They stole from me! I paid for food that was bad and I couldn't eat. So I took the food back to the counter and asked for my card to be refunded - they said they don't do refunds! What? So I said I'll take something else and asked for vouchers for the cost of the food. I thought this was overly fair. Again, they said they don't do that. In the end, I was told to write my name and number down so the manager could call me when they got back from wherever they were. Manager never called. This is quite possibly the WORST chain restaurant in existence. This store should be CLOSED. Doors locked with employees standing inside who refuse to acknowledge you standing at the door. Order ahead is offered so you can SKIP THE LINE, but apparently, unless you sit in the drive-thru line, there's absolutely no way to get your paid order. Went to this location last with a friend and his 2 young kids to order. While my friend was in the middle of ordering the guy over the drive thru Speaker box cut us off from our order and told us to pay at next window. So we pulled up to the window and my friend politely asked the worker if we did anything to piss him off which the worker told us to quit whining and pay for our order or leave. After he closed the window we sat there and waited for to reopen the when my friend asked for management, the guy said he was the manager and told us to pay or leave then closed the window and put a lock bar on it making it seem like he thought we were going to do something. All I know is if a manager treats customers with disrespect and refusing to accept any type of payment or even answer a simple question then this store needs to take a hard look at who they put in that position either that or close the store. read more

There's a laundry list of things I can say about this Taco Bell, but I'll stick to a couple problematic issues I've experienced. First off, there's little to no consistency to the way this place operates. The food is fine some times, while other times it's hastily thrown together with ingredients falling out of the wrappers, the order is incorrect, or the food is cold. The employees - with the exception of a couple - are apathetic and incompetent. This typically indicates a failure of leadership. I've witnessed employees standing outside smoking by the dining room doors, arguments in the kitchen, and employees sleeping on benches in the dining room. In addition, if you ever think about stopping in for a taco later in the evening, you're taking your chances as they may just be closed. The posted hours must just be a suggestion. Look, I understand that this is Taco Bell and no one is losing sleep over how poorly or how well they do their jobs, but I'm pretty sure Taco Bell corporate would not be happy with how this location is representing their brand. read more

The people taking orders were not wearing masks as they are supposed to and when confronted they were very cocky and still refused to wear their masks. (DoorDash wouldn't let me and said the store would contact me but they never did) got my food rice was under cooked or just sitting out to long it was hard. Started to feel sick while eating it. It is never open when it is supposed to be. I ordered online and i went to pick it up and it was not open. No one was there. The drive thru is closed with no indication until you drive up to the speaker. No one answers. The wait times are outrageous. The orders are usually messed up or missing ingredients. They should be open when indicated online or in app not whenever they feel like it. Horrible restaurant and I would rather drive to the other locations then go to this location. read more
