They always take forever I was in line for 45 mins. They always mess up if not one thing your whole entire order. And they always have very bad and rude attitudes. This whole entire place needs to be shut down, and they need to put something else here! Im never coming here again! I guess I'll just drive the 45mins to the other one. Thats how long I'll sit there waiting for my food from here anyways. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. It legit sucks! Plus they have been shut down multiple times for infestation! Its just a huge waste of your money!!! And they take your food back from you if it's wrong which they are not supposed to do. Absolutely terrible. Their service is slow and they don't know how to manage the store properly. There food here always has something wrong with it. Whether it be something missing, food not made the way it was ordered as, or just straight up not fully cooked right. Especially the KFC side, every time I get food here (which is very rarely due to how poor it is) my KFC chicken is always under cooked leaving it a rubbery consistency and breading not staying on due to sliding off the meat (slimy). My Taco Bell orders are always messed up in some way whether it's made wrong, or missing items completely. Also, they always seem to be out of something. The store workers most of the time close almost an hour early either the Taco Bell or KFC side just to be able to "get out early" and they are rude sometimes and almost always take FOREVER to get food out either through the drive thru and inside at the counter. The interior of the place is always dirty, I will say the floors of the dining area are usually not bad but the tables are dirty and don't get cleaned as often as they should and behind the counter there is always a mess on the cooking floors. I have personally seen workers sweep messes under cooking equipment to save them for later! This place has been shut down multiple times for various different reasons but I think they should get shut down permanently, or at least a complete makeover with all new staff. i've nutted fasted than it takes for their drive through to give out one taco. there was one other car infront of me and it took 45 minutes. it took 15 minutes just for an employee to come to the drive through and take my order. When i got to the window to pay the workers were snotty and practically threw the food at me. i checked to see if they made the one singular taco i ordered right and as u could guess it was wrong. id honestly give it a 0 star if i could. when i told the workers they made it wrong the cashier said "wow another one" under her breath basically stating that orders get made wrong here all the time. read more

I had business visit to this Norwich township and hunger has its way of telling you to lookup near by fast food. I wanted Chalupa Supreme with refried beans and my company ordered two hard black beans tacos. I added coleslaw from KFC menu so this combo store had great menu items for various customers. Drive up window was busy with few cars ahead of us. They have one window open for paying for as well as for pick up of your ordered items. It's good because the person taking the order was making sure items in the pick up bags were same as ordered. The attendant was very pleasant and asked us for any sauces whereby we ordered to packs of Fire sauce and two packs of Diablo sauce which is in my opinion little bit hotter with tart taste . You must try them if you need zing on your Chalupas and hard tacos.. Had lots of parking and seating area which was closed due to pandemic and shortages for employees... while ordering to delivery of our order was within ten minutes around 4 pm..Saturday and it's close to Walmart's Superstore so we visited them after again seating and eating our food in their not so crowded parking lot .. a new way to get the food and eating it in the parking lot in your safe environment of your car .. read more

I got a soft taco supreme and a Mexican pizza from here as well as a chicken sandwich from KFC (adjoined to this place). They share the same drive-thru. After eating there that night, I woke up with fatigue, dizziness, back pain, and nausea. It worsened over the next few days and I got fever, chills, diarrhea and puked a lot. I had full on stomach flu and even went to the hospital for some pain medications because of the severe stomach pain I was in. I never finished the Mexican pizza because I was too scared after the next morning when I got the fever. The soft taco tasted great but was messy inside the wrapper. The sour cream was a bit smeared inside and the tomatoes were all falling out before I even opened the wrapper. Taco Bell was always my favorite fast food joint but I'm scared of eating it again. read more

On May 5, 2024 at 1:45 pm we stopped at this Taco Bell. We went in to order. The cashier with glasses and dark brown hair at this time did not greet us. We heard her say ok but we thought she was taking a drive through order. Then she said ok again. I said are you ready for us and she said yes. RUDE!! My husband is on WW so he wanted a grilled chicken burrito. ( it's on the app so we know it's possible to make" and I ordered 2 rice and bean burrito's. We got our order and they all looked the same. We asked how do we know which is different they are not marked? Two girls said "I don't know I didn't make it ". Rude again!! So you don't ask in the back? We opened them and none had grilled chicken. Brought it up to the counter and asked and then she said "we don't make it that way. I said "why didn't you tell us" she said I did, maybe you didn't hear me. Rudely again!!! We are not hard of hearing, he would have changed his order. In addition, the walls and windows are filthy. Don't know if I will be going back. They need to get more professional workers. I know it's a fast food place but we the people are the ones to make them money. We deserve better. read more

Doesn't look like much when you walk or drive past but i popped in because i was hungry and i was told to try the supreme crunch wrap and holy cow that was the best thing i have ever had at taco bell filled just right with everything that goes in it chips, cheese, meat, tomatoes and lettuce best thing there you otta try it read more

Stopped in for lunch today and after waiting 3 mins for someone to acknowledge my presence I left. This location is notorious for SLOW service but it keeps getting slower and more apathetic, but they don't seem to care. If your in a hurry or want your food in a timely manner don't visit this location. If you have unlimited time then you will get good food here. read more

James was at the front counter, rudely asked my wife what it was that she said and put his ear within inches of her face. I ordered a nacho fries box and he rudely as well responded with, "oh we don't have that". We went to get our drinks and they hadn't even put on the caps to the drink dispenser, so my wife get absolutely covered with Diet Pepsi as it violently exuded from the machine. The floors and counters were filthy. We got bean and cheese burritos, the beans were cold and there was chicken in it. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme (#9) and it was just cheese, nothing else. My wife got a cheese quesadilla, the tortilla was soft and cold and the cheese inside of it was completely uncooked. Overall it was an absolutely horrid experience and we love Taco Bell. I will never visit this one again even if it were my last choice on Earth I would rather die of starvation that suffer through the experience that I just had there. Disgusting. read more
