Every time we go into this restaurant our order is wrong. We get the same thing every time we go and we pay for extra steak. We check our order every time before we leave since we know it's going to be wrong. No one in line before us so no reason not to read the screen. We all know Taco Bell. Somehow crave-able now and then even if it's not on the high end of the food spectrum. Who doesn't love a Taco Supreme. And that's not even your favorite dish there, is it? But I do know one thing about Taco Bell that its very identity rests upon. It's fast food. You can't take the "fast" out of fast food and still get good reviews. So, okay, in fairness, they knew they were slow. They were telling everyone, up front, "This may be awhile." And in fairness, knowing that, I still ordered because at that point, it would take even longer to go somewhere else, and I had pre-purchased theater tickets and didn't want to arrive late. But oh how I waited. So, look, if I caught them at a bad moment and no one else is less-than-impressed with their commitment to staffing (even considering today's low unemployment rate), then ignore this review. But if this looks like a theme in other reviews, you'd better really love Taco Bell and have extra time on your hands to want to go here. Perhaps this was just a fluke - something rare and unavoidable. But that's not the only possible cause. Perhaps management is favoring profit margins in a high-cost labor market over customer satisfaction. (Is that sustainable?) Or maybe they've just had some unexpected turnover and temporarily didn't have anyone on that shift that knew how to run a kitchen. But in four decades of adulthood, I've never ordered fast food that took so long, and everyone else was clearly waiting just as long. And it wasn't late night or anything. The sun was still shining. My parents had to deal with poor customer service. The manager completely ignored my mother asking for when the order was going to be ready took them 20-30min since they were chatting and blasting music instead of working. Take in mind that there wasn't any customers in the drive way for it to be busy. And the manager harshly gave our food in the bag like if we were responsible for their lousy service. read more

Two should be simple orders... no modifications... a #3 combo and a #2 combo and we came home missing a burrito Supreme and all the tacos that were suppose to be Supremes werent.. I normally dip not have a problem with taco bell. The women asked how I was then cut off bet mic, then about a min later out so she asked me again how I was and then proceeded to take my order. After she took my order there was a long pause. So I went up to the window, she then asked my what I ordered and I get the recipe and they had no sauce on my quesadilla and I informed her that is not what I wanted and she told the cooks have it to me to dip my quesadilla in and not make me a new one. The "box" was a good deal and tasty enough but hubby got a burrito that had about two tablespoons of real food inside. It was a 1/3 burrito actually. He says he will never go back there. read more
