I would give zero stars if possible.. Arrived at the drive through 10 min before close and was YELLED at by leaving employees "we are fucking closed" word for word.. Some lady employee was incredibly rude and my jaw dropped as she cussed me out say they were closed. I wish I got that employees name because I was very insulted. " we are fucking closed"!!! How is that any way to talk to a customer, a near daily customer! I'll be contacting the manager to see that this so called woman has her actions reprimanded. Never been so disappointed with fast food. You will be hearing more from me.. read more

I placed a mobile order at Taco Bell, and when I got home, I realized part of my order was missing. Mistakes happen, so I went back to get it fixed--but the experience only got worse. Despite explaining the situation, I ended up waiting 20 minutes just to receive the missing food. I expected quicker service, especially since the error was on their end. It's frustrating to have to make a second trip and then wait so long for a simple fix. I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but this visit was a letdown. Hopefully, they improve their attention to detail and customer service in the future. read more

Taco Bell has been my favorite fast food restaurant since I was in highschool. I have been to my fair share of taco bell locations, and this is among the top 5% of taco bells out there. The service is outstanding and the quality of craftsmanship is awesome. They take the time to get the little details right and it prevents a sloppy and distasteful looking meal.
