I had a poor experience at this Taco Bell on September 10, 2026. I downloaded the app on September 9 and received a free Beefy 5-Layer Burrito reward. Since I was unfamiliar with the app, I came in to redeem it in person. I was not greeted for a minute or two, then was directed to the kiosk. I explained that I needed help at the register. Alexis assisted me, but when I explained that I did not know how to redeem the reward, she said she did not know either and walked away instead of finding someone who could help. Cole also said he did not know how. I was on my lunch break and became frustrated. I called Taco Bell customer service from the restaurant, but after waiting about 20 minutes without reaching anyone, I had to return to work. I had no receipt because I was unable to place an order. I returned September 11 after researching how to redeem the reward myself. Service was much better, although the Tajín Strawberry Pineapple Freeze I ordered was unavailable and replaced with a Wild Berry Freeze. My main concern is customer service. Employees cannot know everything, but they should communicate respectfully and make an effort to find answers or assistance. With over 20 years of customer/service experience, I believe this situation could have been avoided if someone had simply taken the time to help. *I never really have problems coming into this Taco Bell. I've been coming here for over 10 years because I work right next-door. This experience was very disappointing. read more

So we spent 5$ on Baja blast gelato. It's green flavored creamed ice. Does not taste like Baja blast. It's smaller than my cellphone holder. 1/10 do not recommend wasting your money on it. You guys charging 5$ for green ice now? read more

Taco Bell - 5$ for a cup of green flavored ice and you're telling me this Baja blast gelato cost more than a gallon of gas - Fast Food Near Me - Lake Wales, Florida

This place is frickin horrible. Management was rude. Waited 30 minutes when no one else was there. Didn't get any food. Fuck this place.

they gave me someone else's order. Didnt know till I got home. Disappointed but refused to drive 14 miles again to return it! This happens to two out of three times at this Taco Bell. Won't go again! DONE read more

We ordered the deluxe cravings box and the nacho fry box and got one nacho fries and cinnamon twist not two nacho fries The cashier that took our order was very rude and not polite at all tried giving us our food without our drink Hope to see that they get better customer service their read more

Horrible that a local fast food restaurant can't follow simple guidelines like hairnets to prevent random hairs in customers food. Disgusting! read more

Taco Bell - Thanks for another horrible food experience, unknown hair and all! - Fast Food Near Me - Lake Wales, Florida

They can't even get a bean burrito right. Just ordered one before they closed. Had NO cheese at all just beans and onions

One word: HEAVEN That chicken quesadilla was really slapping today. I don't know how but each bite got better and better. I swear it was smothered in gold. I am a new man after that quesadilla. Both inside and out. I love you Taco Bell! read more

The drive thru girl was very rushy and while we were ordering kept cutting us off. Then once we got there she just gave us our food without our drinks and we sat there waiting she came back to the window saying can i help you and we told her what drinks she forgot and she had an attitude. Then our order wasn't even correct. Seriously she needs to have a talk to or put somewhere else because I don't ever want to come back. my first time having tacobell in years and had a bad experience. Needs a lot of work read more

super friendly service, the girl at the window was lovely, the food came out quickly and was perfectly made, fresh, and hot! what more could you ask for? read more

Worst service ever. I go through the drive through. Make my order. Get to the window and they can't find my order. I tell her once. She looks at me like I'm crazy and asks me again. She closed the window asked the other lady something then opened again and asked me. I calmly tell her again. After the fifth time repeating it I finally just tell them never mind. So sad that they can't even follow a mostly fool proof process. And if you do mess up just fix it and don't make the customer feel like they screwed up. Their only mistake was choosing you as an option read more

Worse service ever. No apologies nothing. No claim to responsibility for others actions. The closest other Taco Bell is 10 miles away so these people on hwy 60 don't care what you think. Sad performance. I take my business to the local shops for my real Mexican food. read more

After ordering our food we got our drink cups. Our first selection was the Strawberry lemonade and got nothing but water. We showed them at the counter and they said they would check on it. We poured that out and then she tried Pepsi and I got Dr. Pepper. Both of the had just enough syrup to give them color but no flavor. I went to the counter again and asked to speak to the manager. A guy came forward, no name tag to show his name or if he actually was a manager and I explained to him what had happened and told him I wanted a refund for the drinks. He said ok and went in the back of the restaurant. He came out later and poured a drink for himself, I guess to check after adjusting the mixture. He never said a word to us again. read more

