Ok, skip this location. No sour cream, cheese, guacamole, white rice or improvisation skills! When you reach the register you see a person fixing online order food which includes sour cream, guacamole, cheese, and white rice! We were told that's only for online customers. Wow! read more

Was a big fan of this chain, I had several great experiences from their Lakeland location. All it took to drive me away was one visit to this location. Food was meh but the people behind the food were as bad as I've ever seen. Very unfriendly. I won't return to this location, ever. read more

Stopped by to pick up a couple of meals. There was no steak cooked and we were told it would be 30 minutes before any steak would be ready. No one was cooking anything. Five employees working and only one making bowls. No one cooking. read more

0 Stars if I could. Rude staff trash servings and the ambient felt very hostile. workers (multiple workers old lady and young lady with an accent) complained about serving customers food got angry when I asked for the sauce on the side instead of on the bowl. Said " oh can you afford that" when ordering half and half protein and looked at other customers with dirty looks after finishing their transactions from my observations. read more

Came in on Saturday May 16th, the food was great and the two gentlemen in the front were awesome. But my experience was ruined by one of the female employees with long blonde braids. She was eating a tortilla in the kitchen, and when anybody asked for anything from her she raised her voice at them, was cussing constantly, and told another employee to, "Mind his f-ing business". I was planning on dining in, but watching her interact with the other employees immediately made me want to do takeout. read more

First off, the staff was incredibly rude, I felt absolutely rushed the entire time I was ordering. From picking what I wanted to paying at the end. But what do you expect with a bunch of teenagers this day and age. No manners. They just held a conversation with each other but rushed me through my order so they could talk? And then when we got to the end, my husband asked if I wanted a drink, and I was waiting for a side of sour cream speaking to the kid, and the CASHIER LITERALLY SCREAMS MAAM DO YOU WANT A DRINK. EXCUSE ME!?!?!? It's one thing if my husband asks and I didn't hear him but for her to literally scream at me was insane! So whoever was on cashier tonight at 5:30, needs to be fired or something because you do not speak to people that way! Worst chipotle experience ever, also portions were small and my burrito was just thrown together. They just didn't care, read more

Last trip to this location. Last time I was here a week ago- no ice Today at 11:05 no steak But here is the real kicker they had steak at the to go area. I asked if they could use the steak from there. The guy told me they couldn't because of store policy. Since when does the customer can't get what is there in front of them? Making exceptions for to go orders does not make sense. Hire a manager that can have the right inventory. Geez! read more

This Chipotle is terrible. They run out of the most basic ingredients and don't seem to care. Their food safety standards are nonexistent. In the past, I've witnessed (and reported) employees scratching themselves with their gloved hands and then using those some gloved hands to handle the cheese, lettuce, etc. I was told they would work on training their employees better and then today when I gave them another chance I found a hair in my food. Edited to add that after speaking with three customer service agents regarding this incident, my order has yet to be refunded. read more

Literally the worst Chipotle that I've ever been to. Employees clearly did not want to be here and the food was extremely bland. It was also like 90 degrees inside the restaurant, which was very unpleasant. For the price you get charged, I'd find somewhere else to eat. read more

So we decided to have dinner here Saturday night. We walked in to maybe 3 people ahead of us so didn't look to busy. Ordered the 3 hard shell tacos and we also ordered the salad bowl. We both wanted grilled chicken but there was only a little left. Instead of getting more , the server tried to divide what was left and we said would it be possible to get more chicken and she just slammed the spoon down and turned around to get a container that was yes cooked and waiting. We then asked for 1 extra salad dressing and she said no it comes with one and I said that's OK I will buy the additional one which again caused attitude from server it was preparing. Once getting up to the register we got our drinks and chips and I noticed there Were no forks at the drink station so I said could we get two forks and the guy goes oh we don't have any silverware there are a few spoons you'll have to eat with that or just take it home. Did not offer an apology or anything and they weren't telling anybody that came in what they were out of. Then we turn around to actually sit somewhere. The entire place was filthy there was not a clean table anywhere the garbage was overflowing and there was no one in line and no one coming out to clean anything so I grabbed my own wipes from my handbag and proceeded to clean us a table and our chairs so that we could sit down and eat. I have never been treated so bad or seen a place so filthy and no one being apologetic or offering to correct the situation. We have been supporters of this location since it opened years ago. We love Chipotle but this location needs some serious help with teaching staff to be courteous to have proper cleanliness. Completely needs to be addressed so at this time no I would not recommend it at least this location. Do better!!!! read more

