Whenever I go to Taco Bell, this is the one I go to. The workers here are friendlier than the other Taco Bells by a landslide. I was helped by a man named Kevenny, and he was super fast and friendly. This place is terrible . I came by at 12:30 am and called out ... no reply . The workers just hide in there and don't work. They are supposedly open until 2am. I can see two vehicles and a bike on the bike rack. So 3 employees inside hiding. I only wanted a soda. This is not the first time. It's a good Taco Bell. Never had a bad experience here. They always get our order right. Really nice people working here. We do the drive through so all I can say is the outside is kept pretty tidy. This place has been my savior time and time again. When they say they're open late, they are not joking. Many a time I've come here after a lovely night out, and ordered a grilled stuffed chicken burrito, and I can say, I've gone home happy. The line is usually rather quick, and for fast food - they do their job. They're fast, clean, pretty efficient. My only issue is I repeat the words "EXTRA CHEESE" about 47 times per order. I hope management reads this. Right now it's Sunday night and we have been waiting for our food for 30 minutes now. Granted it's busy and there is a long drive thru line. But, customers before us kept getting things missing, they left and came back, then cashier guy went to the back and didn't resurface until 5 minutes later. Went to the drive through and sat there for half hour before getting to the window to pay and get my food. Once I paid for the food the drive up window guy closed the window and never came back. After another 20 minutes of sitting there watching the drive up window kid (and he was a kid) walk around in a circle doing nothing, we called over the kid to get a refund for piss poor service and waiting. He took our receipt, closed the window and started doing something else. I went inside to complain to the manager (about the wait and the attitude of the drive up window kid) who was working the food line and never got off the food line to speak to me. He had another worker take all the complaints from the customers. After another half hour of waiting for my refund I went to the Hercules Taco Bell where I received great service and food in a timely manner. read more

When placing order on app, request to get sauces on side does not come through on their in. Hence, been a few times sauces are put on the menu items. Since then,majority of the staff at this location is aware I prefer sauces on side ,often has it ready that way at arrival. 2-night I arrived/asked to have green sauce on the side bf order completed. I purchased 2x sauces through app. I purchased 3rd at arrival. Checked my order prior to leaving, received 1X sauce. I informed person at counter and he said he would get me two more (been working at location 2 months). Carlos came up to front counter and said sauces were already on items. I told him I had request prior completion of order. I had one sauce and would like two more. Appr. 4 to 5 staff members in hearing distance. Deanna was present. She knows me and put sauces on side. Carlos very rude. He said You do this all the time. I said if I ask the staff to put on side before they complete order, it shouldn't be an issue. He said it's a cost. He then told me to get out of HIS store because we don't need to talk about it no more. In addition, when providing feedback, (I politely said to Carlos that when he had said "you do this all the time" it makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong and not. I am simply requesting and if possible to put sauces on the side), Carlos was very defensive to the feedback. If it's his store as he stated, he should care how his statement made me feel unwelcome. He turned his back on me. Why was he in a hurry? I am aware staff is on a timer...get orders completed within a specific time frame. Carlos was working on the line. Even so, customers should feel heard . Time should be allotted to deal with customer relations. He told me he didn't want to argue and done with conversation. I of course corrected him and said I am not arguing but but simply giving you customer feedback. I am a loyal customer & not everyone can afford to. I would return because the rest of staff have been good with accommodating me when they can and provide good service. I sent this review to corporate through Taco Bell's app. I hope to get response as I requested. BYW: green sauce is .10 Ea. Why the attitude and cost??? I LOOOOOOOVE TACO BELL!!!!!!! I don't know what it is, but I'm hooked. I always order a bean burrito with sour cream along with whatever else I choose. I usually keep the burrito for the next day. I love being able to warm it up in the microwave and still have it taste the same! Not to mention how cheap it is too! They have their own lot for parking, and I recommend going inside as their drive thru line can get long, especially at night. They don't staff enough people at night, and I've found myself stuck in their drive thru for 30+ mins before.
