DON'T GET STOLEN FROM LIKE I DID!!! So I went to this Taco Bell drive through in Nipomo tonight after driving over 2 hours. Give them my card, get my food and leave. Next thing I know, I get an email saying my card was scanned on a square card reader at the exact (I mean exactly to the minute) same time as my card was scanned at the Taco Bell. I go back and ask to talk to a manager and she says that's odd. Takes my name and phone #. Then about 10 minutes later I get a call from a random # +1 (805) 305-6994 ask if I was me and then hung up on. So I call the # back and am hung up on again. Then a call from a male saying they are the manager and they aren't at that location but they reviewed the tapes and that it's impossible that what I said happened. I check caller ID and funny thing, the call was from the same Taco Bell. I call back and ask to talk to the manager and it's a girl again. Then she says I'm trying to scam them and that she would call the cops. I say go ahead I'll meet them there. She never did so I called them and made a report. Had to cancel my cc. What a joke!! read more

I would be careful the next time I decide to pay with card at this Taco Bell! So Saturday night my bf was in the area because he's a delivery and stopped to get me Taco Bell on the way back to Santa Maria. He looked at his account a couple hours later and noticed that a purchase of $10.75 was made through square up for something along the lines of swiper no swiping nipomo. Can't remember exactly what it was but pretty sure it's similar. So he saw that and was super confused because he only bought anything from Taco Bell while in Nipomo, he thought there wasn't much to do but the next day the amount he spent at Taco Bell got taken out which was $8.88 he decided to do more research and went on to the square up website and looked up his receipt and said his card was swiped in Nipomo with GPS coordinates coming from the same exact area as this Nipomo Taco Bell, the card was swiped at 8:22 pm on 2/16/19 through square up and so my bf looked at his Taco Bell recipient and what do ya know the time of purchase was 8:22pm. I then came on yelp to see if any fellow yelpers had this experience because I just couldn't believe it and thank god someone did I got in to contact with the person and the same amount of money was taken from him through square up as well with the name swiper no swiping! I know there has to be more people out there who have had this happen to them and when I called the store I specifically asked if they have ever had anyone with this same problem they told me no and I mentioned that someone posted on yelp explaining the same issue and how I had evidence of the card GPS pin pointing to being in the same exact area as Taco Bell and how the time of the card being swiped and making a purchase was the exact same times, the manager then told me to talk to a supervisor. I don't know what's going on in this store location but I can't believe that someone has the nerve to do this to people just so openly as if we are stupid!! I suggest that the managers or supervisors look at the cameras maybe?? I find it too suspicious that the person doing this hasn't been caught yet maybe because everyone there is in on it! My bf wrote a review of the situation as well but I'm adding on as I'm more of a frequent yelper. If this issue is not fixed I will make sure to update this post. read more

Lord the so call Manager or lead at this Taco bell is the worse 630pm July 8, 2019. They got two of our item incorrect then started arguing with people in our party about how they where correct. The cashier said keep the wrong item he would correct it and then after we gave it away the so Called manager wanted it back said if we didnt give it back we had to another taco. Then she ignored us when we said that was wrong. Also she would not give us her name or the district managers number. This seems to be the norm for this Taco Bell poor slow service. Also they where talking ill of my party as we left the place. Should be closed, burned to the ground and the earth salted so nothing else can grow there. read more

I just don't understand how this location is so slow. I was only one in drive thru and it took 7 mins to get my food. That not fast food. It's always like that. Customer service is so so. If your driving thru go to Arroyo Grande (headed north) or Santa Maria (headed south). read more

This place is AWFUL. It smells something like I imagine the floor of the bathroom in a public transit hub smells. The booths absolutely REEK of urine. I suspect this has something to do with the homeless population which seems to linger and loiter in the booths. But, hey, let's say your olfactory senses are not as sharp as they once were - well, do you still have your sight? If you do your eyes will be treated to spilled food (I hope) black blobs dripping from tables onto the floor or chair seats, spilled liquid from an unidentified source (please god), and bits of trash and (inexplicably) cloth. On my last visit I watched a young man emerge to "clean" the place and he wiped down ONE table leaving the adjoining table's pile of discarded food, wrappers, etc. piled high, he also ignored - there's no way you could have missed it, the giant puddle of hot sauce on the table counter and floor. Look, it's Taco Bell -- my bar was set pretty low to begin with but this was UNBELIEVABLE. It stinks, it's filthy, the food is stale....what the heck? Oh, and they don't reprimand the type of people that leave those messes either which creates a chaotic environment. I think I'll eat out by the dumpsters next time, it definitely smells better. read more

Super slow. Gets orders way wrong. I asked for a crunch wrap and they gave me chips and nacho cheese.

