When we first started ordering he was rushing us, and being rude about it. All our food was cold and missing 7 items. We would have checked before leaving, but knew it would just cause an issue, since he handed the bag with an attitude saying, "everything is there" when he heard me tell my wife to check the order. This was our first time with this type of behavior, and food quality. We come probably 2-3 times a week. It's a local spot open after leaving our families restaurant. Not much to say since it's just a Taco Bell. But I'll say this. It's extremely clean inside. Staff has always been quick on helping me. They've never got my order wrong. THAT alone is worth it. I always customize my food to the point where basically anyone would get confused. Yet, this location has gotten my custom orders correct every time. Now the bad. If you walk in and order at the counter it's slow. If you go through the drive through it's slow. Wait times are pretty insane for a Taco Bell. This Has to be one of the worst Taco Bell's in the world. 630 on a Thursday night I pull up I see two cars in drive-through so I park to go in. The dining room is locked. No dining room service. Go to get it in the drive-through I sit there for 20 minutes. It appears they only take one order at a time at the drive-through speaker and then service them at the window and then the next car pulls up. Probably the cleanest Taco Bell I've ever seen. All the staff was very friendly but I have to reiterate it was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants, I mean really just One of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been and that made me feel great. I don't mind having to wait a couple minutes if it means eating in the cleanest restaurant in town. Ugh, this place is terrible. I've been here probably 10 times since they've opened a year or two ago and all but twice have they messed up my extremely simple order. I literally just order a plain cheese quesadilla - no sauce. Twice it's taken so long (10+ mins, even though I was the only person in the restaurant) that I had to leave to make school pickup. I guess that's on me - I should allow more time for a tortilla and cheese to be warmed up. Almost every other time, there is chicken, tomatoes, or some other sauce. Yeah, I'm picky, but come on. This isn't rocket science. I only stop here for convenience when I'm absolutely starving. The service when they first opened was atrocious. I'm handicapped and this is close enough for me to visit on my mobility scooter. I went there a few weeks ago and pressed the handicapped button on the menu. Nothing. Pressed it again and again until I called out for someone to come and help me. I asked what the button was for and got "I dunno". The young woman seemed annoyed at having to help me. I got my food home and the order was wrong. I called corporate and got a ten dollar coupon for food. I went to use it yesterday. When I got there, when I hit the handicapped button someone came over and assisted me with my order. He took the coupon (I had two $5 coupons and I was only using one) to someone and asked about it. The woman said "I don't know if we take it, ask so and so". I didn't catch the name. She kept arguing so I asked for the manager. "I'm the manager" she said. I asked "if you're the manager, why did you have to check with someone else"? The argument got further heated so I left without getting food. The "manager" asked me "if you don't like it here, why do you come back". This was my second visit since I've become disabled and I will not go back. Came to pick up a delivery order at midnight, Uber eats app said the order was ready for pick up. The lights were on for the drive thru so we drove up and no one responded. We checked the hours posted on the front door and it said open until 1am. We knocked and someone looked at us and ignored us. We went through the drive thru a second time and told them we are just picking up a delivery order and they ignored us again. This review is LOOOONG overdue ... So I'm a Norco local and was so excited to see a Taco Bell open up down the street from me . Iv eaten here quite a few times since they open and EVERYTIME it is great ! The food is always hott and fresh , the people taking the orders are always so friendly (even when I customize my orders) , and there's never a huge line in the drive thru. So although this is a basic taco bell and you will get the same thing you order at any location , they really do go above and beyond to make me happy -even if it's just by getting my order correct lmao. Horrible. Location is new but quickly turned bad. Getting home with a take out order that is completely wrong is NOT fun. The three chalupas ordered with no tomato and lettuce (even indicated correctly on the receipt), that came with those items really caused a problem. All items had to be thrown away. Will be requesting a charge back on the credit card for their error. This same location got an order wrong just one week ago too. Luckily I checked the order before I left. And when I did finally order a Supreme chalupa.. what they gave me was nothing of the sort. The "meat" part was the meat OIL and a spec of meat. Mainly lettuce and a squirt of sour cream. Terrible service with rude workers, always messes up our order, not there/open when their hours say they are.

Today me and my 14 year old cousin walked 30 minutes to get food. We came across this Taco Bell starving for food. We walked up to the door and pulled it. It was closed at 1:00pm into day. The useless sign said closed at 1 in the morning. We kept pulling in the door and the employees laughed and mocked us trying to get in. A nice gentleman was sitting eating his food (AND HE WAS NOT A WORKER) he opened the door to let us in when the stupid useless no good workers laughed at us and told us it was closed EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT. This is my first time coming to this Taco Bell. There are two closer to my house but the service is terrible so I decided to try this location instead. Id say I had a good experience. They did forget one of my tacos so I went to let them know and they fixed it right away. The girl at the drive through who took my order was so nice. The receipt says the name is "Kenya" but when I got my taco I asked and they said her name is Ashton. Either way she deserves some recognition. Anyone who eats fast food knows the drive through is a get in and get out type of thing (obviously) but the staff usually isn't very nice cause they're busy.
