A customer should not have to wait 5+ minutes in the drive-through and not be acknowledged they are even there. I drove away without getting an order at 9:45pm on a Friday night because there was no one there to take an order. Apparently it's more important to clean up the dining room than wait on a customer in the drive through. Teach your employee some basic principles of customer service. read more

Placed order at 1pm. Was told they were completely out of Mild sauce. Charged $5.55 for a burrito supreme. Showed employee that burrito supreme is $4.19 on website and mobile order site. When I asked why I was charged $5.55 for a $4.19 item she said wait a minute, walked off then told me it was because it was higher in the store. Then told me to wait at the pay window until she said I could go. Waited 5 minutes, with multiple cars behind me, then she reappeared at the pay window and to me to go the the pickup window. This is by far one of THE WORST fast food restaurants I have EVER been to. It is disgusting, the food is gross, and the employees are the most disrespectful workers I have ever met. The floor has permanent grease all over it so you almost slip and fall going the restaurant. The counters are visibly smeared with gross residue, the place smells horrible when you walk in, and employees are some of the rudest, most disrespectful people I have ever encountered in a food restaurant. Including the manager. They treat you with such disrespect and acts like it's such a hassle to make you food and God forbid you wanted a certain way. It is so unbelievably bad that it's almost worth going in there just to see how crazy it is. Someone needs to call the health department on this place and someone needs to get a hold of HR and send somebody in to fire every single one of these people here because someone's gonna get sick. I have been to a lot of Taco Bell/ kfc in my time and this store by far was the worst I have ever been to. I knew as soon as I went to the bathroom I should have left but I didn't. The rest room and overall store was nasty from oily floors to the tables not being cleaned as well as windows. I waited for 20 minutes for my Taco Bell order and it was stale and there was condiment oil on my tacos. If I could give 0 stars I would. This store was the most dirty one I have been too. Go Someplace Else if You're in a Hurry. Three Customers who had already ordered were standing in the waiting area when I walked in. There were 4 people eating in the Dining Room. My Ticket read 6:28pm. My order wasn't particularly complicated:: 12-pak Crunchy Tacos To Go. I could see 5 Employees from where I stood. The 3 Customers looked like statues 15 minutes later, when 1 order came out. Mine came out @ 6:50. I went to the Condiment Bar, where I usually pick up sauce packets @ other TB locations ~ None. I asked for "2 packets for each Taco." Employee behind the Counter counted out 12 & mumbled something about "12 Tacos . . ." Well, some of us like more than 1 tsp. of sauce on each Taco. I know all about Food / Supply Cost 1st hand ~ each straw, plastic utensil, packet, etc. ~ But this was beyond stingy! I'll bet SHE squeezes more than 1 packet on HER Taco! All that to say:: I buy bottled sauce @ Kroger anyway, in case they (frequently) don't put it in @ the Drive-Thru. It's just the PRINCIPLE of the thing! More expensive, less clean, more wait. For the taco Bell, every time I come, it seems like this location costs more than any other one. Not being a pricing expert, it's hard to know exactly, but every single item on the menu seems to cost a dime or two more than it should. There seems to be no cleaning going on. It's as if labor is scheduled at the bare minimum to sell the food, and they don't clean until their day is complete? There were no clean tables today and no attention to the dining room during my lunch. It is your jobs to clean tables, not the customers job! Especially after paying inflated prices, you should be able to budget a little extra labor! They do not proudly display their health inspection score. If fact I couldn't find it anywhere. i literally cannot believe this establishment is still open. they served old tortillas to us and we waited 10 minutes for a CUP OF CHEESE SAUCE. it's literally ridiculous. the employees were walking around acting like they had nothing in the world to do talking on the phone to people and ignoring customers. i hope they get shut down. read more

I went inside to order, since I was ordering for someone else I needed a better look at the menu. Stood there for a few minutes, finally someone asked of my order had been taken. I told her no. She proceeds to tell for the cashier. Who is no where to be found. So this person says she'll take my order. The very first thing I say for my order...they are out of. Figures. Then the yells for the cashier again then asks me to just go through the drive-thru. Um...okay...when I walked out they locked the doors. Mind you this is roughly 9:00 pm. The doors for the lobby should be open according to the hours posted on the door. The guy who took my order in the drive-thru had me repeat everything several times and still managed to not ring up a item. Got the order and all the tacos were placed upside down so everything fell out of the wrapper. So, all in all, this taco Bell needs some major assistance. In all areas. You'll starve to death before you actually get your order. This location is consistently slower than any other place in the region. Turnover seems to be high and on one occasion I walked in and witnessed a manager verbally berating an employee for no apparent reason. I guess I'd quit, too. I always say to myself I will never go back but I do in hope it will get better. The food is either okay or bad. Taco shells are stale or chicken is soggy. It's not just the food the service worse. They are slow at taking orders and are just plain rude. What happened to southern hospitality? They need it bad!
