Don't go to this location. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and something was really really wrong with the taco shells. Visibly they looked fine, but they tasted like literal dirt. Just got drive-thru from this Taco Bell for the first time. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a TB! After paying for our order they had us pull around into the parking lot to wait for our food. It took at least 10 minutes for them to bring the food out. We ordered standard menu items - nothing special at all. All of the cars coming through the drive-thru had to do the same thing. But the WORST part was the food! My husband and I ordered food at 12:03 AM through the app (which stated the closing hour 1:00 AM). We just showed up (drive through) at 12:20 am. We love Taco Bell. So much that we keep going back to this location to be disappointed by there horrible night staff. At least twice now the lights have been turned off to try and trick customers into thinking there closed. My boyfriend and I wanted to eat in the lobby 40 minutes before they were supposed to shut it down and the whole restaurant looked closed so we drove around to drive thru where those lights were on so you could see the menu while it was dark. We asked why they closed the lobby and they said it was a safety hazard to have two girls working when we could clearly see 2 guys working the line looking up at the camera window. What a rip off! Wish I could give zero stars. Have ordered the Spicy Tostada off the dollar menu several times. Tonight got home with my drive thru order and found a very skimpy amount of toppings (hardly any beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes or spicy sauce) on the crispy tostado (see pics comparing my order vs pic on the Taco Bell website). Also had hardly any steak in my soft taco and container of side rice only half of a normal order. I called the manager and asked her if they were running out of food since my order was very skimpy on ingredients. Her response was that because they only charge $1.00 for their spicy tostada, they only HALF cover it with beans and toppings. REALLY???? Then why have my previous orders been fine with the food resembling the pics they show on their website? If her explanation is now the company's policy, isn't that called "bait and switch"? And why only half fill an already small container with premium Latin rice? What's so "premium" about that? Maybe they're referring to charging you a premium price for a partial order?
