food was trash. i ordered a loaded nachos and got the most horrible excuse for "loaded" the portions are horrible. i was so disappointed and the chips were stale. the spicy potato tacos were even worse. not even a layer of the chipotle sauce could hardly taste it. it was all lettuce no cheese or potatoes. i had to fill a quarter of my bag with lettuce just to see the potatoes. and the manager is rude. i've had countless issue just like this and tried to throw it off as a off day or something but this is unacceptable this place sucks read more

the staff there is actually insanely rude. i've had my food practically thrown at me through the window, they won't even look at you or tell you to have a nice day or anything of the sorts. not to mention they're turning off online orders an hour or if not hours before closing time. its u professional and the place needs new management. izzy was the best cashier there was, everybody else are big ego jerks. especially the man who works the window sometimes. read more

Had a bad experience at This location and had to go inside and David on 12/18/22 fixed everything and handled it like a manager should.. yet he's not a manager! The manager was too busy "hanging out".. this guy not only made it right he made it good! He was nice and respectful! Even asked how my day was going and apologized about my experience' people like him shouldn't be behind the lines, he needs to be a team leader or whatever Taco Bell calls a manger! I have eaten at this Taco Bell before and had a couple of issues in which I had ordered standard menu items and some of the components were missing. I had decided to give them another opportunity because I was tired, I like Taco Bell, and it is the only location in Lumberton. This time, service was fast and the girl at the window was polite. I had ordered tostadas. The tostada shells were stale and the beans tasted funny. The amount of beans on the tostadas amounted to a rough circle about 2 inches in diameter. Lettuce and cheese were sparse. I also ordered taco supremes in which the sour cream was placed in only half of the taco shells. I was offered no napkins or sauce at the window. If these issues had occurred in a one-time event, I wouldn't be complaining. We all have our off-days. But I paid for the same food as everyone who received theirs fresh and up to standard. read more

Stopped by this afternoon for a quick bite for lunch. I went thru the drive thru and talked to who I would soon learn to be April. April was the politest person I'd ever met working a drive thru window. I told her I was looking for items that didn't contain meat. She quickly started recommending menu items that my daughter and I could eat without meat as ingredients. She responded by calling me "Love" each time, which was a term of endearment you don't hear very often. The thing about it, she was sincere and you could tell she really cared about her job and making people happy. Maybe it's just the simple things that matter most to me, but I won't forget how nice I was treated at Taco Bell Lumberton!