They are so damn lazy I ordered my food on DoorDash with a specific order that wasn't hard and they didn't get a single item right even the drinks were wrong I recommend not giving this place business because this has happened multiple times to me read more

Before discovering Taco Bell here in beautiful Nipomo, I would have a hard time finding a Solution to pay for both my enema and a lunch item. Finally, I can kill two birds with one stone! A few bites of a cheesy gordita crunch and my occasional constipation is cleared out within seconds! These guys also keep my diet in check. If I so happen to order a bean and cheese burrito and a side of the small nachos of just chips and cheese, they somehow know I'm cheating on the diet and just leave out the chips but leave the cheese. Keep up the good work taco bell! read more

I have to give credit when I have an AMAZING experience. We pulled into the drive thru and ordered #8. We decided to try our tacos supremes first. Imagine the joy I felt when my taco looked just like the picture on the menu. My first comment was "ok ok Taco Bell you have stepped up your game". Then I go in for the bite please note my crunchy taco shell was perfection with no chips or cracks. First bite was like an explosion in my mouth. The meat was seasoned just right and crunch of the lettuce could be heard a block away. Did my crunchy shell hold up?? IT SURE DID ladies and gentlemen!!! Next up was my mexican pizza! I quickly say if this pizza is PERFECT I am yelping this place. Well guess what?? Here we are! The pizza had sauce and cheese all the way to edge!! It looked perfect!!! The taste was no short of a dance of ingredients on my taste buds in perfect harmony!. My only regret is not taking pictures!!!. Taco Bell we applaud you for a job well done! read more

This is one of the worst Taco Bell's I have been too and if I didn't love Taco Bell so much I wouldn't put myself through the experience. Every time we go through the drive through it is painfully slow, it is a struggle for them to take our order, they get the order wrong or the quality of the food is bad. This time they had rap music playing and barely acknowledged us. Really sad. read more

The girl working the drive through is so rude every time no matter who is there. Food is scimpy, made wrong and never the same as any other branch I been too. read more

Hell out there in yelp! land. It had been awhile and the wife had another one of her "headaches," so I decided to give the ol' taco bell another try. Eek! Methinks this is garbage. Ordered the choco taco and an enchirita... There was a damn pubic hair in the chipotle sauce! I had to go back and ask the man manning the register for a refund... He laughed when I showed him the hair and suggested it was probably my own. I looked deep into his red eyes and told him otherwise (manager; this gentlyman was stoned to the gills). Needless to say, I WILL NOT be back to this establishment. Nothing but Del Taco from now on, thank you very much! read more

This Taco Bell is hit and miss. If I have the choice, I will go to any of the 5 Cities stores before I will go to this one. The main complaint is the small portion size of their menu items. I can go to any other Taco Bell and get a burrito or taco that is twice the size. I try to stay away but very rarely go there as a last resort (if I want to stay in town) read more

A TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!!!! LET THE BUYER BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPECIFIC TACO BELL -- YUK!!!!!! Last night I was coming home from work and decided to stop at this crappy Taco Bell for a late night snack. The time was 10:52 P.M. I approached the drive-thru line and another car was coming in the opposite direction, so I let this car go ahead of me. The line was long and I was the last car in line. The other cars inched up and around the building. The service must be as slow as molasses there, but I was patient. The car in front of me finally got to the order area and placed his order. I could hear him do this from my car. Then I pulled up to the window to order and the rudest female voice I have ever heard blurted out over the speaker that Taco Bell was closed!!!!! WHAT??!! I had been waiting in line for 10 minutes and was the last car. I said back that I would like to place my order and that I had been waiting in line and was the last car, but NOPE --- she would not even respond to me, let alone take my order. I WAS FURIOUS and had to back out of the drive thru driveway. THIS TACO BELL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!! I am sure that if the Taco Bell corporate office knew of the way that this Taco Bell treats its customers that heads would roll and I am half tempted to contact their corporate office regarding their actions. lack of common sense, and insensitivity to their own customers!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU - NIPOMO TACO BELL!!!!! I proceeded south and stopped at the next Taco Bell, which was located in Santa Maria. There they took my order and were quite friendly, as a Taco Bell should be. Then off I went. AGAIN --- SHAME ON YOU --- NIPOMO TACO BELL!!!!!!!!!!! read more

No stars. I have lived here my whole life and REFUSE to eat here. Has been horrible each and every time!!

Really really slow service. Seriously they take the longest out of every taco bell I've been to no matter the line. The quality isn't better considering the amount of time it takes. The food is cheap but that's about it. So if you want to waste your time for cheap food then go ahead...I mean it is just Taco Bell read more

Worst taco bell EVER!! They are RUDE... Give out COLD food and CLOSE EARLY... Not just ten mins.... A whole 30-40 mins. I can't stand getting treating like crap when I'm paying... Your working!!! Do it job and learn better customer service ELISA or ELSA or whatever ur name is. Ur no manger... This store is a joke and I bet more ppl have issues just don't complain . my final straw. read more

Normally only review fast food when something is awesome or something is ought right terrible. I hate this taco bell. I only go as a last resort as there are not a lot of options in town. Today they got everything wrong. Horrible service, I ordered two crunchy tacos fresca style. Reciept reflects what I order. Wait 10 minutes too long in drive thru and the window guy says $38 and change!!! I tell him my order ajd thwy rush around finally he comes back and says $2.78ok sounds good. Gives me tacos and says two Soft tacos no lettuce just cheese and beef...wow no :( read more

