Just ordered 36$ with of food to get it home and every modification wasn't done so half the food won't be ate it's simple read the order .

Please forgive me for this terrible review, I have always disliked upproductive commentary. I tried Taco Bell 2 times from this location and both times not edible. I was looking forward to trying their BURRITOS and CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME from watching ads that was on YouTube while watching a blooger showcasing Taco Bell- Hungry Fat Chick. I ordered a combination plate and could not even have a second bite of anything in the box. The filling was barely there and if not for hot sauce I had in the cupboard I could not even eat the second bite. I was disappointed of this location. I really wanted to find a new fast food restaurant in Potsdam- did not find one. Please forgive me to say- stay away. read more

Yo quiero the hell outta this bell! I modified my power bowl to make it Keto, gutted the beans and rice, added more meat, guac, the usual... not a question asked, served up fast, pretty, and with a smile. It didn't miss the mark one bit! The inside is modern as hell, I might even be a little jealous. The giant screens to order are fantastic too in case you're one a those, uhh, late night dinners. read more

Continually have messed up orders when in store and door dashing. Went in today and ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos, a vegetarian power bowl, and a vegetarian grilled cheese burrito. Got the power bowl but missing everything else and got a burrito that was never ordered. Stood and waited for 20 minutes die a frozen Baja blast. Continual issue with this location. read more

Tired of not getting everything we order at the drive thru. Think twice before leaving.

This is concerning the Taco Bell in Potsdam, NY. Clean outside, wonderful people taking your order and delivering your food at the window. I did a mobile order, and everything was perfect, even my customized veggie bowl. Actually, this was my first time at this Taco Bell. I was very impressed with the safety.....gloves on, mask on, and handed food out in a tub. Got home, and very pleased with the meal. Great job, Potsdam Taco Bell! read more

Usually I would give this place a 5 star rating, but the food I got last night was very poor. I ordered the Cravings box, which should have been hard tacos and burritos, but received soft tacos (very poorly made). Burritos were ok. I also ordered a Nachos Grande and had about 4 regular size chips and the rest must have come from the bottom of the bag (just small pieces and crumbs). I discovered this when I got home, and wasn't driving all the way back. This is the first time this has happened since they opened and needless to say, I was very disappointed. Just recently went into the Potsdam Taco Bell and received awful service. My fiancé and I ordered a Sandwich Taco box to share, since it comes with a burrito, plain taco, and a Sandwich Taco, the cashier read back to us what we had ordered, then charged us for something entirely different! We received two measly Sandwich Tacos and got charge for two separate drinks. Not only did I have to return to the counter because they didn't give us one of our drinks, but when I told the woman at the front the mistake she didn't correct my order, she instead tried to charge us more for each separate item that was supposed to come in the box we ordered, and was rude the entire time as if it was our fault! I'm not entirely sure if she was the manager or not but if so her customer service is downright terrible. I understand mistakes happen but if you're going to be rude to me when I politely ask for a fix, that's NOT okay. I will not be returning to this location read more

I go to this Taco Bell quite often, but my last visit was not very pleasant. I went in and I asked for just a taco with no lettuce, fiesta potatoes with no sour cream, cinnamon twists, and a drink. Not a big order. When I got my food, I took my taco out and I realized they had forgotten my taco, which wasn't a big deal, I just brought it back to the lady and she was smiling and she just said "yeah i'll whip up one for you hun!" and I said no lettuce when I asked for it. She came back and handed me the taco. I open it, it has lettuce in it. I didn't care too much, I just picked it off. So then I get my potatoes, there's sour cream. Now that I cant pick off so I took it up to the counter and asked a man this time to remake it. He looked VERY annoyed, but he did, and I got it back without sour cream. So I eat my food and my sister texts me and asks if I'd get her something before I left. I said sure because her house is on my way to campus. She wanted these three supreme tacos. So I ordered that and I get the bag and in it is these nachos with cheese and beef and tomatoes. I go "this isn't what I ordered." and the guy said "nacho supreme?" like obviously not! I tell him what I ordered and I got it but he was so upset like it was my fault. I dunno if they were just having a rough day or what, but I've gotten much less eye rolls and wrong orders in the past. read more
