My experience at this Taco Bell was great!! I honestly never really go to Taco Bell (mainly because I don't live too close to one at home) so I finally took a second to look at the menu. It was very low stress ordering on the screen because it was basically my first time at a Taco Bell in years and I could take my time seeing what they have/figuring out what I want. I got the crunch wrap supreme and a burrito with rice to try. Of course I also got a Baja blast. Everything was so tasty, and so cheap! they recently came under new management and everything at this point is horrific. ive complained a few times as my orders were consistently messed up and now its just got to the point where they are purposely messing with my food. i used to go there every day and i order the same thing everytime. the new manager has never been able to even make my drink correctly, which is wild to me because you're supposed to be in charge right? today my food was cold and they wouldnt remake it even though it is absolutely their error (likely done on purpose) where i placed a mobile order while already in the lobby and sat and watched as they put everyone else orders in the mobile pick up area except for mine. the app said mine was ready but ten minutes had passed and nothing had appeared in the pick up area for me. finally got a hold of someone and they had my food at the drive thru window and when they handed it to me before leaving the register i opened it and the food was cold to the touch. they did nothing but say "oh idk" an walked away. everything was cold. and they still didnt make my drink correctly. this level of incompetency has me convinced they are doing it on purpose even though i had every right to complain about how i have previously been spoken too and my food being made incorrectly. i order the same thing every day, probably for the last two years, how are you going to tell me this incorrect item that you just made up (because none of the fruit pieces ever go in the rockstar drinks) that im wrong. they messed with my food on purposed today. and the place was absolutely filthy today, even behind the registers empty cups littered the floor and the tables were trashed. read more

Pricey but good, plentiful food. People are locals (mostly) and friendly. They also do pick-up/take away.

They got our order right and the food was good but the big blonde lady who worked there could not stop complaining about her job and how she feels she isn't being compensated well enough for her work. She was mad that a customer didn't leave her a tip. She also gave attitude to a VERY nice older man because they forgot a part of his order. I had just done a massive all-day hike near Mount Washington. I was starving and needed something fast and convenient. Five miles down the road as I began to eat, I noticed they forgot an item in my order that was clearly printed on my receipt. Seriously? How hard is it to work in a fast food restaurant? Completely messed up my mobile order! When I called to let them know the mistake they told me they could not do anything about it since we were travelers. Ordered a nacho bell grande and they forgot literally half of the ingredients we ordered. Guacamole, onions, extra cheese, extra sour, more..... doesn't matter. When I called the guy on the phone on 3/18 at 10:05 who answered the phone told us we could come back or he couldn't help us. At that point we were already MILES back into our trip back home to MA. I ordered my food didn't get half of what I ordered. I didn't even leave the drive through window yet as am checking for everything I discovered items were missing I notify the lady at the counter. 100% would give negative stars if I could. Firstly, not sure why their hours are so screwed up. They've been closing VERY early the last few months. Don't know how long you can ride the "we're short staffed" excuse. Clearly management isn't doing what they need to, to get more staff in the door. Being someone who works 2-10 5 days a week. I've barely had the chance to get Taco Bell as of late. However the handful of times I've been there in the past few months, the drive-thru guy, heavyset dude with glasses, is ALWAYS grumpy, rude, condescending, and overall puts off a vibe that he doesn't wanna be there, and takes it out on the customers. I've heard from MANY other people they've experienced him as well. What really ticked me off, (being something that has happened numerous times over the past few months) is last night, grabbed some food with my girlfriend, ordered two crunchwarap supremes, 2 cheesy Gordita crunches, and two chalupa's. Get home and realize they didn't give us one of the chalupas. And EVERY time I've gone the grumpy unprofessional dude NEVER gives a receipt, so it's not even like you can go back and be like "see you charged me for this and didn't give it to me". Like look, if you don't wanna work there, then find a new job. MANY places in the valley are hiring at very good wages. If you're that miserable that a lot of your customers notice cuz you're giving them attitude, and if you're consistently either screwing up orders or not even giving part of the order. Maybe you shouldn't be working in the food industry plain and simple. It's exactly why most people don't feel fast food workers deserve more money. read more

This is the BEST Taco Bell I have ever been to, EVER! Ive been on vacation here in North Conway for a week and frequented this Taco Bell often throughout my stay. The entire staff the whole week has gone above and beyond to make sure my stay went great. The nicest and most pleasant staff Ive ever encountered. Wish this staff was in NY! read more
