My family don't eat out much and decided to "splurge" by going to taco bell tonight. My credit card got charged twice and at two different prices! We live five minutes from there and by the time I got home some of our soft shell tacos were soggy with grease. The fiesta potatoes were hard like they have been sitting for awhile. I went to taco Bell and my man hit me with some free Cinnabon because he's a homey and was very friendly and communicative. Would recommend.

I don't know who the employee (or manager?) with the orange checkered shirt was, but I was impressed with how helpful he was for a customer who needed additional assistance getting her food. This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell location to go to. You can defiantly tell it's a franchise. I have tried to give this location my business on several different times. Yet every time it's the same time. The food is nasty and taste funny, rude employees. Majority of these people obviously on some sort of drugs because they always seen out of it. I went there to get my meal the other night and it took over 30 minutes stuck in the drive thru. I asked for a Extra Large Drink. They told me they didn't have them anymore. Then at the window they said they were out. I went back a few days later they said they don't sell that size of cup anymore so that is why they don't have them. I told them that was a lie because several other locations have them. Then she said rudely they are a franchise and they do what they want and carry extremely rude. At that time I decided not to spend the large amount of money there and took my service for a large party I was having to another establishment. Why I won't go there isn't because they stopped carrying something. It's RUDENESS that the employees have then how the food taste. They are cheap with the stuff the put in the burrito (always taste burnt) then the tacos have basically just shells then min meat, Lettuce & cheese. These employees need a reality check, drug test. I know several people who won't ever step Foot or put their money at this location. read more

It would be nice if they'd actually cook my food. My daughter's mini quesadillas were tortilla and unmelted cheese. Unacceptable.

If there was a way that I could rate no stars to this specific Taco Bell, I would! This was our second time ordering here and this will be the very last. Thinking it was probably just the staff working at the moment from our first experience, we gave them a second chance and well, another disappointment! The first time we waited an hour and some for our order and didn't even get our cup to fill while we waited ( which we thought was a given) and there wasn't much people in drive thru or in lobby area. The employees were talking and playing more than they were doing their jobs! This time we ordered through door dash and once again, straight disappointment! No drinks ( which may have been our door dashers fault), chicken quesadilla was burnt on the outside and the inside was watery, 5 layer burrito only had meat and cheese, chalupa's were stale and dry and tomato's were smooshed, and sour cream was only on one end of chalupa. This was one of the only places open during the snowmageddon power outage and I was desperate for some hot food after being snowed in for days. We waited 5 mins in the drive-thru before deciding to go inside after not moving an inch. We ordered a taco 12 pack for $10 and waited a good 15 minutes for our food. Not much of fast food, but at least they were nice. read more

We were shorted half our meal. Called the business and spoke to Manager Jessica. Jessica already sounding irritated told us to come back and get the missing items. Not happy to drive all the way back but mistakes happen I understand that. Cool problem solved right. Return to the store, explain to the clerk what happened. He asked "what did you order". Thinking maybe he was going to look up the order, I told him what we ordered. I was then called a liar because on the phone when we called we said we were only missing half our meal. That was correct but we were asked what we had ordered not what was missing. They finally told me pull forward and they will give me my missing items. Pull through, they hand me a bag containing nothing that was on my original order. I had to go into the store to get the correct order.. Jessica was behind the counter still looking pissed off. I eat here way more than I should. I think in the past 10+ years I've got the wrong thing in the drive thru about twice. They are fast, they get your order right, and the place is clean. For a fast food joint this is as good as it gets. read more

Sat in line forever and when it was finally our turn they took forever to give us our food and also forgot to give us our drink, we sat there and asked for it multiple times with the window opened and they totally ignored us. I would not recommend this Taco Bell for any one. read more

You can never go wrong with some good ole fashined Taco Bell! This location is probably the slowest, so you get in and out nice and quickly!

Horrible experience, Our order was wrong and we had a hair in our bag of food. When letting the owner know, just so that she was aware, she immediately got defensive. Nothing was done about our issue including correcting our order. I've never had a problem with this Taco Bell before and was extremely disappointed with the way it was handled. read more
