Visited tonight- placed order on app- got home and discovered grilled cheese burrito was missing called and alerted them and headed back to restaurant. Went inside to pick up- waited 30 minutes to get burrito- and get home to a charred grilled cheese burrito. Do better Taco Bell. read more

Kinda last resort option around here. For a new Taco Bell this place sucks. Messed my order up and if you order any thing here, expect the meat to be half of what it is at other locations. If you get the beefy Fritos burrito, expect it to be just little beef and the crumbs from the bottom of a Fritos bag. The gentleman was constantly rushing me when was ordering stuff through the drive thru saying "is that all"(keep in mind I haven't even said anything that should have remotely gave him the idea that I was done) after I stated to him "I'm sorry I'm with a indecisive girl at the moment" twice. After I ordered what should have fed my family of 5 they had the audacity to only give 4 packets of mild and hot. And I know I won't rude enough for them to "make me pay" and to give them the satisfaction of screwing me when I got home. I'm done with the rant. Please improve this location. read more

Went in tonight to get food for my family and we had placed a mobile order online so I was expecting to go in and wait maybe 10 or 15 minutes to get my food...an hour later and we just got it. They had come up and asked the name for my order and confirmed that they saw it in the back multiple times before 30 minutes later when who I assumed was the manager came up and told me they had "lost" the order. I had to stand there and read off my whole order so they could go make it and that took an additional 20-30 minutes. During this time other people where coming in and waiting the whole time we were in there as well. Absolutely ridiculous tonight. I've gone in other times and it's been fine so I'm not going to swear off this restaurant quite yet but if I have an experience like this again I will consider not coming back. I work in the service industry so I understand understaffing issues and everything but this was just so extreme and there was a worker in the back cussing and complaining saying "I'm in no rush at all they can get their food when they get it" and yelling at everyone else. read more

Lol the reviews here sound fake as hell! I don't go here every day but I do go at least twice a week. The only time they've messed up my order was when they forgot to put my sauce in the bag. All of them are extremely friendly. The picture of two pieces of chicken in a quesadilla lol get real. I am about to take a picture of my food next time I visit. Absolutely horribly managed! On 11/23, one of the most busiest traveled day for shopping and traveling (a Black Friday), this Taco Bell wasn't open when they were supposed to be (7am). It's not like it's Bohangles 5:30am opening or anything. When I called and asked if they were franchise or Corporate, she confirmed Franchised. I asked for the franchise contact info and she gave me the generic 800 # and said she couldn't give franchisee's contact. I asked if she was the manager (could have been a man as she had a bit of a raspy voice) and she confirmed she was. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. That's a sure sign of NOT doing what you're supposed to do as a manager and looking out for patrons and the franchise owner. Very, very poor business! read more

Well, I went in at about 1pm, usually prime time for lunch and there was only other person inside eating, with two or three people in the drive thru. First thing I noticed was the trail of dirt all the way thru the restaurant. The lady at the register took my order and handed me my cup. I went to get my drink and noticed it was a small cup. I asked her for my large cup and she said, "Sorry, we're out of large cups". Never mentioned that before my order and never offered a discount. So, I waited and waited for several minutes. Me and a few cars in the drive thru, that's it. The girl working the drive thru has a meltdown trying to explain something to the lady she's taking the order for. Very awkward to sit and listen to this tirade. After about 10 minutes, the girl in the back brings me my food and apologizes for the wait. The worst is yet to come. I eat about 3/4 of my meal and I hear a man's voice say, "Whoo, I think I lost about 15 lbs." Of course, it sounds like he just went to the bathroom. Now, I'm in the restaurant by myself at this point and am behind a partition with my back to the front counter, so I don't think anyone working there thought there was anyone inside. As the women employees giggle at his comment, he then says, "Yeah, and I didn't wash my hands, either...ha ha ha ha". At this point, I had to turn around to see who it was. It was the guy that prepares the food in the back. Oh...my...Lord. I know people like to joke, but trust me, no one wants to hear the person that prepares the food that he just had a huge bowel movement, didn't wash his hands and then laugh about it as he re-assumes his role in the kitchen. This isn't an indictment on all Taco Bells as I have had really good service at most of them I've been to. But this is one of the newer ones in the area and it has been horrible since the get-go. Whomever has the franchise for this location would be wise to send a scout into this location on occasion to see what their employees are up to. I'll never step into this Taco Bell again. I have sent this information thru their website but have yet to hear back from them. read more
