What happened to Taco Bell? Prices have gone up and the amount of meat and filling they put in their tacos and burritos especially the tacos and the quesadillas is unappealing. It looks like they put about 2 tablespoons of ground up meat or less in their tacos and the quesadillas have very little chicken in them. They used to be amazingly delicious. I don't know if it's just this location because this is the only one that's close to me or if it's the whole company. Also, when I order on their app, they shorted me food and when you go back in to tell them, they don't even offer to give you the food. The people in charge and the employees there are horrible.plus they do not answer their phone. read more

I don't go to Taco Bell often, so I don't know how this location compares to others. Honestly I probably haven't gone since like kindergarten. We stopped here while on a road trip for brunch. Since it was about 10:30 am, they were serving breakfast and lunch. I believe they stop serving breakfast around 11 am. Although they have a counter and there wasn't a line, we chose to order at the kiosk. This was so simple. The kiosk was easy to read and works well for customizing your order. After ordering, you can pay with card at the kiosk or cash at the counter. We chose cash and an employee walked out to help us. He had greeted us upon arrival as well and made our coffee. The coffee took longer than our food, which was surprising, however, I think they were making it fresh. Our order was made in a reasonable amount of time and accurately. I ordered the power bowl. I love how customizable it is, I could even add fries to it! The flavor is pretty good and it is priced reasonably. The bathrooms were stocked and a little dirty (toilet paper on the floor). Stopped in for lunch on our way back from the Smokies and got two combos. It wasn't crowded on a late Sunday afternoon, but it took a little while to get our food. It's Taco Bell, so you know what you're going to get in terms of food quality. It filled us up enough for us to head back on the highway and back home. read more

Please don't waste your time coming here. I had to become a Karen just to get my food after waiting 30 minutes because they were making the food slowly and then even after asking them to make it they made it terribly. I have had Taco Bell all over the country because I travel a lot and this is probably the worst one I've been to. It's a Taco Bell. I didn't expect high quality and amazing service. My order was accurate. The place was rather filthy. I looked at every possible seating location in the entire place and finally settled on cleaning off my own booth. I don't spend much time in Morganton but if I'm feeling like Taco Bell is a good idea, I'll stick to the drive-through. read more

This location has recently been remodeled... it's a nice location with good food and friendly staff. Stopped on the way back from seeing family and got a bite to eat, and I was highly satisfied with everything. The service is horrible! Drive thru is slow and they don't try to get the food out fast! They got my order right but the time it took to get me as well as other customers served took way to long for a drive thru! I will no be stopping by this Taco Bell again due to the service! read more
