The place was immaculate, including the ladies room!! Service was prompt. The order was properly taken because I ordered additional amounts on my nachos. It was an organized group . read more

Had to wait almost 10 minutes to not receive my sauces. The burnt ends left over in the fryer instead of my nacho fries. The chalupa was dry. Understanding yes its fast food, but with having to wait i atleast expect some effort. read more

The night manager is rude and won't get the order correctly done as ordered Their customer service sucks I'd do no stars if I could They need to retrain the staff and perhaps get better managers to supervise them read more

I had a great meal here. The Mexican Pizza and burritos were very tasty. My cashier was fantastic and the food was fast. There was a problem with my order, but it was quickly resolved with a sincere apologies and a warm smile. I've always liked Taco Bell, and this was one of my favorites. The only drawback to this location is the tight parking and small dining area. But, the food and service is worth it. read more

Absolutely Horrible customer service... friendly on the speaker only to start a debate when they failed to provide the food that was ordered instead of simple fulling the order and apologizing for their mistake someone in the background insisted that it was In there! The woman at the window was very nice however whoever was on grill messed up and whoever was supposed to be doing expo did not do their job either! I have worked in the food industry for many years as a restaurant manager and I'm highly disappointed in the service overall that I received from this restaurant including the food quality read more

food was amazing price was good we only paid 20 dollars for meal this place is a walking W cashier was funny and nice five stars

It's good if they can ever get orders right that's printed out right in front of them. And you don't have to let tacos sit for more than couple minutes to drive home bc the meat is so wet on taco the bottom falls out, and there goes everything on your taco. read more

Taco Bell is my favorite go-to fast food place. We always have a good sized order when we go, but almost all of it are multiples of the exact same item. I would say a fair 47.5% of the time at least one thing is missing, which you'd think would prompt me to check the bag more often. They always ask if you want sauce but, again, a fair approximation is that 87.6% of the time you will get no sauce in your bag. The quality of the burritos are hit or miss. I know it's fast food, but there should be some quality control. Also, expect to wait about 15 minutes even if you're the only car there. The staff are always friendly, though, which is why this location gets stars at all. read more

This is the least Mexican food I've ever eaten in my entire life!!!!!! My chicken gordita was soggier than a wet sock, and my lettuce was so wilted it was practically decomposing!!!! The Baja Blast is so strong, I'm surprised it wasn't flavoured with a cleaning filter!!!!!!! I can't STAND this location!!!!!! When I asked for the manager, they had the audacity to ask, "What for?" Never again, am I going to this Taco Bell; my money would have been better spent on something as stupid as rental car insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

We did the drive through at 5 pm last night. Ordered nachos and cheese ....cups weren't even half full. The chips were crumbs in one serving and skimpy in the others. All of the tacos had 1/3 of the usual meat. Very disappointed. Will try another location. This one was terrible! At least it took away my craving for a very long time. read more

Had the worst experience ever at this location the other evening. The sweet tea tasted like soap water and the Burrito Supreme I ordered had not a single shred of beef in it and the lettuce was half brown. This was the first time stopping in the evening here and will be the last. read more

It's exactly what you'd expect from a Martinsburg taco Bell. It's dirty. Slow and they somehow manage to get absolutely every item on my order completely wrong. read more

I am incredibly outraged by this chain. I expected high quality for there to be a FLY in my food during my second visit. I ordered extra guacamole on the side and he's said "that'll be an extra 50 cents." Are you kidding me! You can forget my whole order matter of fact. I will keep my money and quite frankly, I would NEVER come back again and I never suggest anyone to eat here if their life depended on it. Outrageous! read more

The staff has always been nice but they screw up my orders a lot and it's not even complicated shit. Just a simple taco, no tomatoes. Hard to get right? Apparently. read more

Recently started doing DoorDash to earn some extra money. Martinsburg is new to the DD app. The customer ordered 8 items and the total on her end was $18.04 but when I placed the order in person in order to pay with the DD card, it was $27.70 so the card got declined. I explained that the order total must match the customer's price and there must be some discrepancies within the DD menu for Taco Bell. I stepped to the side and contacted customer support. As the cashier tells the manager what's going on, the manager begins to blatantly say "no, I'm not doing that. This is too expensive to go on my report. Do not make that order." So when the manager came to the register, I explained the situation and the manager very confrontationally looked at me and just said "okay" just before she walked off. After straightening everything out with customer support and getting the funds added to the DD card to pay for the customer's order; the manager chose to stay in the grill rather than come out to speak with me. I'm not even really sure how she got promoted to be a manager, anyways. She had zero people skills. She looked very sloppy in her uniform shirt. Only the top two buttons were fastened and her black undershirt was exposed. The only reason I even gave this venue 1 Star was because the cashier was understanding and tried to make things right. The manager, however. I have no words for her. read more

The drive through service is excellent and unexpected. Typically I expect McDonalds type service when visiting fast food places like Taco Bell, but when I use the drive-thru, I get very consistent, friendly, and helpful workers! I think the girl who's taken my order a few times is named Allison but I could be mistaken. Allison's customer service is comparable to Chic-fil-a. Soooo go you girl! read more

Night shift isn't as good as day shift but that's to be expected I guess, day shift alway treat us like family n make sure our foods made right vs night shift ..they half ass it & seem to make it as messy as possible I would def recommend some better management on night shift read more

The food was fair not going to jump and down but I would go back for a fast lunch. The workers where very polite.

People in the drive through window tryna be smooth af. 10/10 would buy food at 11:00 again.

Taco Bell is fast food so I know not to expect much when I go in but, wow, this place is terrible. I walked in on a Sunday night to order some last minute dinner. There were 10-12 crew members behind the counter and zero customers other than one lady that was waiting for her food. It took close to 10 minutes until someone took my order. In those 10 minutes, I made eye contact with almost every member - not even a "someone will be right with you" or "customer up front." Why did I stay? I was amused with all the different conversations going on between the employees. At one point, the shift supervisor yelled out the door for an employee to finish his smoke break. He came back in and got back on the service line without washing his hands. When a young girl finally came to the front to wait on me, she had to ask her manager 5 different times to log her into the register. The manager was so focused on her conversations with other employees that it took another 5 minutes until she was ready to take my order. When the cashier told her that I had been waiting a while, the manager replied "don't mind her, she's new and doesn't know anything" despite it not being the cashier's fault. To end this review, it took 5 crew members to complete my variety box order. To top it off, the food was ice cold by the time I reached my car. read more

Brand new location. First, they block off certain doors so there is only one entrance and didn't bother marking it. I tried to open the locked door and the employees at the counter looked at me like I was a stupid cow. Put a sign up maybe? Ok so it's a new store, someone probably forgot. There were no customers inside, so after making my order I stood patiently waiting for 5 cars thru the drive thru and being treated like I wasn't there. I witnessed the shift manager scratch inside her pants and not bother to wash her hands. I had already paid by that point so I didn't just walk. The the beans tasted funky and I got sick about two hours after eating. All in all, I will never be going here again. read more
