Qdoba finds its way to Fort Myers. Although there are a number of Qdoba in Orlando or clustered in Central Florida, there are only two Qdoba here. One in Cape Coral and one in Fort Myers! Wow, now we have Chipotle, Moe's, 3 Peppers, Baja Fresh Grill, and Tijuana Flats and Taco Bell. Yes, they are in the crowded fast casual Mexican food chain! For a quick lunch at the Page Field Shopping Mall, I've a Chicken Queso Burrito. The ingredients are freshly prepared. After put a tortilla in a press, rice, bean, Pico de Gallo, Chile corn Salsa, Crème, Guacamole, Cheese, and Cilantro piled on the warm tortilla and grilled chicken. This is a full-size burrito and it is flavorful. They are grilling steak and chicken as they wrapping the burrito. This is a new location and sandwiched between a Panera Bread and Standard Restaurant. This is the corner location and parking space is little lacking. My expectation was the serve line will be moving slowly! Not so, it moves at a reasonable pace. Can this improve? Yes, they can increase their pace a little. I never been to this Qdoba before, but after getting off a long flight, I stopped by the Qdoba because they closed at 10 when I arrived. It was about 10-5min prior before Closing. When I arrive, the lights were out chairs were up. Hell the floors are even done. Food put away.. They clearly closed the doors earlier than what they were supposed to. I'm highly upset because Qdoba seems to not honor the operational hours.. Josh was great BUT This is still unacceptable.. We enjoyed a quick and easy meal from Qdoba last night. It was our first time visiting this new location in Fort Myers, and we have not had Qdoba since we lived in Michigan years ago. The service was really quick and friendly, I enjoyed a burrito bowl and all of the ingredients were fresh and tasty. And my fiancé enjoyed a Birria burrito which he liked as well. Insider tip, I learned that Qdoba will give you two scoops of guacamole included for free, but they start off by only giving you one scoop. Make sure youask. Qdoba finally came to my town! I've never been inside of one but I've seen it in other towns and excited to try it. I finally gave it a whirl and it's my new favorite Mexican fast food. I got the brisket birria burrito. Outstanding. It reminds me of Bahia that went out of business years ago in the forum. Food is fresh and they include queso and gauc for FREE! The place is nice and clean. We went around 2pm on a Tuesday and it was fairly empty. I hope they stick around because it is great tasting! read more

I am so happy Mr. D has started managing this location. His personal priority is to ensure that each and everyone of his customers are taken care of, receive the best level of service, food delivers are in and out as quickly as possible and with a huge smile to pass along to their customers. I have managed high end hotels and resorts with banquet facilities in both Florida and in Ritten House Square in Pennsylvania and I have to tell you Mr D and his entire staff know Great Customer Service. Tell Mr D that "The Family" said hi when stop in. It's a hidden gem and yes it's a franchise but the service yells out "Your Welcome!" You will be made to feel important and appreciated so go and enjoy some queso and fresh chips along with The Soup Bowl Shell and add the brisket and I promise you will be Thanking Me.... I was on my way to Panera when I spotted this place. I walked in and it is similar to Chipotle and maybe Moe's. The line moved at a good enough pace. As I was putting in my order I noticed they added in fresh ingredients which I appreciated. The service was pretty good. The prices are not cheap but not expensive. When I sat down to enjoy my food the tables were clean and the food tasted good. I had a bowl with brisket birria and chips and queso. My only criticism is the chips were half stale. I met the owner and he was very nice and let me know if I download the app I can get free chips and queso next visit. I was happy enough with my visit that I would come back. So this was my first time at a Qdoba Mexican Eats restaurant and it was very disappointing. The restaurant has a nice set up and was clean. The employee that made our food, looked like he rather be somewhere else. We ordered a Quesadilla with cheese only. The tortilla was heated with cheese on it. There was no oil or butter put down to add flavor and the cheese was flavorless. We also ordered a Cilantro Lime Shrimp. The shrimp had no flavor and was like rubber when bit into. The roasted peppers weren't still raw. The other items were just ok, the Pico, cheese and corn. I also asked for a side of Mexican Street Corn. The photo is what I received. Two ounces of their regular corn for $2.50. No spice, mayo or cheese. Expensive food with no taste!!! Hate to say it, but Taco Bell has more flavorful food, for fast food Mexican. read more

I ordered corn tacos and they were so stale they broke in half before I could even pick them up. So after arguing with me about why corn tortillas always fall apart, he understood I did not buy into his bull. So I suggested they make me tacos with different shells. Well they were going to pour the filling from the falling apart tacos into new shells!! I could not believe it! SMH I told them that was unacceptable, they then remade the tacos with barely any filling. this was the worst place ever. They made Taco Bell look good. This qdoba is the worst ive ever been to and it just opened recently. The staff was not attentive to the restaurant even though five workers were there on the front line. They never once changed their gloves after touching their phones, cash and the register. The tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing. My husband and I were so excited when this Qdoba location opened. We visited it frequently and consistently had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately in the past two months that has all changed. A week ago we went in and the man running the place was extremely stingy with every portion. We ordered nachos and barely any queso was given as well as the chip portion is a quarter or less of what it used to be. He cited corporate as the reason for the changes. As the consumer, we're tired of paying more for less. The previous managers and employees were both kind and generous. This new change unfortunately will keep us from visiting this location again. I'm tired of the price increases which are only met with quality and quantity decreases. I'd highly suggest the owner consider this before implementing more negative changes to the consumer and losing more of their client base. read more

I feel terrible for writing this because I really loved QDOBA when I lived in Colorado. I was so exited when I saw they were opening one close to where I live. The day I went in it was total chaos. The line was extremely long due to the staff being clueless. People were walking out left and right. When ordering my food the female didn't even say one word to me. When I finally got to pay the other women had no clue what she was doing. She charged me for something I did not order and I had to correct her, also was not accurate when I handed her cash. Now onto the food... ICE COLD. My burrito was wrapped extremely sloppy, rice and chicken cold and my mothers chicken bowl had the exact same complaint. When in with a BOGO offer as first timer. If not watched closely, they load the burrito up with cheap fillers like beans and rice very quickly. When you get to the tasty bits, the adds become very slim and the hot sauce was really lacking. In all, what I paid was not worth the cost, even with the special offer. read more
