Food service is the best thing about this place and the people that work there are so nice

We went on a Sunday evening for a quick dinner. Placed our order at a kiosk, got our drink cups-then waited...and waited...and waited some more. Almost 30 minutes later, we got our food. The chalupa was hard, and the bean burrito? I don't know who taught this person to make one-but everything was falling out the bottom! The dining area wasn't that busy, and there was a lot of employees working-I don't know what took so long but good grief! If the food would have been good-that would have helped! Go to the one by the University...they seem to care more! read more

I was so impressed with the customer service last night. I ordered through the drive thru. I had forgot an item for a friend and asked if it was too late to order it at the window . The girl was so friendly about it and let me order the item . I noticed the team work was outstanding . You all deserve recognition for the incredible customer service you give. Wait, what?!? I know!!! The people appeared to look like they were having fun working and fast service, too! Perhaps it's because the Taco Bell's in my home area is lacking, but this experience was by far better than what I was expecting. While the quality of the food is fine and exactly what you'd expect from Taco Bell, the local owners are pulling a greedy bait and switch regarding online pricing that needs to be addressed. When ordering from the mobile app the advertised prices are changed and increased at check out. I asked an employee what was going on and they told me the local owners are not honoring the prices provided by The Taco Bell franchise, which seems like it should be illegal. The $1 happy hour drinks change to $1.50 at check out and all the combo meal prices are increased by $1 at checkout. read more

If you need a cheap enema, this place is your ticket. You'll be filling your drawers in no time after eating their mystery meat and refried beans that shoot through you faster than greased lightning. Bring a few bucks and make sure the toilet is in full operation after eating whatever processed gem they happen to throw at you and call food. read more

We stopped for late night fast food. There were probably more than a dozen cars ahead of us, but they got everyone through quickly and were polite and professional the whole time. The food was good, they were out of hamburger and they helped us come up with good substitutes where we couldn't get what we had planned to get. They were careful in food handling without slowing things down. Their prices are higher than what their commercials claim but we like the food. We would come more often if they still offered a kids menu though. read more

Absolutely awful. Higher prices than any other place in town! For Taco Bell! They ask you if you want double meat so they can skimp you and you'll just think you should've paid more. Chalupa shells were dry and hard. Hard shell tacos broken. I will never go to this place again. Greedy owners and poor staff. Horrible for vegans? The minimum wage, teenage, culinary chefs weren't understanding of your dietary restrictions? Isn't there a South Park episode about this? Taco bell is an incredibly delicious, terrible for you fast food joint staffed by teenagers. If you are a food/diet snob, don't go to Taco bell. It has been years since I walked into a Taco Bell. This one looked recently remodeled and appeared nice. It was just dirty though. Soda dripping off the table on the seat and onto the floor, boogers on the walls, and so on. If it was a high traffic, or even busy I'd understand. This Taco Bell location is the nicest I have ever been to. The cleanest and the highest food quality. Most Taco Bell's they get the order wrong and things like cheese on the quesadilla not melted but this was perfect! read more

We arrived just about two in the afternoon for a quick bite to eat. The cashier was o.k., not too thrilled to take our order, clearly wishing he was elsewhere. We filled our drinks and began looking for a clean table to sit at, most were dirty, or already filled. We got a seat in a corner and waited for our food, which came quickly and it tasted fine. What we didn't know until after we ate and hubby went to use the restroom, was that the restrooms soap dispenser was non-operational and so we can only assume at least the male employees were not washing their hands with soap after using the restroom. I'd like to think that they washed them with soap elsewhere, but once we returned home everyone in our family had some major issues in the bathroom, so maybe not. We weren't thrilled with the other Taco Bell in town, but this one is actually worse. I guess we'll just skip getting Taco Bell when we're in Poky. Such a shame. read more

Stopped to pick up lunch with Mom on way home from running errands. Mom had a chalupa with ground beef and nacho cheese sauce. She liked it but it wasn't like what I use to buy for her years ago. (We haven't been there for a while since we discovered Taco Johns). I ordered a super beef and bean burrito and an enchirita with lettuce and onion. Use to be one of my favorite things. Perhaps they should use a smaller container, cause this had a tortilla with ground beef in it and hardly any enchilada sauce on it, no cheese and I paid extra to add lettuce. O.K. it was only .10 but very dry and now I remember why we go to Taco John's instead. That's what you get from minimum wage kids. Where are the adults. Less than $10 but I would rather pay a couple of extra bucks and get a real burrito. read more

LAZY & NEGLIGENT. Their drive-thru fountain machine for kickstart has been messed up for months. I have repeatedly told them and they agree. It taste water downed and very bitter. Every time I go there, no one seems to know if its been fixed so I have to taste that crap every time to let them know. Normally they will then fill it up from the lobby but this time he was "too busy" (This was breakfast time, no one in lobby, one car behind me). Unreal that they are too busy to fulfill a correct order. I want to watch someone there drink a whole thing of it because it taste so bad. Instead of putting a "out of order" over the fountain, they keep ignoring this problem for months and just serve drive thru customers this crap, most of which I presume don't go back to let them know. 0 Stars if I could read more

I've been to about every Taco Bell throughout California, Idaho, and Montana. The Taco Bell in Pocatello, ID is by far the best one I have every been to, they don't skimp on anything and their soda isn't watered down. read more

Taco Bell is one of the few fast food chains that I actually enjoy, in fact, I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the service. On several occasions I have had the staff completely forget my order, have my food stolen before I could get it off the counter, and received my food at room temperature. Though this generally isn't a problem, it seems to happen to me about 25% of the time I visit this facility. Overall, this particular Taco Bell is ok, though not the best one I've been too. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the food is good (usually), and the food is sold at a reasonable price. read more
