Out of the other Taco Bell's in the area, this place is the one I find myself going to the most. The lines are a little long sometimes, which isn't always the most ideal, but I find that whenever I get my food, it's fresh, and that makes the wait worth it. Came in and drive through was closed due to employee shortage very apologetic. I came inside and the young gentleman taking my order was very friendly. Then another employee came in with a backpack, washed his hands and went right to work. Took a minute to get my coffee but the employees made it such a good experience!! Was given 2 expired coupons by Frandor location after an unknown order issue. Tried to use coupon before realizing it was expired at the South Cedar St location. While at the S. Cedar St location I order a gordita and a crunch wrap. The woman at the window said a gordita was NOT a taco and while I agree, their menu states otherwise. I ran a taco bell at age 19 when 4th Meal was introduced. It gets worse every year. Lack of competence, rude to customers. It'll never change. Say NO to $15/hr min wage. read more

It's Taco Bell so the bar isn't super high here. Wait in line at the drive through for 20 minutes 10 of which was at the speaker where you order. Was told to hang on a second and they'd take my order, and then 10 minutes later told they were only taking delivery orders. Friday night, 6PM 1-1/2 hours to our destination. I was hungry and skeptical but agreed to try the new Cantina Bowl. As you see in my photo, it had a lot of eye appeal and it was surprisingly delicious! Pretty slow service but we came in at a rush. Taco Bell has reformulated their old disgusting guacamole and this bowl actually had ALL romaine lettuce, no yucky, shredded paper-like iceberg. The dressing they put over the whole thing is tasty and really, really, really the lime cilantro rice is pretty darn good. If you read any of my other reviews, I'm pretty judgmental and picky about rice. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a taco 12 pack, 6 regular, 6 supreme. Most didn't have any meat in them, all of them were regular. Tried calling up to discuss it with MGMT. and got hung up on. When I showed up to discuss with the manager I got waved off and laughed at Luckily the Taco Bell off towards Holt understand the situation and hooked me up with 6 Supreme tacos to compensate for the lack of customer service I received from the Cedar street Taco Bell. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this Taco Bell. They consistently put the smallest amount of meat on their tacos that I have ever seen at any Taco Bell. Eventually I got so frustrated by this that I ordered an extra taco just so I could take it home and weigh the meat on my food scale. It only had 1 oz. of meat on it, AND THIS PARTICULAR TACO HAD MORE MEAT THAN THEIR TACOS USUALLY DO. Taco Bell's national customer service confirmed that the tacos are supposed to have 1.5 oz. of meat, which is the same thing I read online. So just think about that. The taco I weighed only had 66% of the meat it was supposed to have, and in my experience that was MORE than they usually have. To sum up, if you want a taco with a tiny little strip of meat hiding in the bottom of the shell, with a giant handful of lettuce stuffing the rest of the shell, you will love this Taco Bell. Otherwise, avoid it! read more
