They have several different seasonings that you can top your fries with. While I liked the crunch of the fries, I wasn't a super big fan of the sour cream and onion seasoning. I found the chicken to be very salty. My husband liked that the tenders were really juicy. I loved how moist and tender the chicken breast was. Even after 25 min of driving home all the chicken we ordered was just....juicy. lol Because they were closing soon, the floors were being mopped and the smell of whatever they were using mixed with something else I couldn't identify was too strong to be able to stay. It was near insufferable. All in all, we are split on whether we'd like to return. I definitely plan to, but my husband doesn't. He prefers Bonchon.

As soon as you're seated, you'll have a tempting signboard presented at your table with every southern classic you can imagine. With entrees like fried chicken and catfish, endless sides like turnip greens, white beans, and just about anything you can imagine fried, and every kind of southern pie, it's all there. The catfish is magnificent, with that wonderfully gritty cornmeal batter surrounding flaky, tender fish. The complimentary roll is also delicious! And the servers are very nice here! But there are some downsides. The fried okra, my favorite southern side dish, is actually soft and soggy. No self respecting southerner would ever make soggy fried okra. It's about the worst I ever had. And the onion rings, which are hard to mess up, were burnt black and lacked flavor. They were inedible. The cashier is rude and doesn't have time for "thank you" or small talk or a smile or even giving you your receipt when nobody else is in line to pay their bill. That's just how it is. If you want good catfish, Sling Shot Charlie's will come through. But if you want a southern culinary experience that's enjoyable, there are much better places to have it!

While our server was the sweetest and totally on top of everything, the food was just ok. We ordered 3 tenders and a 2 piece dark snack to try out both types of chicken. The food came out piping hot...so hot you had to let it sit a minute, but it was just lacking in flavor. I'm not sure how to describe the batter of the tenders, but it was on the tough side and hard to pull apart and it had no spice to it. The thighs on the other hand were super spicy, but not in a tastefully spiced way...just hot! I don't think we will be back, but we may be the odd ones as this place was hopping.

I have been ordering from this place about two times a month since they opened. Typically the…read moreservice is very good and the order is perfect. When I went tonight, I ordered eight chicken tenders because it was a two dollar chicken tender special going on. I only received six of my tenders. The restaurant did give me the two tender since I've ended up going back, but there was no apology issued or anything. Just rubs me the wrong way since I spent 10 minutes going to and from their restaurant and ended up having to make two trips. What a bummer. By the time I got back to my house, all of my food was cold.

I knocked on the door, as I had a pickup order, and they proceeded to just stare at me thru the door and ignored me. There was another customer in the lot waiting for a door dash order, who proceeds to inform me that the employees that were closing decided that they weren't making anymore orders for the rest of the night. So then I go back to the door, and I see the employees that are closing take someone's pickup order, open it, and start sharing it. Like what? Then I called the store, to be told by the woman at the counter "you can either come back and get your food tomorrow or get a refund." To which I stated I wanted the refund since they were still "supposed" to be open for more than 30 minutes. I was then informed by the employee that the refund would take 24-48 hours to go into my account. Fast forward from Thursday night, to Monday night, I still have no refund. I go back to the store, and the same lazy, no good, sorry employees are running the store. I explain my issue with my refund, and the same woman at the counter just walks off for 5-10 mins without a word, and comes back and says "he said he put it in but it takes 3-5 business days not 24-48 hours". Great. I will never be back to this Wingstop location, and possibly any Wingstop period after this. This company has no number to contact any support outside of the specific locations. What kind of company is that? No outside assistance if the store is too ignorant to do so? All around terrible experience. No food, awful customer service, idiot staff... I'm good. Thanks. I will be suggesting to everyone I know to avoid this location at all costs in the future.

It looks just like the other one on the inside with bright colorful logos and beautiful pictures of fried chicken. I've been to the KCC on Stage many times but it's really out of the way for me. I need a reason to be in the area other than fried chicken. I do love fried chicken but an hour round trip drive for lunch is tough. My fish store is around the corner from this place so I now have new Bartlett food options. Yay! I stopped in eager to try their tasty chicken. It did not disappoint! They cooked it to order as it seems they do with every guest. They wait is 15 mins or more but it's so worth it! My chicken was steaming so bad you can see it on video. I love this fried chicken!! It's got a particular spice involved that I am not familiar with and cannot place it. I know that I love it though! It's so crunchy and still light. Great job!! Just lovely I wished the sides were better. They offer several but I haven't had one that I liked yet honestly. The Mac has changed a lot but has never been good. The mashed potatoes are weird with little uniform potato cubes in them. No on the slaw for me. The fries are the safest bet in my opinion. The meals are super cheap though and they all come with a cookie and a drink, so there is that. I usually just throw away the cookie. It's trash. Next time I will tell them to keep it. You get 2, 3, or 4, etc pieces and can name the pieces you want for no charge (I think). If you tried 4 breast they may balk at that, not sure. Solid place that will be on my regular rotation from here on out. I may just start buying the chicken in bulk and just eating it. I think I will be happier that way. '25 - 52/111

I went in with high expectations as it seems to be the only fancy spot for a long distance around. Also, I was a fan of the previous restaurant in this building, Vinegar Jim's. The service was friendly and the drinks were surprisingly good, though their cocktail menu is primarily sweet beachy drinks which I don't prefer. We started with the BBQ shrimp and burnt ends plate, both of which were excellent. My girlfriend and brother both got the Debris Samich, which I liked but they did not as the bun was rather soggy. I thought it tasted good and was happy to treat it as a knife and fork sandwich. I had the 38-day dry aged prime ribeye- which was offered at a great price for the quality and the treatment of the meat. The center was cooked exactly how I ordered it, but around the outside the meat somehow appeared to be raw while simultaneously having a burnt crust on the outside. I was underwhelmed because even though most of the steak was great the burnt bits turned me off. We had a few desserts, and my favorite was the butter cake. They're definitely worth a try. I am a frequent visitor to the Arlington, TN Chipotle because it has consistently provided the best…read moreservice and ingredients compared with my experiences at other Chipotle locations in the Memphis area, including Stage Road, Wolfchase (Germantown Road), Cordova (Germantown Road), and Poplar Avenue. Unfortunately, the other locations have frequently disappointed me due to poor service and a lack of available ingredients. The Arlington location is more than a 20-minute drive from my home, while several other locations are only about seven minutes away. Despite the inconvenience, I have consistently made the effort to drive to Arlington because that location has always been dependable and well-managed. However, today was a completely different experience. We visited around 6:30 PM, which is a peak dinner time, and the location was out of lettuce, both regular and honey chicken, fajitas, and possibly other ingredients that we did not even bother asking about. When we asked the staff when the chicken and fajitas would be ready, we were told they had run out. It is difficult to understand how running out of multiple key ingredients has become such a consistent issue across Chipotle locations. Running out of one item is understandable, but several core ingredients during peak dinner hours is unacceptable. It would be similar to a ChickFilA/McDonalds running out of buns, chicken, and burgers all at the same time. I genuinely hope someone in the Chipotle world can look into why these locations consistently lack essential ingredients and are turning customers away as a result. Friday at 6:30 PM should be one of the busiest times of the week, so there should be proper planning and inventory in place to accommodate the expected foot traffic. As a frequent customer, I am beginning to question whether it is worth continuing to visit Chipotle or if I should start considering other restaurant chains. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the Arlington location has historically been excellent, and I would hate to see it become another location I can no longer rely on. Just my two cents
