I ordered a water and the Hand Breaded Cod Dinner with the sides of Cole Slaw and Waffle Fries. The fish was pretty good. So was cole slaw. I didn't care for the waffle fries since they were seasoned but that's just a personal preference. My husband said his meal was "Ok" The food came out quickly and tasted fresh. It's Butterbees, it's a chain and basically just a smidge above fast food so, we weren't expecting anything other than what we had. What we had was ok. The service was very good. Especially considering it was the end of the night and they were finishing up with a large crowd of teens.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I figured I was hitting them right at changeover from breakfast to lunch... they may not have everything ready. Well, saw the first person and yelled to get her attention. Did she come over to apologize? No. She just started telling someone else that some guy had waited 10 minutes and was mad. That's when things started happening. What I assume to be the manager (and took payment for my food) came over and apologized but didn't offer an explanation. She couldn't refund my credit card payment for some reason (tried but was having issues with the cash register) and just gave me cash back. I had overheard them talking about giving me the food for free but frankly, I wasn't in the mood for it. Went to Wendy's and was out with my food within a minute. Burger King Mt Orab... total failure in service.
