The Whopper Jr. and the Medium Fries are both on the 5$ Duo menu. I was charged $4.05 for the Whopper Jr. and $3.59 for the Medium Fries. $4.05 and $3.59 do not equal $5. When I questioned the Doufus behind the counter why I wasn't charged $5 for the two items, his reply was "Umm, you didn't ask for it?". Not wanting to make a fuss before I received my food and being curious about what he would do, I waited. What did he do when he delivered my food? Absolutely nothing. No apology, no offer of a refund, nothing. This behavior leads to a number of questions. Did he not offer a refund because he was just mentally not up to the task, didn't care, or just lazy? Or is that just the prevalent attitude at this restaurant? An even bigger question in this day of sophisticated software, is why did their POS software not see the two items are from the Duo menu and just correct the prices? This is something regularly done at countless other businesses. To me, that indicates it is a conscious corporate decision by BK.

This store is going downhill fast. It seems that every time we go here, the wait is longer and…read morelonger. The excuse is usually that they are short-staffed. I understand that, but if I have to wait 25 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches, they should at least be fresh and not dried out. The main reasons I keep coming back are that I love the food, and the coupons texted to me are great deals. I always bring my little dog with me through the drive-through, and the staff gives him a small chicken nugget as a treat, so now he expects it. Today, I wasn't allowed to use my text coupon for more than one 2 piece meal, and I have never been denied the use of duplicate uses before, they ignored my dog and I still waited the typical 20 minutes, wasting more than half of my lunch break. It is getting to the point where I will wait to get KFC at another location in another city.

When I insisted I customized it, they again said, no. Ok, where is my receipt? No one offered me my receipt-they can't show me the receipt but agree to make it how I want. Then they laugh about it to another customer as I wait for them to make my burger. The manager was able to reprint the receipt & pointed it out as I took my burger. Oh, wow, thanks! I said. Instead of being a decent manager, and just keeping her mouth shut she had to point out I was wrong. Not, "I'm so sorry, maybe there's an issue with the machine". I hope it made her feel really good to try and belittle a customer because this customer has a big fat mouth and will tell everybody not to go there. It's just a good thing.
