Recently remodeled. Stopped off for some food on our drive from the Atlantic coast to the Gulf. Cutting through the state and wanting some Taco Bell goodness. This Taco Bell has a drive through. Fairly large parking lot on three sides. It also shares the building with KFC. Order some chicken and have them toss it in your burrito maybe? Large dining room with large shutter windows. Small two top tables, medium four top tables, and a large circular white table. Believe that's for takeout order waiting but first come first serve. The WiFi at this location was out. The bathrooms were clean though and the food was made quickly. No mobile kiosk here so order at the counter or on the Taco Bell app. They had a soda machine with sixteen various flavors. It's hard for me to give them 1 star I love Taco Bell. The manager is very rude this is my 3rd visit when asking about products because I can't see the print on board she has been very short with me I didn't know she was manager until today the lady that taking was very polite and helpful but someone kept butting in over speaking her and me which one I wanted very rude I said nothing now so when reaching the window I ask for manager and it was the rude lady that had waited on me the other 2 times I told her how rude she was she never apologized and said that no one had ever said that about her before I told her I would go above her as I drove off she was screaming out the window Jesus loves me and that I do know to be true but in the same Jesus does not love ugly and she was ugly to an old lady that just wanted a combo box and couldn't read the small print being in restaurant and customer service my whole life just couldn't believe what I was seeing I know good help is hard to find but clearly she is the worst too many tacos in Labelle to spend the money I earn taking care of customers it's not an easy job !!! read more

please, don't come here unless you want to get verbally harassed by a manager for trying to deescalate a situation that had no point getting to where it did. I assume one of the managers has a serious issue with taking her personal issues out on customers, I have a TBI (traumatic brain injury) so I become very confused or foggy during aggressive/loud altercations. I just wanted to ask what happened, and have a conversation explaining my perspective also while validating hers. I asked her not to yell, I said please. lady became erratic, ended up yelling and making me cry in front of everyone and enjoyed it. Went through the drive thru, received my incomplete order. I then go inside to to let them know about my missing taco, and wait for 15 minutes for one of the cooks to ask me what I'm waiting for......seriously??? Not surprising though, this place usually screws up one way or another. Wish their employees could read a ticket a little better. read more

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a taco salad. I've been sick for several days and started feeling better today. I haven't had an appetite til today as well. I woke to a craving for a taco salad. So I hopped in my car and off to the bell. I really like taco salads and order it the same way every time. Xtra everything. Cheese, beef, lettuce, onions with beans only no rice!! When I got it I was shocked by the measly amount of all my favs that I'd just been charged for and didn't get. I asked if what I got was xtra and she said yes. Well if that was Xtra, then the regular amount one must get the shell only. Slow service, they always get your orders wrong on the driveway, one time we ordered something and they charged us, didn't add it to our order... We went inside to talk to them and just said they were out. But if we wanted to wait 20 min, they'll get some from the freezer! read more
