The extra star or two has always been for the great customer service - because that's important too. And the service is still good. Although - they get way too busy for the staff that they have. And while last night we did see a few new staff members - they were not servers or food runners. The service is always fairly quick and is always very friendly and welcoming. But it can't overcome the food. Again - this has always been very mediocre food. But the dining options in Brown County and Clermont County are nowhere near what we had in Hamilton County or can find in Butler and Warren County. The last few times we ate here the food has been inedible. So bad that I've let the entire meal sitting. My meal was so overcooked, gooey and cold a couple of weeks ago that it was nasty. Last night the fish was so overcooked that pieces were impossible to chew. But at least this time it made it to the table while it was still hot. And my husband's bean burrito he ordered last night looked like dog food. The taste was worse than it looked. After taking a few bites my husband said, "I think we're done with this place."

And a beer for my husband. The burgers are frozen premade patties and they tasted like it. It tasted artificial and cheap. The rest of the burger - bun, pickles, etc. all tasted fresh but the burger meat just isn't good. The fries were ok. They were not bad and much better than the burger. The bartender/server was friendly and the service quick - as it was nearly empty. We'd stop in again sometime to listen to some live music and have some drinks.

This chicken wrap was probably one of the most disgusting things I've ever had the displeasure of eating. It should be permanently removed from the menu. All the sandwich ingredients - including meat - sitting in containers in the open. My sandwich was to be toasted. It was still very cold throughout but I didn't bother to have them try again to warm it. My daughter really disliked her sandwich. It's made with processed, frozen chicken. Yuck! Their menu says grilled chicken. It's frozen. processed chicken with fake grill marks. She said it had a very unappetizing texture and flavor. The service was friendly and welcoming. We just wish the food had been better. Maybe we'll try them again at a later date.
