I do not often eat a Taco Bell. I am a Del Taco guy. But I gotta say that this is the Best Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Everything about it was perfect. We walked in and were greeted at the counter by a very nice young woman. I got "the Code" so we could use the facilities before we ordered. The restrooms were VERY Clean. And fully functional, and well stocked. We went back to the counter and got a nice greeting by a nice young man. He took our order. Repeated it back and we were done at the counter. We found a table, and waited for our food. Whilst we were waiting I noticed that the dining room was also VERY clean. We talked about how clean and nice the place was. The tables and chairs were clean and neatly placed - not strewn about. Our food was ready. I had some crunchy tacos and wifey got a burrito supreme with no beans or sour cream. My tacos were very good. Th meat was hot and flavorful. It was not dry it was really good. They cheese and lettuce were fresh and good. The burrito was equally as good. Wow I seriously can't believe the surprise I had when I got home and opened my bag of food I just ordered in the drive thru. I wasn't given a receipt but I ordered 3 pintos & cheese, 3 sides of rice and 1 large Pepsi and my total was $15.51. I gave $20.01 to the cashier and received $4.50 back for my change. Ok, since I like to end on a good note I'll get the bad stuff out of the way. This place was really dirty today, the bathrooms needed attention and the floor in front of the register and soda machine was so slick both my hubby and myself almost fell despite the "wet floor" sign. All the tables were dirty and we had to brush off the cleanest one we could find. That being said, a few minutes after we sat down a girl came around and cleaned off all the tables. Also the decor was something I'd never seen in a Taco Bell, red white and blue with the American flag on the seat backs. (The pattern was a mix of the first flag with 13 stars to the current 50 state version we have now). I asked the girl cleaning tables why the flag theme and she said it was just the old decor that had never been updated and was due to be redecorated in a few months.
