I stopped going to Pizza Hut years ago because the location closest to our house was just bad. Bad service/staff just didn't care whatsoever about anything. My husband and I gave it a shot a few weeks ago, and it seemed to have maybe gotten new management/staff, so it was better. Well, that was short lived. While the staff does seem better at face value, the quality is still crap. We went tonight and ordered a pizza and 16 boneless wings. The order took quite a bit longer to make than online said it would, which isn't really a big deal at all. HOWEVER....when we finally got home and opened the food, we immediately decided we had made a mistake giving them another chance. Half of the wings had no sauce on them at all, and they were supposed to be honey bbq. The breading was also soggy...absolutely disgusting...Then we grabbed a slice of pizza...the "crust" was severely underbaked and soggy. So much so that it was literally wet. When we picked a piece up, it was completely limp and floppy. Insanely unappetizing! We even went as far as taking a bite. Immediately was disgusted at how mushy it all was, and the sauce didn't even taste right! It was just an incredibly disappointing experience..the only thing that was right was the other half of our wings had the correct sauce on them...which is not saying much. I have always loved Pizza Hut but not at this location. It smells horrible. I have tried several different times and if they actually have a driver, it stinks. Pizza was undercooked every time. I have tried cooking it longer but the bad flavor still existed. read more

I ordered a pizza today 10/8/2021 at 2:00-2:30pm. It was supposed to be curbside service. When my husband arrived at Pizza Hut, he text them to let them know he was outside. He sat there for a little. He went inside because it was taking so long. The employee told my husband he forgot. After he brought it home I looked at my food and it looked awful. The cheese-bread was so dry (Picture attached). And the cinnamon stick was so dry I couldn't pull it from the box (picture attached). I ate 2 pieces of pizza and it didn't taste like the old Pizza Hut. I know that the economy is really bad now. But, you still have to serve the best you can. I wonder if they looked at it and said, "would I eat this meal." If you were truthful you would say "NO". Getting my money back is not the issue. I'm tossing the pizza in the trash. But think about what your food look like, fix it where the customer will say, "I'll come back to Pizza Hut." I hope that Pizza Hut employees read this and do better by their customer Thank you read more

Really wish I could just do half a star. This location is TRASH. I literally watched about 4 people bring their food back because they got the order wrong. Also watched them take one of the pizzas that got returned and add peppers to it for my order. Because they forgot to make mines. Terrible location. read more

They can TAKE a delivery order, they just can't DELIVER a delivery order...I know the world is experiencing staffing issues, so I get it. But don't take the order for delivery if you're not a pizza delivery place. read more

This store just needs to close. I called at 8:11 to make sure they received my online order. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and said our food was ready and they were just waiting for it to be delivered. It was finally at my house at 9:21, and tasted exactly like you would assume after sitting for over an hour. It was lukewarm, and I was slightly confused about the breadsticks- it says 5 in the box holiday meal and I paid more for cheese but they only sent 3? Doesn't really matter at this point. One star for being shady, which makes food that much less desirable. Look at how many times they charged me for the $5 tip I previously authorized. Not that I am a cheapskate but there is a reason for why I only authorized $5. I understand that food service personnel deserve generous tips for their hard work. I will make a long story short... After I was done placing my order, the lady over the phone asked me if I would like to leave a tip. I asked why leave a tip over the phone when I got to sign for my receipt anyway and I can leave a tip after I've received my food and service. (She was not the friendliest order taker either.) She said it's a contactless delivery so you're not going to be signing anything. Well my, my, my... When the driver arrived to my home, she had receipts in hand with a pen, and I was actually excited to see that I was going to be able to change the amount of tip I authorized. I wanted to give more. I value the fact that I am provided service and convenience by not having to leave my home, and food is brought to me straight to my door. But what I didn't expect was for them to help themselves by adding additional tips hoping I would just sign and not see what I was charged for. So according to the lady over the phone, she assumed I wasn't going to see my charges because I wasn't actually supposed to sign for my receipt. I was upset that they went ahead and helped themselves without my advance approval. Now I'm wondering if they do this every single time to every customer, hoping some people would just sign and grab their food and go eat and forget about looking at their charges. When I reviewed my receipts and saw the charges, I was a bit upset that they went ahead and did that, but I didn't argue the charges because I wanted to give the driver at least $10 anyway. And I think they did the $5 charge three times to make it look like it must've been a glitch or an error or something, that was according to the manager that I later spoke to. Even if so, I'm certain someone verifies the receipt to match the items being delivered, therefore they should have noticed the "glitch". Instead of changing the actual amount to a specific target amount, they just triple charge you so that it can look like a glitch instead of making it look like someone making an actual change in the amount tipped. read more

I placed my order online and when delivered it was wrong. I called back and informed Pizza Hut and the manager by the name of Adam was very rude told me that they could bring out a chicken Alfredo but we would have to pay full price. I told him NO, they can pick up this wrong order & bring the correct item back. He said ok & hung up the phone. I called back and stayed to him that he didn't have to be so rude being that he is a manager & I'm the customer. Don't try. I called in an order for my son's birthday party. Gave them a three hour notice. From the taste and look of the pizza it was made when I ordered it and sat in the hot box for over two hours. Also, my order was not correct. I was told they would redo it but when you have a birthday party waiting on the pizza I decided to take my order and not ever return. read more

I ordered two pizzas. They were both undercooked. The center of the pizza was raw dough. The pineapples were hard. The pizzas were inedible. I called the Pizza Hut in Oakland where I purchased the pizzas. I was told there was nothing they would do and the woman who answered the phone was rude, crude and sociably unacceptable. I ordered two medium pizzas 30 minutes before closing. The pizzas were fantastic. Cooked to perfection. The estimated time of pick up was completely accurate for I arrived right as they were pulling the last one from the oven. read more
