrong. We waited 20 min for a small order. The orders ahead of us were not large either. read more

Absolutely horribly managed! On 11/23, one of the most busiest traveled day for shopping and traveling (a Black Friday), this Taco Bell wasn't open when they were supposed to be (7am). It's not like it's Bohangles 5:30am opening or anything. When I called and asked if they were franchise or Corporate, she confirmed Franchised. I asked for the franchise contact info and she gave me the generic 800 # and said she couldn't give franchisee's contact. I asked if she was the manager (could have been a man as she had a bit of a raspy voice) and she confirmed she was. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. That's a sure sign of NOT doing what you're supposed to do as a manager and looking out for patrons and the franchise owner. Very, very poor business! read more

This place is absolute trash. They mess my order up every single time I go without fail. I simply get hard shell tacos with no lettuce, and something is always wrong with them. read more

Don't stop at this Taco Bell unless you have time. This was the slowest fast food experience I've ever had in a drive thru. Despite the long wait in line, at the order menu and at each window, the employees were polite. I don't know how the food is because I'm still waiting for it. read more

Well, I went in at about 1pm, usually prime time for lunch and there was only other person inside eating, with two or three people in the drive thru. First thing I noticed was the trail of dirt all the way thru the restaurant. The lady at the register took my order and handed me my cup. I went to get my drink and noticed it was a small cup. I asked her for my large cup and she said, "Sorry, we're out of large cups". Never mentioned that before my order and never offered a discount. So, I waited and waited for several minutes. Me and a few cars in the drive thru, that's it. The girl working the drive thru has a meltdown trying to explain something to the lady she's taking the order for. Very awkward to sit and listen to this tirade. After about 10 minutes, the girl in the back brings me my food and apologizes for the wait. The worst is yet to come. I eat about 3/4 of my meal and I hear a man's voice say, "Whoo, I think I lost about 15 lbs." Of course, it sounds like he just went to the bathroom. Now, I'm in the restaurant by myself at this point and am behind a partition with my back to the front counter, so I don't think anyone working there thought there was anyone inside. As the women employees giggle at his comment, he then says, "Yeah, and I didn't wash my hands, either...ha ha ha ha". At this point, I had to turn around to see who it was. It was the guy that prepares the food in the back. Oh...my...Lord. I know people like to joke, but trust me, no one wants to hear the person that prepares the food that he just had a huge bowel movement, didn't wash his hands and then laugh about it as he re-assumes his role in the kitchen. This isn't an indictment on all Taco Bells as I have had really good service at most of them I've been to. But this is one of the newer ones in the area and it has been horrible since the get-go. Whomever has the franchise for this location would be wise to send a scout into this location on occasion to see what their employees are up to. I'll never step into this Taco Bell again. I have sent this information thru their website but have yet to hear back from them. read more
