The credit card machine is down. So they only take exact change. Our bill was $2107. We handed the guy 21 dollars he said he needed the other seven cents. He said the only had another dollar bill and he advised he would not be able to give us the 93 cent back in change. We were at the standstill. I went and got change out of my car. Then after they took our orders of two Mexican pizzas and other items, they told us they were out of beans, so our Mexican pizzas have no beans, and they're not cut . The exact change was the real kicker though. I dont know why I am even surprised though, walking in and seeing the employees all leaning against the counter on the phones should have been plenty of indication. read more

I came here yesterday for lunch and it was not good. The lady working the drive thru had an attitude and told me to pull around and "figure it out" because I said I needed a second. A couple of months ago we placed an order at this restaurant. They left one hard taco off the order . I finally got around to complaining about it . Taco Bell responded ... saying wait a week or so ...we will send you a surprise.. or something to that affect. Waited 7-8 days or so ... they send me a coupon for " free anything" ... or one free item ...... but the coupon has stipulation's that you have to buy something else to get your free crap. Wait folks ... I don't want your free stuff with stipulations ! You guys shorted us one damn hard taco ...and I'm still mad about the way you guys send a darn coupon with stipulations on it .....in order for me to get my taco. Worst Taco Bell, the only location I've ever had a bad experience with. I ordered inside to go, was not given a receipt but I had been standing there for a while and there was one bag on the counter, I checked to see if it was mine and sure enough it was what I ordered (no one had called my name or notified me or anything indicating it was ready, but apparently it was mine), I get to the parking lot and realize it's ice cold, so I go thru the drive thru and tell them maybe I had grabbed an old order on accident because it was cold? They informed me that there was no mistake and it was mine, so I asked if I could have one that wasn't cold. They replaced it with a "quesadilla" that was just an almost empty but just-as-cold tortilla. I should have kept the first cold one. read more

I love Taco Bell but this one has been awful... they ask you in the drive thru if you want hot sauce and set the amount ... the others I go to doesn't do this... so I did ask for more and the girl said no problem and at the drive through I did ask when I paid if she remembered to put a few more packets in and she said she took care of me. Bag had stickers closing it and a long line so I just drove home... there were 3 packets of sauce... even the receipt said 6... I've never had Taco Bell in my entire life short me sauce and lie about it. Needless to say I'll go the the one down the road. read more

My husband and I come here quiet often and so do my in laws seeing as we live close. The past couple of times we have come our order has been completely messed up or they forgot something. There's not much you can do to screw up a Taco Bell meal ...except having a manager/owner that decides he wants to save money by limiting taco sauce packets to one per item. After eating at Taco Bell for over 40 years, the face of fast food Americana has gone "Pakistani rogue". This single Taco Bell wants to regulate how I eat my food by limiting how much sauce I enjoy on my purchased items. Soon they will cut back on the amount of ingredients, have you provide your own straw, and have a key for the bathroom behind the counter. When you cheapen the experience at the expense of the customer to get another couple hundred dollars on your monthly bottom line, you end up pissing off your customer and tagging your store as unfriendly and selfish. No other Taco Bell restaurants are doing this. I have eaten one pack of hot sauce per bite...not per item. The cost of the sauce packets is built into the cost of the menu items by the Taco Bell Corporation. This manager/owner has decided that customers should pay for the supply of sauce that has been figured into the menu and make money denying that sauce to its customers. I feel like I've just checked into the Curry Inn, and the soap is the size of a quarter, the towels are rough as sandpaper and there's a family living in the front office. All it takes is one guy to ruin a franchise. And now I have a stink eye for every Taco Bell that I used to look at with extreme favorability. I went through the drive thru with my two sons after their band performance. I ordered taco 12 pack and paid extra for 3 Doritos, 6 supreme, and 3 regular tacos. I thought it would be a quick meal once we got home 15 minutes later. My son loves the Dorito tacos so all three were for him. Unfortunately for him all three were missing a main ingredient, the meat. How does one make a taco and not put meat in them. In addition, 9 of the 12 tacos had broken shells and were impossible to eat as a taco. I called the manager and he said he would replace the tacos but it was already passed my kids bed time and I wasn't driving back and then home again. So I understand not receiving a refund but again, how do you make a taco and forget the meat and also give me all, of the old broken shells that I can only imagine they would never give a patron who was eating inside. read more

I have to say, I've been to this Taco Bell probably a dozen times over the past five years (as it's close to my lake house) and it has always been just fine. Sometimes there's a line in the drive thru but it has never been more than 4 cars or so. The line has always moved along quickly, no different that any other fast food joint. 40 minutes? That's nuts. I've never had to wait longer than 5 or 10. Sometimes there's no waiting at all. The service has always been good. The staffer at the window is usually friendly, much more so that you find at Taco Bells in Houston. The food has been fine, too. I'm sorry, but the reviews I'm reading here don't match my experiences at all, and I've gone to this store repeatedly. The place is fine. read more

Went to this location last night for a quick dinner on the run. As we walked inside we noticed about four younger teenagers sitting in the corner of the restaurant who had just placed their order and a older person who was waiting for his food which looked like a employee. The remainder of the place was empty, as my wife and I and my daughter approached the counter and studied the menu above it took a couple minutes. The front counter attendant was a young female with her hat on sideways stated Hey if you guys are going to order its going to take about 15 to 20 minutes because we are backed up???? This taco bell is ridiculous. Went there tonight and none of the exterior lights were on, including the menu board. The employees don't know the menu or how to find someone who can help them plug in an order correctly. I thought I made a simple request. 2 CHICKEN crunch wrap supremes. Every time I go they put beef on it. I clarified with Ashley that I wanted chicken. She said she understood, then proceeded to ring up 2 regular beef supremes, unfortunately since the screen in the drive through wasn't working, I didn't know. Stupid me didn't take apart the damn things and look. The children working there are too busy screwing around to bother with any customer service. They're too busy screwing around to be able to listen or even hear who is speaking to them in the drive through, evident because I had to repeat my order to her 3 times over her giggling. Seriously, 2 chicken crunch wrap supremes. That was it. I normally go the 11 miles out of my way to the taco bell in Conroe because this is the case every single one of the now 5 times I've gone to this location. Management needs to be replaced, employees need to be held accountable for the jobs they have and every employee there needs to be retrained. The only positive thing I can say is the incorrect food they always give me, when something resembling my entire order actually makes it into my bag, is put together well with the actual ingredients.
