Looking for a spot to have lunch and this looked like a great option. Not too far from our hotel and their lunch menu looked good. Located just outside of the busy part of Canton. They have ample parking available so that was a plus. With a surprisingly warm day for October we enjoyed sitting outside on their patio which had little touches in attempting to make it tropical with fake palm trees. Indoor was set up like your typical rustic bar/pub. Drink wise they offered what you'd expect from a full bar with beers, wine, and cocktails. They had a good list of around 8 seasonal cocktails. I got the apple cider margarita and my wife got the cranberry Paloma. Both were huge and delicious and great for fall drinks. We were tempted for the appetizer pork belly tacos but decided against it. Meal wise my wife got the French dip and I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich changed to a wrap. Both were delicious meals and the fries were perfectly crispy. If you read my review so far you'd likely wonder why it's 3 stars and not 4 or 5. Well that would come down to the service we had. Host was friendly and we were sat right away. It was our server that was disappointing in quality of service. When we first showed up it was not busy really at all and it took a long time for our server to show up the first time and also our drinks took a long time too. Once our food arrived we did not see our server again in any way until paying our check, no checking on us or if we enjoyed our meal or anything. So if you plan on coming here for a meal you can except good food and drinks just not sure how the service you get will be. Despite the good meal I would likely look elsewhere next time. read more

So excited to have these Jamaican wings and a good meal. Get there at 8:27 and order wings and a beer. I order my food at 8:48 and without any notification, they tell me they stop making food at 8:45. Really? I didn't get silverware and had to use bar napkins and now I'm 3 minutes past kitchen time! First time to 11 west - the building appears new, grabbed a seat at the bar which is right in front of the door. It could have been the brightness outside but the dining room appeared dimly lit. The bartender immediately greeted us and asked if we were looking for lunch menus. After ordering a couple drafts and asking for recommendations we ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich and the French dip sandwich. The French fries served with the sandwiches were very good, and the sandwiches were also tasty, Two sandwiches and two 16 ounce drafts came to $46 before the tip - a little pricey but definitely worth it for an occasional upscale meal out. read more

We sat on the patio and enjoyed it immensely! There is also a private 6 top behind some ivy got a more intimate setting. Our server, Alex, was fun, attentive and gave great recommendations. 10/10, ask for Alex! The food was delicious. The ranch could use some work. On 1/30/2026, my husband, daughter, and I stopped in for lunch at 11:10 am, but we weren't sure if 11 West was open, even though the website said they opened at 11 am. Once we got settled, getting out of the car, the signs saying Open were on. I ordered the special Chicken Noodle soup and a 1/2 of the ham and cheese sandwich. When my soup arrived, it was cold, so we asked the waitress if she could have it warmed up. It came out 10 minutes later, after which I had eaten my warm 1/2 ham & cheese sandwich. My husband had ordered the draft Coolers Light, when getting a refill he was given what was left which was half foam, the waitress said that the keg was out and that they didn't have another one. This is hard to believe, as it was Friday at lunch time, and they didn't have a replacement for one of the most popular draft beers in the area? Very disappointing. On another visit in November 2025, we stopped and had lunch. My granddaughter had gotten the Caesar Salad with Salmon added as additional protein. Once the salad came out there was a smell to the Salmon, she did attempt to take a bite but it was horrible and the Salmon was NOT good. The waitress was the bartender who did see she didn't eat, and also noted we didn't take it home; she should have been more observant. We didn't say anything because my granddaughter doesn't like to draw attention, nor did she feel she would be anything better after taking a bite of rotten Salmon. It was apparent that the meat was bad. We weren't going to make a complaint, but after yesterday's disappointment with the SPECIAL being cold, it was time to let you know that your food needs to be checked over better at your lunchtime service. read more

You could smell how burnt it was. Returned. 55 mins to get entrees. Wife got fish fry, again way overcooked, 3x more hard coating than fish, dry. Sweet potatoe fries rock hard, ate more like potatoe chips. My hamburger not made from fresh meat. Frozen patty. Barely warm when arrived. Dry. Bun stale. Clearly no quality control in kitchen. We were served a chicken and vegetable pasta soup in an absolutely disgusting broth/sauce and a broiled fish dinner which was under cooked and over seasoned. The chicken dish was smother in a watery broth and served in a slanted bowl.The chicken tasted like it was boiled and the vegetables were almost inedible due to the terrible flavor. The broiled fish was under cooked and served with watery mashed potatoes that had no flavor and summer squash that was the consistency of baby food. We recently returned for a quick meal and drink and decided to sit at the bar this time. We ordered the 11 West Burger and Western Burger both were cooked to order and came with fries. Great burger overall but the star was their special sauce on the 11 West Burger. Imagine the infamous mac sauce we all know, but without all of the extra sugary sweetness. That is this sauce, so make sure to ask for more on the side. Our bartender, Anna was super attentive and Marta was great! Another overall great experience and look forward to returning again soon. Our first time here went okay. Ordered a drink first. Then ordered bruschetta as an app and out entres. The drink took a while to come. We waited at least 30 minutes and we still had no app. Shortly later, our dinner was served. Ordered another drink, was told they made an error making bruschetta. Said they'd comp it but it'd be right out. Steak tips were well done, should have been medium. Flavor profile was okay though. Seasonal veggies were lacking flavor. The other dish was the shrimp pesto farfalle. That was very good. The only issue was leaving the tail on the shrimp. They were far too hot to hold and get the tail off. We both finished our dinner and then the app was finally delivered. A bit overpriced for the slow service. Waitress was nice. It wasn't overly crowded so I'm not sure why the kitchen was so slow. read more

