This location is by far THE WORST compare to all other locations I have been to and I have been to MULTIPLES!!! First off, the portion of the protein ARE TINY! A scoop of steak for a regular is supposed to be ONE SPOONFUL of it, but at this location what you get? A SPRINKLE of steak, as in 10 tiny dices that's barely there. And then when asked if can have a little more, the answer I got was "oh, it just looked smaller because you didn't get rice or beans" BULL CRAP! Second of all, there's no flavour of the meat... All I tasted was the flavours from the sauces and coleslaw. Overall, I'm disappointed..... For the price I'm paying and this is what I'm getting.... Sigh.....

Although I would enjoy a full service Mexican restaurant, Quesada was good in it's own right. When I walked in, there were about 6 people in line in front of me but the restaurant was well prepared. They had 5 staff members working a nice chain, getting through the orders very quickly. Despite being very busy, the staff members were very friendly and served me with a smile. The menu consists of pretty much burritos, quesadillas, and tacos. On this, my first visit here I decided to try the oven roasted chicken burritos. I chose only a regular however you have the option of regular, large, or big ass size. I addition to choosing your meat stuffing, you also get to choose your other fillings such as tomatoes, beans, rice, cilantro, onions, etc... Everything was fresh and pretty tasty. It may not stand up to full service restaurant burrito but it was ready in mere minutes and it still hit the spot. The restaurant dining area is quite small with only a few tables but was kept clean. I cannot comment on the washroom as I did not go in. The parking lot can be a bit of a challenge. It houses vehicles for only Quesada and its neighbour Quiznos and is quite small. I expect the crowd will die down a bit in a few months when the novelty has worn off a bit. The lot will lilkely be a bit easier to navigate then. It also has no access if you are travelling North on Brookdale. I think Quesada is a fairly new chain. I over heard one of the staff members saying this particular location was the 13th one to open. The staff did everything right and the food was decent. A nice break from the typical fast food which is abundant in Cornwall.

However, we were surprised to find that the service was more like a food court setup: you place your order and pay at the cashier, then go sit and wait for them to bring the food to your table while calling out your name. We ordered the carnitas quesadilla, birria tacos with cheese, and two margaritas. The total came to $76, which felt very overpricedespecially for Mexican food. The margaritas tasted overly sweet and artificial, far from a proper margarita. On a positive note, the ambiance and décor are definitely unique and fun, and the food itself was tasty. But for that price point, it just didn't feel worth it. Our meals came with chips on the side, and unfortunately, they tasted stale. Overall, while the place has a cool vibe and good food, the pricing and drink quality left us disappointed.

Hearing it was a Mexican restaurant I was excited as it is one of my favorite cuisines. Stepping foot inside nothing seemed off and it had unique overall vibes due to being inside a building originally from the1800's they mention. You can see some of the age/wear & tear the building has due to this. The kitchen appeared to be upstairs then they had multiple areas of dining areas. One looked quite full and we were brought to the other that had just a few tables in use. They have different painted murals as well as artistic displays. Some of those displays are simply just a variety of cups that honestly look like you'd pick up from the dollar store for a pool party. Other than those the art displays did add a nice touch but appeared random still. The buildings age combined with overall cleanliness of the restaurant were not great. Compared to almost if not every other Mexican I have been to the ambiance/vibes were bland and lackluster. Could use some more attention to make it really stand out. Lastly though the food menu was giant and drink offerings were vast as well. More flavors available for margaritas than maybe anywhere I have seen. My wife got a blueberry one and I got a peach to enjoy after our long drive. The peach was good and tasted like peach. The blueberry was less fruit and more candy/kool-aid. Food wise she got some carnitas tacos and the only real note was the tortillas used could have been warmed to have more sturdiness to them. I got the Flag Combo with rice & beans for a side. It was good enough to finish but the flavors were not what I expected for most of it. Everything seemed to have a unique flare/taste to it but in ways that just did not work. The cheese they used on the enchilada and beans had more of a pizza taste than Mexican. The three stars I think is fitting because nothing was amazing and nothing was awful just middle of the road. Overall if you find yourself nearby and want Mexican not sure there are many other options so give it a try. Maybe you will enjoy it more than more!

I gave it a few months and decided to try again tonight by ordering for pickup. My food was completely cold when I picked it up, and it was made completely wrong. I ordered a burrito bowl, which is until recently had been completely custom. There were food items added that I had specifically requested be left out, and items I had requested to be put in were missing. The person taking my order read back the order to me twice over the phone to confirm it was correct and I still received a messed up order. Additionally, 22 dollars after tax for the small amount of food that came in my single bowl is not worth it.

On a Sunday night, it was not super busy but there were enough people that it didn't feel empty inside. A bit pricy but we also got drinks, and most trendy Mexican restaurants are like this these days. To start, I shared guac & chips - no complaints, we enjoyed and it was very fresh. The added tomatoes were nice. I ordered 3 tacos - the beef barbacoa was fine but the portion of dipping jus was tiny for 3 beef tacos. The best taco for me was the tuna tartare crispy taco. Loved the flavours and the fish was just delicious! My friends had the chicken tacos and said they were spicy but they liked them a lot. However, I did not enjoy the ox tongue taco and didn't finish it. I ordered it because all the reviews about it were so positive, but I didn't like how they just put two huge pieces of meat in a taco. It tasted very gamey and I didn't like the spongy texture either. The piña colada cocktail was yummy - I could taste fresh pineapple and it was very creamy.
