Taco Bell is quick and easy, but let's face it: the quality couldn't be poorer. As far as fast food Mexican is concerned, Taco Casa is much better. Taco Bell is cheap and reliably tasty. The food is good quality and usually comes out pretty fast. It's been wrong a few times I've been here but they're usually pretty good about getting your order right. It's clean inside the restaurant and although the decor inside has been there for many years it still adds charm and atmosphere and doesn't feel outdated at all. My only complaint is the staff, and only a few of them but their attitudes are bad enough that it makes me second guess myself when I want to go to this Taco Bell. read more

I quit eating at Taco Bell when I was introduced to Taco Casa. However, we gave it a try again and to no surprise it is still a huge disappointment. The customer service is extremely lacking, especially when you try speak to one of the employees and are met with silence. It almost seemed hard for her to even respond when I told her to have a good evening. The food is still mediocre at best. As I always have, I ordered a Mexican pizza and it wasn't even cut. That just shows the pure laziness of the employees. I don't know what the problem with this particular location is but it surely needs to be addressed. read more

I have been here twice now, and the drive through attendants have always been friendly and welcoming. It is one of the best Taco Bells I have been to. I only give three stars because, well, it IS Taco Bell. My four and Five star fast food reviews are reserved for the never frozen, cooked fresh crowd, like Whataburger. Staff made us feel unwelcomed at their location. We too are in the food industry so we tried to make friendly conversation and joke around. They came off as they where better than us and our business. While we where ordering the entire staff was just staring at us. And we walked around being the only people in the dining room and every table except one booth was dirty. Maybe the cocky manager should worry about cleaning his restaurant besides talking badly about customers in the drive thru. read more

So let me tell you what just happened to me. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a rockstar punched freeze. My food was literally thrown into aluminum foil and into a bag. Not even put together or anything so I couldn't even eat it because it was so messy when I tried to open the foil. And then I get my freeze and it's only filled half way. I go to say something and the person at the window shuts the window and walks off. So I call and the manager is completely rude. Acts like I'm inconveniencing him by calling to let him know what happened. And just hangs up on me. I've literally never had shittier service. I will definitely not be going back. read more

This location is normally very good and exceeds my expectations. Unfortunately, today, this was not the case. I am appalled at what I was served. I ordered a taco and a quesadilla, and they both looked atrocious. The taco might as well have been a lettuce wrap and the quesadilla had so much sauce in it that it could drown a toddler.
