I swear people expect the most out of places they shouldn't be. It's Taco Bell people!!! Staff here is very friendly and helped me with my online order. Everything came out very fast and I was satisfied with my meal. Taco Bell was my little cheat meal today, but it actually didn't make me feel sluggish after eating. It's supposed to be one of the better fast food restaurants apparently. Ordered off the value menu today. I usually get the supreme crunch wrap but I was feeling frugal today and wanted to try some new stuff. Nacho fries are a MUST TRY. I was hesitant on ordering, but glad I did because they were the best thing I had. Spicy Tostada was a hard no for me. Too much sauce and extra sauces that actually made it taste worse. Shredded chicken quesadilla was actually really good. I will have it again. Also got a plain beef soft shell taco, which is my go to when I just want something small from there. read more

Seriously this had got go be the worse in foods! My mom decided she wanted Taco Bell and of course I find it mundane, boring and fake but I still came. I had the chipotle wrap and that is the photo I put up. I am so disappointed that I ordered it. It was mostly tortilla and about five small strips of chicken on some nasty sauce. Are they really selling this type of food? Chipotle sauce they call it, I call it a hot mess that is tasteless. What is the point of ordering a hot mess I say? I am not one to complain but the truth is that if you want Mexican you should always go to a Mexican restaurant. This is pretend tasting food that I would never order again. Fast food they call it- I call it a hot mess of something. The water in the soda fountain tasted rusted so of course that means that they don't clean the machine often, good thing I have a sanitation training that did me well. This new Taco Bell at 9540 s Cicero is awesome!. We ordered a fairly large order for 8 people on Valentine's Day. It was a lot of special orders with no lettuce on this, no cheese on that, etc. Well believe it or not, the entire order was right. I couldn't be happier. And something really amazing happened... Our boxed food orders were in boxes!!! The last two times we ordered from a different Taco Bell, everything was just put in one bag without the boxes. There was no confusion over what food went to what persons order this time. I know that this is our only Taco Bell that we will go to from now on. Workers nice and food is hot and tasty! read more

I don't think the staff was that happy to greet us, probably because it took us while to decipher the menu. They should revamp their menu so it's easier to find things, just my professional opinion from being a marketer. Nevertheless, this is a fast food place so I didn't expect it to Wow me. I've had Taco Bell about three times in my life up to now and today I remember why I don't have eat here that much. The food quality is "meh" and the service isn't all that welcoming. I would come back if I'm really in a hurry and there are not many other choices around. Here's my tip, if you come around Happy Hour 2-5pm, they have $1 drinks: Pink lemonade freeze (which is pretty decent, I had this one today), or Pina Colada freeze and 3 choices of Loaded Grillers. These are in choices of Potatoes, Chicken, or Beef. I had the Spicy Chicken one which was loaded in sauce, like sour cream and cheese more than chicken. It was okay and good for $1. Instead of buying combos, we utilized Happy Hour and got 2 beef Chalupas, a nacho, a Loaded Grillers, and a Pink Lemonade for $9 with tax for 3. Not a bad price. My only complaint is that the Chalupas shells tasted stale. It felt a bit cold and stiff, like how old fries taste. They should really try to make fresh-to-order. 3 stars... So I don't think I'll have TB again for a while. read more

I love this place and go to this location every time I eat out. But I got charged for something I never got and when I asked for no lettuce on 7 tacos to come home to find lettuce on them. My brother is allergic to lettuce so he just choose to not eat because it was a waste of gas for me to drive 10 miles to get to this one location. First let me start this review off by saying when mason is there this is a 5 star Taco Bell the food is always good when mason is working even if he's just there it ends up being good. But when mason is not there it's a 2 star and maybe 1 star Taco Bell. All I get usually is cheesy roll ups like that's it with a freeze and they some how make that so bad it's amazing. I've experienced lettuce and tomato in my CHEESY Roll Up like how does that even happen. I literally sat in the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes in front of the speaker; no greeting, not one word from any employees. When I finally decided to leave, I went past the drive-thru window. There were zero cars in line and there was a kid in the drive-thru on the telephone, completely ignoring the drive-thru. This location is the absolute worst. I don't know what kind of management they have there but they're useless. The inmates are running the asylum at this location. I believe they are also under new management because we ate in and the employees were great. Friendly, hard working and clean. So we went there tonight ( 3/16 ) and ordered hella food, dude at the window was one of the most gracious hosts we've ever experienced at 10:30pm on a Monday at a fast food restaurant. He apologized for making us wait any more than 15 seconds, and were like bro, you do you booboo. You're crushing it. All still while taking other drive through orders, this man perservered and continued to package and deliver our order. Not only was our food accurate, fresh and timely, he went out of his way to aid us in a lot of extra mile sauce. We felt that this man, who looked like a Justin (we could be wrong, but man on drive through at 10:30pm on Monday March 16th), you're a legend. If corporate or management of this facility reads these reviews, this man is management material. Build him into a glorious worker he is destined to be! Give him more hours! Take care of that man.