The food was good but you would think when a table of 9 order 3 of their signature burgers, they'd get it right. Nope, all 3 missing ingredients listed on menu. Took over an hour to get our food and service was way below par. It was not busy at all, there were only 3 other tables when we got there. No offer of refills or to see if things was good. As of 10pm on Saturday, January 10th, I had been wanting a burger, not just any burger, a burger that was WORTHY of being called absolutely divine. On my quest to find the best burger in the area, I stumbled upon this place called 11 West. Let me tell you. I took a look at some of those photos of the burger and let me just say. Woah. They looked amazing. With this new profound images of these burgers, I decide to myself, this, this was the place I would quench my thirst for a burger. At approximately 6:50 pm I walked into this restaurant and the lighting, the service of the staff when I walked in. The football game on the tv, everything was perfect. I decided to order the 11 West burger, and this burger LIVED up to the photos. My first bite into this burger was pure flavor, super juicy, perfectly cooked perfection, this chef, they made this with LOVE. I have been craving this burger for almost 24 hours, and the fact I got this burger and it was even better than expected was amazing. I will be coming back here when I need to quench the need for my burger hunger again. I wish I could have finished this burger but I got so full from how big and delicious it was. It was far from medium rare, more like well done. the potatoes were good!! the meat must have been a bad cut or something. it was tough and stringy the total meal for four was 176.00before the time which by their standards starts out at 20% I had a hard time paying 15%all I can say I hope the 's out fathers had a better meal than I did. The cheese on it was like melted velveeta. The steak was fatty. I ordered ribs, one of the pricier menu items. I fully expected at least a half rack of ribs on the bone. Instead I got a few boneless ribs. The broccoli was gross - brown ends, looking like they were not freshly cut that day, and very unappetizing looking. The number of times she walked past our table and cleared not one dish. Or the number of times she walked into the kitchen w a singular glass. Do the female servers not carry trays or clear dishes? This may be why so many reviews comment on the poor service. Delayed food is forgivable but the team should've rallied and rectified the situation. Been there twice. The first time was for the fish fry dinner, which was very good but the service was horrible. Today, we went for lunch. Service was better, not great, but definitely better than when we went for dinner. I ordered the french dip sandwich for lunch. If you are not a huge fan of horseradish, do not order this sandwich. Waitress first brought out 4 of the 5 orders, and said the 5th order would be along shortly. About 10 minutes later we got the 5th order. Not so enjoyable for the person sitting there watching everyone else eat. While we waited for our food the waitress stopped at our table and apologized for the delay, and kept saying it shouldn't be much longer. Anyway, for the amount of time we waited I would have expected our food to be fresh. The fries were warm at best, and so were the burgers, fish and steak tips. The food quality was good, but our overall wait and lack of getting to eat together made it seem worse than it really was. This was my first time there, and I must say the consistent reviews of long wait times, and mediocre food, was spot on. I will likely never return to this restaurant. read more

The service was awful. The waitress spent most of the first 45 min after we entered talking to another table of customers while ignoring the other customers she had. We waited almost 1hr for a burger and wings while all other tables that came in 20-30 after us received their food and were leaving. When we finally received our food the wings we ordered were burnt and only 3 out of 12 were edible. The waitress disappeared many times after her chatty friends left and we then again we were left waiting for service and our bill. Our first invite was during the soft opening. our food was very good, atmosphere was pleasant and we intend on having dinner/lunch out on the deck soon. The menu variety is "something for everyone". This is the second review I've left for this business. The first one was completely taken down and removed. We made reservations for four of us on a Friday evening. When we arrived, we were early so we sat at the bar and got drinks. The first round was $38. We proceeded up to the hostess stand about five minutes before ourscheduled reservation and were told to wait. When we finally got seated, it took several minutes for anybody to come to our table to take drink orders. We placed our drink orders, appetizers, and entrées immediately with our waitress. Calamari and scallops were the appetizers and they arrived within a few minutes. Over an hour later, we finally got our entrées which consisted of two burgers and two flatbread pizzas. We had to remind our waitress of the drinks that we had ordered before receiving our entrées. Service was very scattered and intermittent, food was mediocre, & trying to obtain a bill was like heading to the dentist. We actually had to go to the hostess stand to try to get our bill. When we finally received our bill, we got totally separate prices for the same drinks that we had already gotten at the bar prior to our seating. Hopefully it was an off night, it was not very busy. I'd have to recommend you really think long and hard before coming to this location. read more
