Very authentic and delicious and reasonably priced Mexican food! So many nice things about the menu allowing options for everyone. They even had a "keto" bowl which I've never seen at any Mexican restaurant I've been to. Tips: ordering is at the front and they bring the food it to you. It looks shady being next to a gas station but it is not! Portions are huge so you may want to order less than you think.

The tacos were flavorful but on the smaller side, so plan to order a few if you're hungry. Overall, it was a decent meal that you can make as fast or as leisurely as you want, depending on your vibe. Lots of hot sauces to choose from as well.

But, as an alternative to the chain restaurants of the Dells, it's great! The menu is standard taqueria. Pick your meat, you can have it as a platter, in tacos, or in a torta or quesadilla. Eat, pay, leave. I got a plate with smoked pork, which was outstanding, sort of if ham had a love child with a pork chop. My kids got chicken tacos, which were STUFFED with meat. The teenager couldn't actually eat three. In general, their prices seem high, but you get a ton of food for it. It isn't hugely bursting with flavor, even though the clientele seemed mostly Latinx. I used hot sauce liberally. That was actually great for kids. Service was super attentive from the one dude doing it all, and the beer was nice and cold. Overall, I'd hit it again when in the Dells.

We stopped at what we thought was a pub up the road and turned out after a certain time, it becomes very much night club vibes. So, we wandered a bit and saw this spot that was open and still serving food. Yahtzee! They were incredibly busy (probably due to the sparse choices for later evening eats in the Dells) so it took us a while to be served (not a problem for us, but just to know that they're popular and busy and to maybe pack your patience). For our cocktails, I got their mezcalita. I love mezcal. I enjoy margaritas. How on earth this was my first mezcalita, I don't know. But, if I may, stand atop a metaphorical mountain and officially shout here and now: henceforth, it's the mezcalita for me! Too much? Too formal an announcement for such an occasion? I think not. It was completely delicious and will now be my go-to cocktail order when getting Mexican food. For my dinner, I got the pastor tacos, beans, and rice. Amazing. I was waffling between which type of tacos to get and our sweet server said those were his fave. I'm so glad he steered me in that direction because they were wonderful. The prices were reasonable, the service was lovely, and the food was fab. This will become a must stop on any trip to the Dells for us. Get to it!

I never thought I'd be raving about mac and cheese, but this was hands down the best I've ever had. We ordered the Jalapeño Mac, and the owner suggested adding the Chipotle Chicken. The cheese tasted incredibly fresh, and you can truly appreciate why Wisconsin is famous for its cheese. We also tried one of their melts, which was just as delicious--crispy, buttery, loaded with flavor, and packed with that same amazing fresh cheese.