Never been more disappointed. I eaten at this establishment in many places, this one was the worst. No issues with the staff, but the food was substandard. The best part of our meal was the half stale chips and queso. Oh and my beer. read more

Terrible customer service at this Chipotle. The guy serving was A+, super friendly and gave good portions of everything. The girl at the register had NO CLUE and very clearly did not care what was going on. She asked me probably three times if a side of salsa was mine (it was) but kept getting too distracted to hear the answer. Then when one of the sodas was coming out clear and I went to tell her she just kind of scratched her head and said "yeah I think it's out". Yes, funnily enough I'd figured that out. So could we get it fixed please? I realized later this was all because she was 5 minutes from the end of her shift, but that's no excuse for lousy customer service. Waited probably ten minutes at my table, with water instead, and when I went back it still wasn't changed. So I went back to the actually helpful serving guy and asked about it and he got it fixed within like two minutes. Bless. Also I have Chipotle weekly and always get steak and never have a problem, but the steak here was WILDLY spicy. My fiancé usually gets steak but got chicken today, and when he tried my steak he was grateful for that because if he had ordered steak, it would have been too spicy for him to eat. I don't know how they do their seasoning, but someone was a bit too heavy handed in the kitchen this visit. I had to take long breaks and drink water between each bite. Yikes. read more

Horrible service and very skimpy with portions. Were missing multiple ingredients. Save time and skip.

ZERO Stars! Terrible customer service. This location did not send our complete catering order. The process to get answers is going through a 1-800 number, even worse customer service. Be very careful ordering from this location. Plenty of other Chipotle locations are great, this one is poorly managed. I was told I would receive 10% refund. read more

Worst Chipotle location I've ever visited. Always out of something especially chips. No customer service skills and blonde chubby tall lady serving the bowls doesn't even look up at you and has the worst frown ever of disappointment in her face. The other blonde shorter girl at the cash register has no idea what she's doing and again worst customer service ever. After placing the order they were out of one of the sides that came with me order but still wanted to charge me for red salsa and sour cream I asked on the side. Ridiculous. I can never understand if you hate your job so much just stay home. read more

Food is good as always, however we had made a mobile order at 3pm and it said it would be ready by 4pm. We got to the place like at 4:05 and our order was not ready. There was no line when we got there so there should have been no reason why our order wasn't ready. We then had to wait 30 min for them to actually start making it. I am disappointed in the service we had today. The workers just stand there and talk to each other. read more

Absolutely atrocious operations. I have eaten at various Chipotle locations hundreds of times and this location by far and away gets the gold metal for complacency. It took over 50 minutes to get my bowl with exactly 13 people on front of me in line. Workers were joking, inattentive and lacked ANY sense of urgency to get people out of the door. After raising my concern, the manager came off of his phone to tell me "we are trying out best" as TWELVE bowls sat on the line getting cold with absolutely nobody to finish the order. The manager went back to washing his hands and cleaning the sink rather than helping with orders. Pathetic location that's has indefinitely lost by business. Don't waste your time, believe me. read more

Should have read the reviews first. Place sucks. Portions are dismal. Don't go here. Out of stuff.

