It's a Taco Bell. If you want to eat at Taco Bell, this one is just fine. The tortillas were nice and soft.

My son and I share similar tastes, but my wife has allergies and doesn't like spicy food or peppers. Olivia, our waitress, was very helpful tracking down allergy information and letting us know what was safe. We started with drinks, chips and the grilled pineapple habanero salsa. The chips are made in house and not fried in oil where fish is fried and seem to be a whole grain chip. Very tasty. The salsa was really good, but didn't have a lot of kick to it, which did mean we could all enjoy it. Drinks were very good as well, though pricey. The food is amazing. My wife had a cheeseburger with the house made ketchup and claimed it to be the best burger she's had. My son and I had the Birria Ramen, which is shredded beef, guajillo, tomato, mirin, tamari, lime, consommé, soft boiled egg, cabbage, radish, cilantro, tortilla - fantastic! There are ramen noodles, too - recommend asking for the tortillas on the side, as they come in the bowl and soak up broth very quicky. We also had deserts: I had the Mexican Brownie, and the wife and son had the Dulce de Leche Cake (not the traditional style, but very good). Over all, the experience was great. As noted, Olivia was awesome, the food and drink were great, and we do plan to return. Note, it can be pricey.

It…read moreis not curated to be authentic street food - it's meant for large portions, a beachy drink, a classic bar feel, and a fun time. Stopped in here after walking around Stillwater on a sunny Sunday. After having a beer on the water and a long walk, I decided it was time for some tacos. This place was absolutely packed, but as a solo traveler I was seated fairly quickly at a small table inside. Fun colorful and tropical decor. I ordered the Shrimp Tacos and a Margarita. The mason jar marg was salty and refreshing and the tacos were HUGE. The rice was cooked perfectly, the shrimp were large and had a nice pop, and overall the flavors were balanced! A little acid here, a little something savory there, a tangy sauce! I slammed two of the tacos and brought the third one home for my partner to try. Fun filling stop on a beautiful day!

Rice was crunchy and hard?! Oh and they charged for chips and salsa. Bill came to over 60 for 2 of us. For SIX TACOS and chips. A note: it's is ridiculously loud in there. The noise is not the restaurant chatter but a super big business of margarita mixing going on in the bar. Bottom line: Skip and go to chipotle and save your $$ for an above ground pool. :)

I even made a point to say this to the lady before ordering my burrito. I am not going to lie...I would not go back to this particular location. There was no employees when I walked into the restaurant during a normal lunch time. After a few minutes, they noticed I was out front and someone came out to help me. I believe that she was new, because she tried and failed the first time she tried to make the tortilla. The other employee asked if she would like help, so maybe she was new, but she declined, threw it away, and tried again. Normally they only have to use the press machine once, but she pressed down on it so many times that she she completely ruined the normal fluffy almost pancake-like quality that I loved about it so much. There was no way for me to know until I bit into the burrito so I didn't ask her to remake it because I didn't want to waste food, but I wish that I would have. Left me completely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Sooo good - 5 stars!…read more I've wanted to check this place out for a few years. But unfortunately, I don't live close-by and the hours & days of operation are limited. But I finally made it. Three of us checked them out for a Friday lunch. It was definitely worth the trip to meet my Wisconsin buddies for some rockin' Q. This is a casual, order-up-front kind of place. Grab your beverage, pick your own spot, and they bring the food to your table. The meats are excellent. I grabbed a half pound of smoked sausage, a half pound of pastrami, and a half pound of beef brisket. My friends both ordered pork ribs. Everything was wonderful! Being a zero carb dude, I really appreciate that you can order meat by the pound (and the half pound). Thankfully, they don't force you to order plant based items. As zero carbohydrate carnivore eater, I didn't order any plant based sides whatsoever. But my friends got broccoli slaw and waffle corn bread (very clever) as sides. They loved their sides. Both of them topped things off with big Texas Brownies and a la mode French Vanilla Ice Cream. The brownies were giant and flavorful. They actually made the whole back dining area smell like chocolate. Finally, the service was excellent. The food came out fast & hot. And the owner popped out of the kitchen a few times to check on us and to chat. Nice guy. They have live music. But we came early and missed all of that...so I can't comment on the music scene. All-in-all, a great place, especially if you're a carnivore. Thumbs up! -Maxx

It wasn't all that busy, roughly three staff members in and out behind the bar inclusive of an employee who was working on a sangria mix? Pre made cocktail mix? Not sure but he was putting something together the majority of the time I was in. I digress. It wasn't just myself and guest who experienced the slow service, there was another group at the end of the bar that had to ask multiple times for their tab to multiple employees. On to the food: -I went with the Royale Smash Burger, which was quite tasty and honestly, the seasoning of the burger and the cheese stood so strong on their own I wish I didn't have the tomato and pickles in hindsight. Really great burger! -the side fries were solid and seasoned perfectly! -the onion rings we split was surprisingly the opposite. No real taste to the batter, came out not super hot, and really soggy. The exact opposite of the side fries and honestly, wish we'd skipped on them. Overall, the service kind of killed the experience, the burger was solid, and I'd skip the onion rings. There's some decent spots in Stillwater and this place always seems super busy this was the first chance I had to stop in and... not sure with the other options I'd jump to go back. Perhaps it was just an off service/off afternoon?

There was a group of 4 of us so we were able to sit wherever we'd like to. Our server was very friendly, prompt, and helpful with our menu questions. All other items we ordered (chicken and shrimp tacos and a burger) were all good, just not as notable as the others. Regarding portions, they are HUGE! If not fish or shrimp it's shredded meats unless you order an up-charge item. The chips taste really fresh and crunchy with a non-grease taste. A little salt and they were perfect. The queso and salsa are all really good alone, but we mixed ours and it was even better. The shrimp tacos had a little too much of the bacon because it really over powered the shrimp. Once I pulled off some bacon the tacos had a really good flavor and kick. The fish tacos have a fried fillet that tasted really good but needed a little salt. The filling and sauces on the fish tacos were really tasty. I would buy bottles of that green guacamole sauce. Our favorite item of the meal was the chorizo egg rolls. These have a really nice crunchy exterior and a cheesy spicy interior. The chorizo mixed with the cheesy center was so good. I doubt you'll be disappointed if you order these and share them with the table. The service would be my only area of suggested improvement of this establishment. The sign up front says "Please wait to be seated" but then once bartender saw us she told us to "just find a seat and someone will bring menus shortly". Nobody came to our table for 5-6 minutes. The rest of the service wasn't much better. Lot of waiting for help or acknowledgment. Once we were done eating we had to search out our waitress to get our check. We would return to try other items, but maybe be more demanding of service.
