The drive thru girl was very rushy and while we were ordering kept cutting us off. Then once we got there she just gave us our food without our drinks and we sat there waiting she came back to the window saying can i help you and we told her what drinks she forgot and she had an attitude. Worst service ever. I go through the drive through. Make my order. Get to the window and they can't find my order. I tell her once. She looks at me like I'm crazy and asks me again. She closed the window asked the other lady something then opened again and asked me. I calmly tell her again. After the fifth time repeating it I finally just tell them never mind. After ordering our food we got our drink cups. Our first selection was the Strawberry lemonade and got nothing but water. We showed them at the counter and they said they would check on it. We poured that out and then she tried Pepsi and I got Dr. Pepper. Both of the had just enough syrup to give them color but no flavor. I went to the counter again and asked to speak to the manager. A guy came forward, no name tag to show his name or if he actually was a manager and I explained to him what had happened and told him I wanted a refund for the drinks. Taco Bell has been banned in our household due to the fact that the order is never correct, the service more than sucks, and they actually get an attitude with you at the window if you tell them something is wrong with your order. I don't remember a time that I went to Taco Bell in Lake Wales and the order was actually correct. Taco Bell is usually pretty standard, but I have no idea what happened to this one. Lake Wales is halfway between my hometown and my current city, so we drive this route often. This Taco Bell is right off SR60 and an easy in and out for food on the road. Or, you'd think. See, everytime we drive by the line is really long. I finally gave in to the demands of the kids and pulled into the drive thru at about 7 on a weekday evening. Fast forward 30 minutes and I'm just now getting my food. I have no idea. You call that a vegetarian favorite? I will never go back to this Taco Bell! I ordered a number from the menu and the guy gave the number next to the one I ordered. After waiting forever for our food, I found that they got my order wrong, so I very nicely explained to them that I did not order the three cool ranch tacos, but I ordered the number before it. Well, they still charged me for the tacos, the guy who took my order denied it saying he never heard me order that number (although I clearly did), all the workers in there were giving me dirty stares as I was patiently waiting for my order to be corrected. They added my food to the receipt, still charging me for the tacos even though I said I did not want or order them. No one EVER apologized and everyone there was very rude. Worst fast food experience I have had to-date. It's been a few weeks and it fires me up thinking about it! Lol. I am a very patient and nice person and I always feel for fast food workers because they get a lot of beef (no pun i tended) from some customers when they make a mistake but the rudeness from literally every worker in there was uncalled for.