I go here quite a lot for a late dinner, but I hate going here because of the ridiculous amount of time it takes them to actually get your food. Id say each care takes about 3-5 minutes for them. Whereas one in Arroyo Grande on Grand Ave takes maybe 30 seconds per car. Aside from waiting for that, when I received my food yesterday I looked in the bag to check that everything was there to see that we were missing our nacho right when the cook came over to tell us. While he made that I checked the rest of the bag to discover the small nacho I got had sauce spilling out the side onto our other food. And my car. After receiving the nachos we drove home to discover my nachos were dry and not fresh at all. It seemed like they were sitting for a few hours. Really frustrating. And the sauce was all over my other food (basically the only thing I could taste on the nachos). Long story short this Taco Bell does not deserve your business. read more

Literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to!! I waited almost 45 mins in the drive thru on a Wednesday night! I just wanted something quick and easy after work... That didn't happen!!!! I ordered a Mexican pizza and nachos.. The Mexican pizza was not only missing most of the topping and had was to much red sauce and it was missing part of the top of it shell... I thought it was a whole piece so how it was missing part of the chip part worries me... So I didn't eat the food I wait forever for!!! I will never ever go back here this was the last chance!!!! It's been bad every single time!! And always takes forever!! I would rather literally drive to arroyo grande if i really wanted Taco Bell.. read more

I want to give no stars but will not let me so one star it is this place is the worst been here for 20 minutes waiting for two fucken tacos really I should of just went across the street to Carl's Jr. For a burger read more

So I don't go to this Taco Bell often because they're service is terrible, but every time I go to this Taco Bell I have somehow forgotten the last time I was here and how LONG they take to get you your food. You could go to Jockos down the street and order and probably get your food in the same amount of time this Taco Bell takes. It just took them 30 minutes to get me a chalupa box and a bean burrito. Terrible. Not even worth the one star. read more

Food is to be expected but I avoid going here on my lunch break. SLOWEST DRIVER THROUGH EVER!! Few options in Nipomo though.

This Taco Bell has been going down hill for the last several years. The drive through is always slow & they often can't get your order right. The food just has been tasting stale & been a gut bomb. There is better quick "Mexican" in Nipomo so unless you need to get you quick burrito drive-through, by-pass it. read more

Best Taco Bell in the United States of America . The staff was really nice. Even when dealing with rude customers, the staff kept their cool and corrected the order for them. Who orders a bean and cheese burrito with no beans? It's called a quesadilla. read more

Look I've never worked ag a taco bell but this staff needs to go back to training. It sucks that we don't have many quick bites in nipomo but taco bell anywhere else is streamlined, consistan and NEVER longer than a five minute wait in drive thru. I mean come on, the ingredients are basically the same in all the menu items. You just layer them different. Assembly line style. The managers need to get on top of this, solve the problem, whether it's staff or poor back of house setup. Maybe the taco bell chain would get involved after seeing how poorly this location is representing their name read more

The worst Taco Bell on the planet. Has always been. Drive to Arroyo Grande or Santa Maria if you are traveling. Don't stop here. We only eat here when we have to because we live here. They forget things in your order all the time, and do a crappy job on things. I can only guess management and ownership are horrible and that's why this place has always been horrid. read more

Terrible. Always forget something in your order. Well for me at least every time I go. Went today for the first time in months hoping they're better and what do you know, I got an order of nachos and they barely even put cheese in the to go cup. Stingy bastards read more

Poor service- waited Long Time for food. Finally went to check. They were making all the drive through food and very obvious not ours. Finally asked and was told sorry, someone else may have picked it up. But there was only one other couple in the place. Taco Bell - Got a potato taco instead of a plain soft taco? - Fast Food Near Me - Nipomo, California

My review is for the amazing service and quality food at this Taco Bell.. their is plenty of parking and a Drive Thru for convenience. This Taco Bell is always clean and the bathroom is always clean which says a lot about a business.. The cashier a Mexican girl named Maria has great customer service and was very friendly in making suggestions on what to order. The guys on the line were very fast and I liked that they were all quick when making the food.. The gentlermen that called my name (jose I think) was very nice when I asked for sides of sour cream and green sauce and then again going back to ask for more sour cream (what can I say I like sauces) most fast food employees are rude when you go back for extra things but Here at this Taco Bell they always take the time to make sure the customers are satisfied!! Good Job Taco Bell Nipomo! I will keep coming here for my late night Fourth Meal Lol! read more

I give it a five star because the guy named Daren. Makes me some bomb food. He hooks it up.

I ordered 5 burritos and a nacho. Got home with the bag all ready to eat. Found only 2 burritos and my nacho. Check my receipt to confirm i payed for 6 items not 3, and yes...Nipomo Taco Bell ripped me off. Am i now expected to drive back and use up 2 more gallons of gas for $3 of food? Waited 35 minutes in line, with four people in front of me. When I got to the window, they took an additional seven minutes to get my food, which was really small order, and not once apologized for the wait or even a hello for that matter. Ridiculous.
