It's got the worst customer service they don't even act like you're you exist when you come in then they close whenever they want to have the time and I have doordash orders to pick up and I can't because they're closed I hate the store and I'll never come back to it. The employees are taking personal calls on cell phones while holding your food. They take your money, then pull you around to make you wait 45 mins for cold undercooked food! Not a place for a quick meal they are too slow I was the 3rd car had to wait 15 minutes after paying for meal was told to stay at the first window, so I wouldn't be on their "clock" JUST TO SLOW. The customer service was good. The driveway need repaving I darn near though my car was in a sink hole. The cook and cashier reassured me that the new beyond chicken was fried in a separate bin from the traditional chicken. The beyond chicken is an option for vegans and vegetarians or those who want to take a break from actual animal products. I was visiting family when my niece and I visited this restaurant. It was absolutely horrible! The mashed potatoes were disgusting, I have no idea what they put in them but they were not kfc mashed potatoes! The chicken had been fried in old grease and overcooked. The biscuits were so hard they could have broken my windshield! Needless to say it all went into the garbage and we had to go somewhere else! THE SLOWEST RESTAURANT EVER!!! So I paid a visit to my local KFC-Taco Bell today and decided to go in even though there were no cars in the Drive thru. When I got inside there were only 2 other people ahead of me and they had already placed orders for food. So at 3:44pm I ordered a small coleslaw and an apple pie.... instead of making the customer the priority and getting food orders together some of the workers (and i use that term loosely) seem to be doing everything but that! The two customers in front of me finally received their food and exited... Five minutes past (where is my order) Ten minutes past (still nothing) But what is this I see... the drive thru has customers now and is moving along. Meanwhile, about four of the seven workers are gathering and talking to one of the other workers Dad (he walked in and didn't even have to place an order and got a free drink) I didn't know that KFC had a VIP service. So now I look at my receipt and notice the time on it 3:44pm... so I ask the worker who initially took my order what time is it and she stated "I don't know". The customer behind me says about 2 minutes till 4:00!!! I tell the worker (I only order two things slaw and an apple pie... what's the hold up). She didn't even remember me ordering the food. So she gives my receipt to the manger and she seems to be clueless as to why it has taken sooo long for me to get my order (here's a hint... STOP KNUCKLE DRAGGING AND DO YOUR JOB!) Anyway I finally get my order at 3:59pm after waiting far far far too long!!! This place is an absolute joke. I don't know if the food is any good cause we never got any. There were four cars in front of us and each car took over five minutes. When it got to us they never took our order. We waited over twenty five minutes. I timed it. I finally sent the wife to knock on the window and see WTF was happening. Long story short. They had five people on duty and no one who knew how to work the window. And had no idea if they would get back to the drive through again. If this KFC tells me one more time they are out of chicken me and the Colonel himself are going to have a problem. I ask when will you have more chicken, and they answer first thing in the morning. It's not that they were out of chicken they were just done making chicken for the night! It was 7pm. They still had 3 more hours to go. This happens way too often at this location. They also lock the drive thru window and doors when they get overwhelmed. I've had to call the corporate office on this KFC way too many times. They should have new management and all new employees. I have to keep reminding myself: not every fast food restaurant is as good as Chick-Fil-A. Or mcDonalds. Or Wendy's. Or Burger King. Or EVERY OTHER fast food restaurant you can think of. Junior didn't shout, but he did raise his voice. "WE DON'T HAVE IT!" I gave up, ordered Sierra Mist (I detest Pepsi) and drove to the first window. The young lady who waited on me there was obviously not Mr. Crappy Attitude and I decided to ask the question again. "No, sir. We don't have Dr. Pepper at all." I then showed her the picture of the menu board I'd snapped - with several 'Dr Pepper' labeled cups placed beside entrees. She was dumbfounded. "THAT must be why everyone keeps asking for it, then." I smiled and said, "Yeah. Someone needs to fix that. I'd bad for customer satisfaction." I then moved to the pickup window and who is there? That's right. Mr. A**hat himself with the attitude that the customer is apparently NEVER right. I took my food (without checking the contents) and held my cell phone screen up and said, "THIS is a picture of your menu board and THIS is why folks keep trying to order Dr Pepper." And the attitude came back again - still not shouting, but clearly pissed off at me. "AND WE DON'T HAVE IT!!" I drove off with my food and my Not Dr Pepper. Only after I pulled over to eat my food (nowhere near home) did I see that my 'Fill Up' had no plastic Ware with which to eat the damn pot pie. Ahhhh ... but I'm ready for this: after dealing with morons who leave the obvious out at other places, I pull out my standby plastic fork and spoon. And then I noticed ... no cookie.
