The other day I got drive thru here. I pulled up and was instantly greeted. I needed a moment. Once I figured out what I wanted from the big board of deliciousness, I placed my order. My total came to $9.52. How do I spend so much here? Everyone else spends four and five bucks but not me! Geesh. Anyway, the girl at the counter was nice. We have been coming to this place for some time, because it's close to home, food is okay or was okay but the service, let's just say it's lousy! The other day we went to the drive thru and I ordered the Mexican Pizza which I was very happy when they brought it back but on this particular night, employees were standing around joking and pretty much like they were at home and not giving any attention to customers. We have put up with this rudeness for a long time, just want our food and go home! Well the pizza I got was bitter as if someone put some drug in it!! I called to speak to a worker to explain what happened but he said, just come back we're very busy!! Which I know they weren't!! BEWARE - CREDIT CARD INFO STOLEN. My brother used the drive through to order and pick up his food. He saw that the cashier he gave his CC over to pay for his food went around the corner out of sight with his card instead of using the cashier computer/ card equipment that is located in front of the drive-through window. A few days later, he had several fraudulent charges amounting in hundreds of dollars used on his card. I would like corporate to look into this to protect consumers! I like Taco Bell's food, but this location has messed up every order. Today, the drive -thru cashier was very distracted when taking my order and did not even speak when I arrived at the window. When I got home, the nachos were missing. Also, no receipt, so I am not even sure if I was charged for them. Last week, I asked for extra red sauce and no cheese on all of my items.
