I ordered Grub Hub delivery from this Taco Bell yesterday and it was awful. My soft taco looked like it had been made from whatever had been leftover on the prep bench. My burrito was made with old, crunchy rice. My chips and cheese were thrown into the bottom of the bag- not even into a little paper pouch first. Just dumped in like trash. Oh, and my dirty diet Pepsi that I paid extra for? Nope, couldn't even get that right. You charge me extra already because it's delivery. You slop it all together because you don't have to face me. You package it so the driver can't check. I'm going to tell everyone I can that ordering from you is a gamble. Maybe the health department should come by. If you are this lazy, maybe it was a blessing that food was too disgusting to eat. read more

Was craving some Taco Bell. Went through the drive thru. Found out you no longer make Mexican pizza. The young lady working the drive thru sounded out of it, like she needed a nap. Another employee was walking around hold this one ear and had cotton in the other (I hope he gets over his ear infections). The guy who gave us our food was okay but called me "boss". After waiting for several minutes at the empty drive through, finally had to shout Hello to get someone's attention. Worker was less than enthused to be working there and was not friendly at all. I got the new crispy chicken tacos and to say that there was chicken in there is truly reaching. The "chicken" was as hard a rock--I literally could not bite through it. When I took it out to look at it, it looked like a dried piece of overcooked breading with literally NO chicken inside of it. I had to take the "chicken" off both tacos in order to eat them. Online order drive thru food was awful tasted like medicine called and she said when u return tell 'em you spoke to Breana and Lindsey returned a few days later in drive thru told about replacement food and who I spoke too pulled up she said $10.99 She said no Brianna worked there and Lindsey was off. Taco Bell is one fast food joint where I'll eat anything on the menu and think it's good. I love this place. You know, I didn't eat here until I was 11 years old. Thanks, mom! Taco Bell has recently abandoned two of the shops in my neighborhood simply to rebuild down the street. Weird, but okay by me. Now there are two abandoned, classic Taco Bell buildings that no one wants. Reminds me of a redheaded stepchild. Burger King and McDonald's demolished their aging stores and rebuilt on-site...not sure why Taco Bell didn't do the same. Taco Bell is offering shrimp on its tacos now. I'm not sure that's a great idea. I mean, beef doesn't have to be cooked all the way, so that's why people haven't died eating at Taco Bell yet. So...the guy and I were craving taco bell (and we weren't drunk) on behalf of all of the commercials during the football games featuring the volcano box and the fact that you can win a gold PlayStation or whatever the name brand of it was. That was a huge motivating factor for him...good work on the marketing, TB. Definitely a convenient location since it's literally one block from my house. Haven't really stopped because I don't eat fast food. However, when I did stop I was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly drive thru cashier. She was SO polite and courteous which can be hard to do at 2 AM. My food was done very quickly and was hot. This particular Taco Bell is one of my favorites. One cool aspect is that it's only two blocks off a Metro Parks multipurpose trail. ( I can use it as a bike ride destination.) I also like the Parma neighborhood feel about the location. Pearl Road has lot's of traffic but not enough to drive one insane. Anyway, the management seems to hire pretty squared away people. The restaurant has always apperaed to be clean. It's well lit and has a pleasant view from the dining room windows. For those that happen to live in the neighborhood, I'd say they are pretty lucky. read more
