They wrap their burgers in foil, so when it is delivered to you that toasted bun is no longer toasty because of the moisture the foil creates. When I got it everything was wet and soggy from grease as well. I had lettuce on my hamburger because I saw the picture and it was big leafy pieces. When I got it I had a couple small pieces on it and it was wet and soggy as well. All the fries were soggy and wet. I called the store and manager VK(?) was very nice and apologized, however they couldn't deliver me a new one I would have to pick up but I couldn't because I was at work and couldn't leave, which is why I had it delivered. Worst customer service. I ordered a door dash and they stated to the door dasher they refused to make the milkshakes and that they were never ordered by the customer. Yet the order was shown to the door dasher. I have always had late night issues with this location at five guys. It is a-shame my family loves the burgers and shakes. read more

They have fantastic burgers but it's still fast food. The prices seemed high to me but they do everywhere. I met a friend there on a rainy week night. There was one other party in there. It was 7:30 at night.... we had a light small dinner early (3pm) and were craving a burger but didn't want to go out to eat anywhere or spend a lot of $$. So we were going to go to Burger King for a quick solution because they have a 2 Whopper meals special for $10 but that is my last choice. I figured for a few dollars more we could get a really good buffer and fries so I went there to get it to go. Wow. Everyone must have had the same idea because it was super busy. They were working quick and I was watching the staff cause I knew it was going to take a while longer. I think the staff is in red shirts and the manager is in a black shirt. Let me tell you, whoever that was in the black shirt (real tall guy) is a hussler and a a major multi tasker and he was also sooo very nice to all the customers and the staff during a crazy busy time. Even when people were complaining to him he was so nice you could see people couldn't be mad after that!! I ordered 2 burgers, a little fry (that size is really enough for 3 people). I did forget tot say no salt on the fries when I placed the order but I told the manager and he hand wrote it on the ticket. The only reason why they are getting 4 stars and not 5 is because they still put salt on the fries. The fries were not cooked fully as they still were pretty light colored and almost slushy. We still ate them of course but it would have been perfection if they had cooked them as they usually do and not added the salt. But still will go back!!! read more

I had a terrible experience with the Cleveland Ave Five Guys ! I ordered dinner for my family which came to $50 plus a $7.46 tip for the delivery (Uber) guy. It never showed up! Delivery time was for 8:03 pm . I called the Five Guys and told them I was still waiting over 20 min after the arrival time and he said, it's still sitting here getting cold. I said, I tipped the delivery guy , where is he? Can you locate him? He said no and I said, well then I guess I have to come pick it up and I lost the tip and now my food is cold and mushy. Went to go pick it up and the delivery guy walks in and goes to grab the food and tried to take it as I was there picking up and he argued with me. So I just told him I got it. You are 30 min late to deliver. Got it home and order was wrong and terrible. Thanks for nothing ! I will never order from this place again! Very disappointed.. read more

I'm here after leaving my hurricane destroyed town. This store is the cleanest store I've ever been in. The employees are very welcoming. The burger tasted amazing and they didnt put a million mushrooms on like most places. Wish I would have came here when I lived closer because I was missing out on a great experience at this five guys. It's a place you should go check out. I placed an order online around 5:25 PM I was told my food will be ready by 6 PM. When I arrived exactly at 6 PM I gave the person my name for my order. He yelled out my name and told me a few more minutes. At 6:20 PM I was still standing there waiting for my order. Turns out anyone that places their order online didn't get the order because the establishment was not checking the online order status. I finally got my order at 6:30 PM without an apology as the manager who is running the orders was extremely rude to me as well as other customers who ordered online. It was not our fault that they didn't complete the orders and made us wait 40 mins for our orders. The older gentleman working behind the counter should not have taken his frustrations out on the customers and should have been apologetic for their errors with online orders. read more

At checkout failed to ask me how I wanted my burger so I approached the area and told the people making burgers no Mayo but everything else. Did a pick up Sunday for the family, and was pleased with everything! With them waiting for you to be in the restaurant before dropping the fries keeps them fresh, and the where still great after returning home. Overall we where happy with everything and will be visiting Five Guys again! read more

We have been here a lot. Even during the time where it was carry out only. We visited for lunch and sat in the dining room. The cooks had face masks which was good. And don't sit here on some of the tables for social distancing however, we went to sit down the tables were dirty. We found a clean one, we think. But the whole time we were there, 40 min or so, people came and went and not once did we see an employee come out to the dining room and wash tables!! I don't know, food is always good but that bothered us. Don't know if we will go back anytime soon. read more

Don't get me wrong. The burgers and fries are great. But the manager... what a jerk. I always order for my whole office, by phone. As always, I explained to what sounded like a new girl, that each order would be paid for separately. When I came to pick them up, she had rung them all up as one order. The manager came over and was rude and abusive toward me telling me that I need to tell the cashier that they're separate orders. I did! I always do. I order from here almost every week. He THREW AWAY all my orders and made the team start over while I stood and waited. Why throw away the meals? Just delete the order and ring them up again separately. What a waste of food and what a jerk. No need to be rude man. Your cashier was the one who made the mistake. Wont' be going back to this store. read more
