Came in on Saturday May 16th, the food was great and the two gentlemen in the front were awesome. But my experience was ruined by one of the female employees with long blonde braids. She was eating a tortilla in the kitchen, and when anybody asked for anything from her she raised her voice at them, was cussing constantly, and told another employee to, "Mind his f-ing business". Last trip to this location. Last time I was here a week ago- no ice Today at 11:05 no steak But here is the real kicker they had steak at the to go area. I asked if they could use the steak from there. The guy told me they couldn't because of store policy. Since when does the customer can't get what is there in front of them? This Chipotle is terrible. They run out of the most basic ingredients and don't seem to care. Their food safety standards are nonexistent. In the past, I've witnessed (and reported) employees scratching themselves with their gloved hands and then using those some gloved hands to handle the cheese, lettuce, etc. I was told they would work on training their employees better and then today when I gave them another chance I found a hair in my food. So we decided to have dinner here Saturday night. We walked in to maybe 3 people ahead of us so didn't look to busy. Ordered the 3 hard shell tacos and we also ordered the salad bowl. We both wanted grilled chicken but there was only a little left. Instead of getting more , the server tried to divide what was left and we said would it be possible to get more chicken and she just slammed the spoon down and turned around to get a container that was yes cooked and waiting. We then asked for 1 extra salad dressing and she said no it comes with one and I said that's OK I will buy the additional one which again caused attitude from server it was preparing. Once getting up to the register we got our drinks and chips and I noticed there Were no forks at the drink station so I said could we get two forks and the guy goes oh we don't have any silverware there are a few spoons you'll have to eat with that or just take it home. Did not offer an apology or anything and they weren't telling anybody that came in what they were out of. Then we turn around to actually sit somewhere. The entire place was filthy there was not a clean table anywhere the garbage was overflowing and there was no one in line and no one coming out to clean anything so I grabbed my own wipes from my handbag and proceeded to clean us a table and our chairs so that we could sit down and eat. I have never been treated so bad or seen a place so filthy and no one being apologetic or offering to correct the situation. We have been supporters of this location since it opened years ago. We love Chipotle but this location needs some serious help with teaching staff to be courteous to have proper cleanliness. Completely needs to be addressed so at this time no I would not recommend it at least this location. Do better!!!! read more

Terrible customer service at this Chipotle. The guy serving was A+, super friendly and gave good portions of everything. The girl at the register had NO CLUE and very clearly did not care what was going on. She asked me probably three times if a side of salsa was mine (it was) but kept getting too distracted to hear the answer. Then when one of the sodas was coming out clear and I went to tell her she just kind of scratched her head and said "yeah I think it's out". Yes, funnily enough I'd figured that out. So could we get it fixed please? I realized later this was all because she was 5 minutes from the end of her shift, but that's no excuse for lousy customer service. Waited probably ten minutes at my table, with water instead, and when I went back it still wasn't changed. So I went back to the actually helpful serving guy and asked about it and he got it fixed within like two minutes. Bless. Also I have Chipotle weekly and always get steak and never have a problem, but the steak here was WILDLY spicy. My fiancé usually gets steak but got chicken today, and when he tried my steak he was grateful for that because if he had ordered steak, it would have been too spicy for him to eat. I don't know how they do their seasoning, but someone was a bit too heavy handed in the kitchen this visit. I had to take long breaks and drink water between each bite. Yikes. read more

No customer service skills and blonde chubby tall lady serving the bowls doesn't even look up at you and has the worst frown ever of disappointment in her face. The other blonde shorter girl at the cash register has no idea what she's doing and again worst customer service ever. After placing the order they were out of one of the sides that came with me order but still wanted to charge me for red salsa and sour cream I asked on the side. Ridiculous. Absolutely atrocious operations. I have eaten at various Chipotle locations hundreds of times and this location by far and away gets the gold metal for complacency. It took over 50 minutes to get my bowl with exactly 13 people on front of me in line. Workers were joking, inattentive and lacked ANY sense of urgency to get people out of the door. After raising my concern, the manager came off of his phone to tell me "we are trying out best" as TWELVE bowls sat on the line getting cold with absolutely nobody to finish the order. The manager went back to washing his hands and cleaning the sink rather than helping with orders. Pathetic location that's has indefinitely lost by business. Stopped in for lunch on 12/18/21. The food is good but the prices have gotten ridiculous. The staff all seemed like they were pissed off or annoyed that they had to wait on customers. Don't waste your time, this chipotle is an absolute joke. After waiting 40 minutes to get to the counter only to discover they are out of all three salsas, no corn, no sour cream, no cheese, and no lettuce. There was probably eight employees in the store but six were in the back corner, laughing, joking, and twerking to music. The restaurant was filthy with food and debris all over the floor. The main dining room area had all the chairs tipped up on the tables at 8:15; however, the store says it doesn't close until 11 PM. This location has to be losing a ton of money, several people left after waiting in line for over 20 minutes without the line moving. The people that actually got their food had to sit at the outside tables because the dining room was shut down by 8:15. The dining area where the chairs are mounted to the floor was so dirty nobody would want to sit there. I regret not getting pictures like several of the other reviews. Host : Macey Came to get 2 bowls, both were made with the same ingredients except I was assisted by a new employee and my friend was assisted by an employee with much more experience. I noticed my bowl was rushed but also my bowl had less meat than the other bowl. I politely asked for another scoop to make my bowl similar to the other bowl and I pointed to the other bowl being made, by the well experienced employee. She was bothered by my request! I felt rushed with my bowl their ingredients were running low and I altogether decided to just skip to check out because I felt like a bother to the new girl. When I get to check out she hollers to her mentor and yells that I did double meat which was not the case. Again I politely tell both ladies, I have two bowls with the same ingredients I asked for another scoop as I pointed to my other bowl that her mentor was making so she can reference it because if I left it as it was then it is a rip off. Mentor decides to take the new girl side claiming that since she did a double scoop that it is indeed an extra charge. I didn't want to cause a scene considering we were already very much not welcomed and I left. Total was $30 for 2 bowls. As the customer we shouldn't feel rushed and be disrespected. Here's the thing if you want your order to be correct you need to hover over them and make sure it's done correctly. Ordering online is a complete crap shoot and the odds of your order being correct are not on your side. Went inside to order and ordered a steak quesadilla, however, was told that you could only order the full-size online. Even though there was no line behind us, they said that was the only option. So we had to pay for one meal and order the other online. Never heard of this before and the worker was far from helpful.
