Was really in the mood for a couple of Mexican Pizzas today. Stopped in and the dining room was empty. I was the only person in there and there was no drive-thru line. Had the place to myself. Cool. Walked up to the counter and the kid behind the counter told that they don't take orders for inside and that I had to use the kiosk to order my food. I looked over at that thing and the screen was all smudged and gross. I wasn't about to touch that thing and then touch my food. Then he walked away and went back to doing nothing. How on Earth can someone be that LAZY to tell the customer to do HIS job, especially when I was the only customer in the store??? Walked out and went to the other TB down the street and they took my order right away. The had kiosks too, btw. Sad. Used to work for Taco Bell. This is my last visit. Ever. No point bothering with a fast food joint where apathy is the main ingredient. read more

GM and how she treats her managers and employees. I was in this store location during the time she had a terrible snitty attitude towards other people she works with. One woman working there screamed right back at her! I would have done the same thing. YOU WANT RESPECT FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES, YOU TREAT THEM WITH RESPECT!! Also while sitting in the dinning room Eatting I overheard everything the employees were talking about and the one young guy who appeared to be a manager him saying to people bout another employee supposedly harassing him and threatening to beat him up plus is mouth was going saying all different names bout the other employee who was not there! Very unprofessional!! If he is a manager he would be reprehended for all this if not fired! Things like that your to speak to hire up management about and you keep it quiet to other people working there! I will not return to this location do to all this that is very unprofessional! if i could give 0 stars i would. our food was burnt and it took the 10-15 mins to get it out the window. the cheese quesadilla was burnt on the tortilla and the cheese was very poorly melted and it was very slimey and just disgusting. there was only chipotle sauce on one pice of the quesadilla. we also got a stacker that was super burnt. the only good thing that came from this was the drinks. read more

I got in line at 7:45 sat there for like 15-20 min line was not moving finally got up there and the kid said we close at 8 sorry we're closed. I told him I was in line way befor 8 he still told me no and there was probably at least 6 cars behind me. They should turn the light off or send some one out with cones and tell people they are closing waste of 20 min and then had to go sit in a line some were else after. And they charge to much the Nacho Bell grande is the size of what the nacho supreme was and is mostly beans and they charge over 5 dollars. read more

The prices are very good and the food is decent. It's obviously not authentic Mexican food but it's good once in a while for something different. The burritos are disgusting but everything else there is okay. They also have a very wide variety of drinks which is awesome. But if you're going to any Taco Bell, don't get the nasty burritos or the gross cinnamon cruchy stick things unless you want to be disappointed. I got both in one day. read more

I am very disappointed with my visit this afternoon.I went in the drive through.When I went to place my order,I was greeted with a ,"What can I get you?" What happened to,"Welcome to Taco Bell.How may I help you?" How unprofessional! When I ordered,all I was asked is if I wanted any sauce.I said no and that would complete my order.No total was given,just a "Pull forward". When I got to the window,a woman with tattoos(and visible tattoos are not at all pr ofessional) practically shoved a bag at me after taking my money.No need for a greeting.No interaction.No receipt given,nor was it offered with my change! No thank you or asked to come back.After the transaction was completed,the window closed and she walked away.Absolutely NO interaction at all.Perhaps you should retrain your employees on proper customer service! With this in mind,I will give my business to the other Mentor locations.They seem to be a lot more professional and care about their customers!! read more

Walked in and was not greeted by a single person. Waited at the counter for a few minutes...still no greeting. Then had three different people tell me someone will be with me....really?? Garbage cans were overflowing and the condiment station was a mess. The girl who was "in charge" of the dining room stood at the front counter wiping down trays. There was garbage all over the floor such as napkins, food and straw wrappers. Cleanliness and friendliness was not all that great. Food was hot...that was about it. read more

Yeah, that's right, a 5 star rating for Taco Bell, why, and based on what you ask? First off, my rating is in comparison to other fast food joints with similar offerings. Second, I am comparing other Taco Bells that I have been to. Last thing that affected my rating is it's quality and consistency. Routinely, I stop at this Taco Bell each time I hit Mentor for the mall or Pier 1. Now that probably equates to 12 or so times where each time I received my food as ordered, not messy, hot, and delicious. I also like the layout and speed of service. I live in Richmond Heights and the TB on Euclid is inconsistent on just about every order. I stopped going there for lunch because of this. Could you imagine life without a Taco Bell?? I couldn't, so lets cherish the good ones while they exist. My usual order consists of a bean burrito, chili cheese burrito, and a beef meximelt. read more

Always clean and pleasant. I've gone to this Taco Bell exclusively for years and years. Only had a few items of food not packed in those years, and if it does happen I'm taken care of well. The online app has its issues, but it's great for ordering, driving to the store and picking up your ready food from inside. No more waiting in drive through! read more

Exceptional service during the lockdown. Drove through on the Harley. No place to sit but it was a nice night and enjoyed Doritos Locos Tacos in the parking lot. Also there were no trash receptacles. So I started walking back towards the dumpster and one of the girls saw what I was doing. She ran out and told me that she would take the trash. What a sweet gesture during these crazy times. 7-24-20 very very poor service. The girl that took my order talked so soft you could not hear her. Got up to the window and just smelled like cheap weed. I waited for five minutes to get my food. Whoever worked there tonight after 11 pm tonight were so amazing. I walked over from my job at the mall and checked if they were still open in the dinning room so i could get some food on my break. The lady who was cleaning the dinning room saw me and mouthed "its closed" i waved and started heading back and then she called out to me. Since i didnt have a car they were nice enough to let me order food inside to take it back to work. Thank you guys so much for being an awesome crew and allowing me to get some dinner in before another 5 hours of work. You guys made the food perfectly and the service was excellent. this Taco Bell absolutely sucks.... I don't know if management here is really crappy... Or they can't hire competent people... About a month ago we went to this Taco Bell and ordered about 10 maybe 12 things off the menu... I normally don't check my order because I expect there to be exactly how many things I ordered... We got home and opened up the bag and found out that they didn't include 4 things of what we ordered...immediately I contacted the store... And they ask for me to come back and get all of the order... So we hopped in the car and went down there... We waited pretty decent amount of time I'd say 15 min..... The manager did fix the order... But this is not the first time this has happened... About six months before this incident... Me and my wife went down there again and ordered about eight items off the menu... Thank God we checked because as we're pulling out we noticed that two of the items were missing.... We went inside and told them and they demanded to see what was inside the bag... I gladly showed them and one of the employees had come out to my car to search our vehicle to make sure that we were hiding something... That's what really pissed me off... But I figured eh maybe they got new employees again and I went back... As I said they messed up on our order... The one in Painesville has never messed up our order yet so I'm constantly going there instead... I will be going to this particular location anytime soon... And I think you can understand why constantly forgetting people's orders is a bad sign that obviously you're not paying attention what you need to do... They have computer screens that shows them what is on the order and how much of those orders they need to fill... They need to seriously retrain these people or find competent people back and do the job correctly... read more

Very very poor management..!!! We have stopped by at this Taco Bell location at Aug 1st, 2016 at 9:15 pm. We have ordered a Maxican Pizza along with other items. It was very spoiled and bitter taste, so I let my friends to try it and everybody was agree to it. So I went back to register to let them know about it so cashier react to very weird just like I did something wrong. Than he went to his manager and they are trying to make fun on this issue. Finally manager asked me weirdly " what you want to do now, you have eaten 3/4 of it?" In front of all other customers even though rest of the pieces were at my table in dining area. It was so embracing for me. Even the manager did this and did not say anything about bad product!!! And funny part is, I have order Bean Chalupa instead and I paid for it..
