Excellent food, served hot. Excellent employees. Food can be spiced up by the chef or sauces you add on. Began and vegetarian selections. First time I ever got a crunch wrap and it was pretty good. Beans, no beef. The mango tea is a little sweet for me so I mixed it with unsweetened tea from the self service soda station. Free soda refills. Kitchen was very clean, employees neat, no foreign objects in my food (this can be a problem at some restaurants but in my 20 years of coming here, I never got a hair, roach or other things in my food) A+ sanitation. Sean keeps the dining room very tidy, much appreciated that my table was clean when I arrived. Cooks Diaz, Renee, Bianca really did a good on the crunch wrap - my first and won't be my last. DoorDash can't do anything about it and the customer service number for TacoBell is only available until 5pm so I can't even get my refund tonight. read more

My boyfriend and I frequent Taco Bell a couple times a week. The location in Phillipsburg, NJ is completely out of the way from home as ours is being remodeled. He ordered the Nacho Bell Grande meal with a Dr. Pepper; me the Quesalupa box and 2 chips and cheese. Not only did the drive thru person give us an attitude and all but threw our food at us, they got our order wrong. I received the Chalupa box, not the Quesalupa box. The Nacho Bell Grande was the triple layer nachos size. Half the little container was empty! He received a Pepsi rather than Dr. Pepper and was missing 2 tacos that were supposed to come with our meals. The orders of chips and cheese were dumped all inside the bag, most likely as a result of the cashier throwing the bag at us. We will never be returning to this location. It was such an awful experience at our favorite restaurant. read more

I placed an order on the app to pick it up at 7:45. When I got there the doors were locked so I couldn't get in. So I ended up going thru the drive thru to pick it up and it took 30 minutes. On top of that my order was wrong. They missed half of my food and I was still charged for it all. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn't give it to me. The tables here are always dirty and sticky. It's super rare to find a clean one. However, the staff is nearly always friendly and quick.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. And it's my luck this is now the closet one to my home. They are the slowest fast food restaurant (seriously, how long do 3 plain crunchy tacos take? Why am I waiting 25 minutes?). Every time we go the order is in some way screwed up, and whatever we order is a mess. How do you break all the tacos? How do you miss putting the cheese and lettuce into the taco? I've also noticed this location is run by teenagers. It must be like Lord or Flies in there or something....they need some adult supervision. read more

Awesome location. One time I ordered drive thru and didn't realize my debit card expired that day. Manager gave me 13 dollars worth of food for free. Another time I was ordering in the drive thru again. It was taking FOREVER and there were like 3 cars in front of me. When I got up to the window, they profusely apologized and gave me a discount.
