BEWARE! If you go into the restaurant allow at least 30-45 minutes for your order!! The employees were literally standing and staring at the screen of orders. There were two people on the in restaurant service side and 4-6 on the drive thru side. No attempt was made to reallocate staff. There was and continues to be a complete lack of urgency. I wonder if the employees working the in store side were potentially high? Why else would they work so slowly? Another customer had to leave and they were refused a refund. Our order was due at 4:48. At 5:20 my mother went in to collect it. The staff then said that it was "no where near done." She complained then walked back out to the car to tell my family. When she attempted to re-enter less then five minutes later she found that the employees had locked the doors because they, and I quote, "don't want to deal with the lobby right now." We then waited for another customer to open the door for us. At this point our order wasn't done 40 minutes after it was originally supposed to be done. My family sat done at the table, which were all dirty to some capacity, and waited for our food. I then hear the employee at the counter say to my mother, "well why don't you shut the hell up." My mother, who is normally a very patient woman as she has worked in food service before, yelled about how that is an awful way to talk to people. The manager on shift then shoved food at us and we walked out. However we checked our food and were still missing a good 1/3 of our order and what we did have was mostly cold. My mother and grandfather then had to wait, again, to be let in by another customer to complain that our food was missing. When she was standing at the counter with a different customer she and my grandfather witnessed the manager pack some cinnamon bites into her box before reopening it and EATING one. The customer then said, "hey can you maybe, I don't know, NOT eat my food too?" To which the manager just laughed. Other people in the parking lot also told us that they have had multiple instances of missing or wrong orders. Definitely DONT go here. Food wasn't even cooked when I got a burrito last night and the guy working didn't even say anything after I said have a great night. This is by far the worst service I've ever received from this location ever!!! But it seems like all customers service and food service is going down hill in the last four years and only getting worse. I'd be much happier with a robot right now for these fast food places rather than dealing with rude people and unsafe food from not even cooking it let alone not even heating it up!! Might as well shut it down if the place is going to be run like this. Maybe pay your employees better and actually give them employment benefits? I was driving back from Chicago and heading back to the Twin Cities and needed gas and FOOD! It was pretty late at night, past 11pm/close to midnight on a Monday night and I decieded to stop at a location that is brightly lit beteen the two cities = Wisconsin Dells. Everythign was closed and I rolled up on Taco Bell, and thank GOD they were open! The only creepy thing was there were this drunk guys, who I had driven past earlier, on my quest for open fast food, and they were standing in the drive thru line trying to get some service, which the were not getting any of. So they were a LOT to close to my vehicle while I ordered, paid, and got my food. I would have appreciated it, had the woman who was assisting me politely told them to move away from my car or something. I was single woman, driving alone. Talk about uncomfortable. I go to this Taco Bell about 3-4 times a week. Overall this is one of the best Taco Bells in the area, it's a good representation of the brand. Any lacking qualities are made up for by the delicious food and the excellent customer service. Those lacking qualities I speak of include cleanliness, after large groups of people come through the employees prioritize other tasks, including their breaks, before cleaning the messy dining area. This Taco Bell is also a little slower than they should be, even in drive thru I look up at their clock and can see they're usually about 10-20 behind their goal time (which I know because my previous employment at a Taco Bell). To make up for those cons, the pros include the kindness all the employees that I've experienced. (Disclaimer: I've only been there for there for the daytime employees, I can't speak for the night crew) They're very welcoming and helpful finding exactly what you're hungry for. On top of that the food is prepped to perfection (besides those taco shells), I haven't had any problems with the ingredients. Every meal is delicious and very filling, add the great customer service, and that's why I come back so often. I even have a Taco Bell about 300 feet from my work but I still go the extra 10 minutes on my break to this great establishment. read more

Food was terrible. They didn't have half the ingredients because they didn't wanna make more of a mess before closing. My hard shell taco was mushy filled with gross looking beef and falling apart. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla extra toasted and it tasted horrible the packaging was extremely messy. I went there at 12:15am and they close at 2am.... What a mistake. After a long day of swimming, we got hungry at 10:30 PM and decided to hit up the drive-thru. It took half an hour altogether to place and receive our order. I remember the exact times we arrived and left: 10:49 and 11:20 PM. The car ahead of us even pulled out of line shortly after they ordered.
