I put an order in the mobile app and as I was pulling up to the drive-thru, looks like a bunch of teenagers were in the middle just talking, literally beeped my horn so they would move. I was surprised that the chick-fil-a workers didn't do anything. They also had low rise cars vrooming their engines like it's some sort of meet up. Good food served quickly. CFA is really the only fast food that has such consistent quality. I ordered the South West Salad with avocado ranch. Always yummy! The other person ordered chicken nuggets & fries and enjoyed every bite. We actually came here twice recently and both times the drive through line was around the building but moving pretty good and both times the food was good. Get a lot of door dash orders for here. Never had an issue with the orders. Employees are friendly no matter how busy they are. Even hold the door open while I'm entering and leaving. I definitely didn't order tenders spicy either but you get the point here. I didn't get the nuggets that I actually did order-surprise...This is the 3rd time in the last month that our order has been wrong. I will take responsibility for the last 2 visits because I should have not gone back after the 1st time. Everything has become way too expensive to just be taken in the chin. I went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon and was in the left lane. After 6 cars went by in the right lane they finally asked for my order. When I asked why I was skipped 5 times I was rudely told that they were shorthanded and if I was going to complain to leave. I'm sorry if your having a bad day but there's no excuse for being rude. You could have turned it into a positive and apologized and given a free cookie or something instead of just being negative and telling customers to leave. If you're having a bad day and can't handle it close the doors and try again tomorrow with a smile. read more

Every Chick-fil-A is so consistent. Super-friendly staff, hot food in a timely manner, and cleaner than what I would imagine other fast food chains are like. First of all the parking and drive thru situation is a mess. Very confusing. The speed of service in the drive thru was good once you figured it out. I ordered 3 regular Chick fil a sandwiches, what I got was 3 sandwiches with a biscuit size piece of chicken on them. You know, more bun than burger size. It was very, very disappointing. I am a Chick-fil-A connoisseur LOL I eat Chick-fil-A at least three times a week and this is by far the worst location I have been to in my entire life. The Winter Haven CFA has been the most unreasonable and ridiculous during COVID. Made us wait outside in the rain and heat for mobile orders until only very recently. And now that we have been deemed privileged enough to enter the lobby, we are not allowed to dine-in. Curbside was started in the pandemic and then discontinued shortly after; meanwhile, the drive-thru is the slowest of any other CFA. It's clear this CFA wants its customers' money but not the people. This place was newer, and yet my opinion hasn't changed. The place was utter chaos the moment I stepped into it. Noisy, somewhat crowded. The workers behind the counter were VERY unorganized. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. I ordered a shake, which took them about 5 minutes AFTER I got my food to get me. They had to go in the back to get syrup. Awesome restaurant and it goes beyond customer service! I had unexpected incident happened to me when I was entering into Chick-fil-a parking lot. My lug nuts popped off my tire and sent my driver tire rolling into the parking( lucky no cars were coming) and this wonderful worker, Marvin Duarte helped me along with another patron with moving my car to a safe place. And not excluding me scrapping my drum brake! Marvin got right into action with helping me and I'm so appreciative for his humanity and assistance.