This has got to be one of the worst locations ever. They are always out of food, the line is always long due to not enough help and something is always wrong. You will be in the middle of your order and the employee will just walk away from you. I've tried this location a few times but it's never a good experience. read more

They were making my burrito bowl, however they were running out of ingredients, but instead of getting more, they just started scrapping what little was left in there serving bowl. I said, getting a little skimpy aren't we?" The answer was, "Looks good enough to me!" Well if they care that little about how and what they serve you, "THEY DONT BELONG IN BUSINESS!", basically.............. I only have this left, and that's all your getting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF, FOR AN OVER PRICED PILE OF RICE, with a few pieces of protein. I asked to talk to the manager, and the little girl at the register said she was, couldn't have been 19 years old, and judging by her attitude, had a huge chip on her shoulder. read more

Wish there were no star options. Always out of something important unless you order on the app or are an employee and can get it yourself (i have asked for something and been told no and watched them get it for themselves on break). Always rude. Lots of excuses for a fast food chain expecting the customers to always bear the burden of there un-motivated un-kind attitudes. Will not ever be returning to this location and honestly left a bad taste in my mouth for the franchise. How can you be out of guac by being short staffed and no one in line to order? Stopped in for lunch on 12/18/21. The food is good but the prices have gotten ridiculous. The staff all seemed like they were pissed off or annoyed that they had to wait on customers. The only friendly member of the staff was the woman running the register. All the tables were filthy and in need of a good wipe down. Love the food but not enough to frequent this restaurant very often. read more

Absolutely the worst! Friday evening...NO line! One guy in line with a fairly large order, but he had moved on to toppings whe we approached the counter. Not even a greeting from the order taker. She served the food like every grain of rice was coming from her pay check. I asked for vinaigrette and was told there was one left and it was retrieved from the online counter and literally had less than a teaspoon full of dressing. Got and and counted about 6 pieces of steak in my $13 bowl. The best part...I have never tasted food so bland in my life. I dissected the bowl and not one element had flavor. There was a little heat from the salsa Verde. But no flavor! No salt...no pepper..no garlic...no cilantro...no cumin...nothing!! Just blah!! No Mas!! This wad your second chance!! Oh...and someone may want to take out the trash before the entrance is completely blocked!! read more

This chipotle NEVER has anything, always out of chips. Or will only give chips to online orders. How are you running out of food at 7pm? Customer service is not up to par. Worst chipotle. Never have veggies barley ever have chips and we just went in and the girl said she wouldn't eat them. Don't waste your time, this chipotle is an absolute joke. After waiting 40 minutes to get to the counter only to discover they are out of all three salsas, no corn, no sour cream, no cheese, and no lettuce. There was probably eight employees in the store but six were in the back corner, laughing, joking, and twerking to music. The restaurant was filthy with food and debris all over the floor. The main dining room area had all the chairs tipped up on the tables at 8:15; however, the store says it doesn't close until 11 PM. This location has to be losing a ton of money, several people left after waiting in line for over 20 minutes without the line moving. The people that actually got their food had to sit at the outside tables because the dining room was shut down by 8:15. The dining area where the chairs are mounted to the floor was so dirty nobody would want to sit there. I regret not getting pictures like several of the other reviews. I wish I would have read other reviews before going. read more

Host : Macey Came to get 2 bowls, both were made with the same ingredients except I was assisted by a new employee and my friend was assisted by an employee with much more experience. I noticed my bowl was rushed but also my bowl had less meat than the other bowl. I politely asked for another scoop to make my bowl similar to the other bowl and I pointed to the other bowl being made, by the well experienced employee. She was bothered by my request! I felt rushed with my bowl their ingredients were running low and I altogether decided to just skip to check out because I felt like a bother to the new girl. When I get to check out she hollers to her mentor and yells that I did double meat which was not the case. Again I politely tell both ladies, I have two bowls with the same ingredients I asked for another scoop as I pointed to my other bowl that her mentor was making so she can reference it because if I left it as it was then it is a rip off. Mentor decides to take the new girl side claiming that since she did a double scoop that it is indeed an extra charge. I didn't want to cause a scene considering we were already very much not welcomed and I left. Total was $30 for 2 bowls. As the customer we shouldn't feel rushed and be disrespected.
