I had ordered a footlong coney, ham toaster, and a cold brew. The ham toaster was fresh and hot, but the footlong coney was stale and had a long hair in it. I told them as such and they didn't ask any questions or apologize for the service, didn't ask what I wanted to do or anything. They just made another one. I came to Sonic tonight and spent $54 for me to get home to a half cooked footlong. It was very disappointing.

I ordered the CHICKEN TENDER dinner... But two of the pieces were comparable to the size of their POPCORN chicken. Take a look at the photo I posted of the tenders next to the ketchup packet and tater tots.... Wtf sonic. This happens every time. Why do I do this to myself and order the stupid chicken tenders?? Not much good to say about this location. Lazy and rude staff. Ordered a breakfast item, waited TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES for it only to receive the wrong order. I've been to this location maybe 3 times and it's always an absurd wait time and the way they assemble the food is so half-assed. They also pour maybe 5 teaspoons of salt on one order of tots. The girl on the intercoms attitude also indicates she absolutely DNGAF! This location needs new management. read more

When they get my order correct, everything is ok I suppose. Typical Sonic, overpriced minuscule food. The food is not worth the price. I'll pick one thing to focus on....the boneless wings. Now when they first introduced the boneless wings, they were surprisingly big, juicy, succulent wings. I got them the other day and I could barely see them. Sonic stuff. Service is what separates chain food places from the rest of the same ole same ole that all fast food chains have to offer. Happy hour is always my favorite time at Sonic but also there busiest so service may be late, in a hurry, or even stressed out when they bring your order. Be kind and remember to tip your car hops because you could be the one to change that kids day into something special and thereby changing the service experience of everyone else who comes into contact with your car hop. My order isn't that big, do you really have to interrupt me every other word? Wife makes me go here. Dang diet cherry limeade. Although they do have the best mix of Diet Dr. Pepper i've had outside of Texas. What i mean by mix is soda with syrup. Mcdonald's tastes spoiled, Chic-fila closer. I have gone to sonics every since they've been in Memphis. This sonic on Houston Levy is the worst sonic their is. Thx including out of state sonics. It takes forever to get A drink. I have waited 15 minutes for a Coke when there's only two customers in the parking lot. My order is wrong six out of 10 times. I was there today at 3 o'clock for 2 route 44 drinks. There was one little girl running all the orders. There were other employees inside talking. Went back at 3:45 to get. two dishes of ice cream and a route 44 lemon slush. I waited over 20 minutes when people were coming after me getting their orders and leaving with food. My slushy was so bitter I could not drink it nor did it have a lemon in it. Ice cream melted. Over the past two months this store has been so short handed that everybody is complaining and not coming back. There is one employee that answers the phone that is so hateful. I tried to order three times and before I ever finished she kept hanging up on me. I would have to call back and my order was wrong naturally. You definitely need better managers and teaching classes. I would give it zero stars but you can't. read more

Called mgr was not really concerned other than to say if you will come back I will fix you another one.