What do you expect? It's taco bell. Sometimes you need to check your order, and sometimes it's wrong. It's a pretty good place for the value of the food itself, you can get a lot of food for not much of a price. Eh. read more

Taco Bell has been banned in our household due to the fact that the order is never correct, the service more than sucks, and they actually get an attitude with you at the window if you tell them something is wrong with your order. I don't remember a time that I went to Taco Bell in Lake Wales and the order was actually correct. I can deal with mistakes but I cannot tolerate someone being rude because they are being asked to correct it. They also do not say Hello or Goodbye - they just close the window practically in your face. read more

One of the line cooks was completely disrespectful. Continued to harass me and my brother. To the point where we left, and felt completely uncomfortable. After his shift, he then continued to follow us to my brother's place of work. His female coworker didn't attempt to ease the situation. Just watched. read more

Unintentionally forgot to mention that I didn't want lettuce on my burrito so I asked the lady at the window if they could make it without because my fiancé is pregnant and can't eat it. And one of the guys in the kitchen were making rude comments about what I was wearing and making smart remarks thinking I couldn't hear. This was late night shift June 7th at around 10:15 pm. read more

Taco Bell is usually pretty standard, but I have no idea what happened to this one. Lake Wales is halfway between my hometown and my current city, so we drive this route often. This Taco Bell is right off SR60 and an easy in and out for food on the road. Or, you'd think. See, everytime we drive by the line is really long. I finally gave in to the demands of the kids and pulled into the drive thru at about 7 on a weekday evening. Fast forward 30 minutes and I'm just now getting my food. I have no idea. The order wasn't even correct. The employees hate their jobs, and something is just wrong wrong wrong here. I will be passing this by from here on out. read more

Staff was plenty nice so I'm sorry to give this such a low rating but come on, Taco Bell. A seven layer burrito has 7 layers. Really? A flour burrito shell filled with cold rice? You call that a vegetarian favorite? I was actually laughing as I ate this thinking that the denser layers must have collected on the other side of the folded tortilla-its happened before-but not this time. On a positive note, there wasn't a press on nail in my food so that gets an extra star. read more

I will never go back to this Taco Bell! I ordered a number from the menu and the guy gave the number next to the one I ordered. After waiting forever for our food, I found that they got my order wrong, so I very nicely explained to them that I did not order the three cool ranch tacos, but I ordered the number before it. Well, they still charged me for the tacos, the guy who took my order denied it saying he never heard me order that number (although I clearly did), all the workers in there were giving me dirty stares as I was patiently waiting for my order to be corrected. They added my food to the receipt, still charging me for the tacos even though I said I did not want or order them. No one EVER apologized and everyone there was very rude. Worst fast food experience I have had to-date. It's been a few weeks and it fires me up thinking about it! Lol. I am a very patient and nice person and I always feel for fast food workers because they get a lot of beef (no pun i tended) from some customers when they make a mistake but the rudeness from literally every worker in there was uncalled for. Not to mention the food wasn't even good when I got it. I was actually too mad to finish it. I felt very unwelcome there. Very rude. I will just go to the Taco Bell at the Eagle Ridge Mall from now on, long lines or not. read more

I love Taco Bell in general but will never visit this location again. I wanted to make a future order for 10 cravings boxes and was going to ask how much notice they wanted out of courtesy. The lady humiliated me in front of everyone in the restaurant by shouting naw we ain't interested before I even got a word out to ask. I was shocked at how rude and poorly treated I was and about balled my eyes out leaving the restaurant. read more

Service provided without a smile at this location. Employees seem like you're in-convincing them just to place an order. And, of course the order comes out wrong. Takes forever to explain why it's wrong to another employee. Service horrible, food not too good! read more

This place is horrible worst Taco Bell ever the orders are always wrong and if you say anything they will get an attitude with you and they are not a fast food restaurant by any mean they are slow there could be no one in line and they will make you go park while they finish your order and I'm not talking about a massive order, 2 combos a 2 cheese roll ups for the kids and they took 30 minutes could have gotten several pizzas in less time or went to a real restaurant and received quicker service read more
