So disappointed. We used to eat here at least once a week at KFC. Last 3 times have been horrible. Sides missing all three times and last time was the straw that broke the camels back. Ordered 2/3 piece meals. Got 2/2 piece meals, missing Cole slaw again and the skin was completely removed off 2 of the pieces. Yes, I paid for 2/3 piece meals with 2 sides each. I ordered two burritos without meat on the app and confirmed when I picked them up at the window that they would be made with refried beans instead of beef. I was in Lockeford shopping and live about 30 min away, and once I was home and able to eat my food I discovered that both burritos were made incorrectly with beef, leaving me unable to eat them. I called in order to get the situation resolved and they refused to refund my card without physically bringing the card in, which would be an hour round trip for me to fix the mistake that they made. I ordered virtually, there is no reason I can't be refunded virtually. Now I'm out dinner, money, and I'm having to go through corporate. Save yourself time and money and eat somewhere else. read more

KFC has the worst food of any that I have patronized. Stopped in for a bucket of chicken for dinner. When we opened the bucket at home, the chicken was totally dried out and appeared to have been cooked many hours before. Biscuits also dry and would have made good hocky pucs. The juxtaposition of Black and White from the PepperJack Sauce is interesting... and it is Chic! Better than that Lipsticky Red of the Volcano Taco. But, as for it being Spicy.... Nope! In fact, to me, it's mildly Spicy and tends toward the mildly Sweet... which is probably not desirable in Mexican Food. There are supposedly three kinds of grated Cheese sprinkled on the Taco... you really can't tell as there is so little of it to distinguish the flavors. This Taco Bell/KFC mix joint is a great place for a quick bite to eat, especially being right off the highway. Customer service here is usually 100% amazing, I've never had a bad experience however some nights I go (being maybe 9/10pm) they will take their sweet time, having there be nobody in line except for me and I'm waiting approximately 10 minutes maybe sometimes 15. I can't complain. My orders are never wrong and they're always very polite. Just a fair warning for the late night snackers out there! read more

I've lived in Lockeford for 15+ years and have never had an experience like I had today. Usually they're pretty nice but today a young lady named Paola was working. Not sure if it was her first day, but the service was terrible. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes as everyone was walking around ignoring me, no acknowledgement. When Paola, who was 5 feet from me the whole time, came over to work the register, it was almost confusing. If this was supposed to be helping out the front, why wouldn't she have said something like "I'll be right with you", or thanking me for waiting. Because honestly I was about to walk out. While I was there, I witnessed a woman who could barely speak English repeating 65 over and over, when the order number was 57, acted like the patrons were idiots for not getting their food. Then a man received a chicken meal from the kfc side, there was no drink. He asked 4 times, and when he was ignored, I spoke up for him. They then decided that the meal did not come with a drink. Didn't offer him one, didn't even offer to ring him up for one. The lady said no drink and walked away. If Paola would've known it didn't come with a drink, she should've offered one to begin with. They have become worse after they remodeled. They were not good to begin with, but now its worse. I tried to order the $5 chalupa box which was clearly still on the menu, but the lady says it is not available and tells me to order the T6 which is same meal, but for $8.39. That is ridiculous. Then they should make sure to change their menu. I ended up ordering just one chalupa and a side order of chips and cheese. The chalupa was tiny and the chips were half filled. What a rip off. I want there tonight and while I was waiting in the drive thru to get my food the guy in front of me handed a snake to someone in the restaurant. This is against the health code . I am a serv safe certified manager and this is something the should not be done. And when we confronted the guy that touched the snake he said I am only cleaning.
